• Eduria (9/5): Pur family staycation was awesome and already recommended to my friends and workmates. - I like the view, location facility and staffs. The all-inclusive accommodation was awesome. Wil surely be back there in the future. Not a big fun of the puddings/sweets served; it's either too sweet or too bland. Apologies for this comment but the rest of the food served were great.

Eriti took välja Deniza kes oskab palju keeli ja on alati vastutulelik. Hotelli kohta ei ole midagi negatiivset öelda. Oleks hea kui keegi kutsuks ka korrale sellised lärmakad ja oma muusikaga puhkajad, kes ei arvesta teistega.

Bien que nous ayons été surclassé , la chambre ne présentait pas de ventilation et la Clim était en panne . Donc problème d’humidité qui ont rendu notre bébé malade. Nous avons envoyé des messages pendant deux jours pour enfin changer de chambre . Dans la nouvelle chambre le sommier était infernal, ce n’était absolument pas reposant . Il y a encore tant à dire …

The food and drinks are delicious and varied. The beach is close. The territory is large, well-kept. There is one shop in the hotel. Small markets next to the hotel. In the water park, parents are not allowed to slide down the slide with a 3-year-old child, they have to go alone. Wi-Fi is available, good and fast. throughout the hotel, even on the beach

Adjacent to the beach and with good facilities in the hotel. Taxis outside the hotel with friendly staff, Hotel staff took care of all of our requests and food in the restaurant was very nice. The room we were in should Not have been in use, we were denied when requested a change. • 175veerr (10/5): SEYFETTIN/ESRA/PERIHAN - I am currently staying at Selectum Family Comfort Side Hotel in Antalya with my family from the 9th–15th of April 2026, and I felt compelled to leave a positive review during our stay because the experience has been fantastic so far. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Everything is very clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the public areas, and the facilities are excellent. Our room has been comfortable and well prepared, and the overall environment around the hotel is calm and enjoyable. One thing that really stands out here is the staff. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank Seyfetin, Esra, and Perihan for their outstanding help. After my family and I requested a room change in the villa area so we could be closer to the reception, I unfortunately left my shoes behind in the original room. I only realized two days after we moved rooms, which I thought meant they were gone for good. However, Seyfetin, Esra, and Perihan kindly helped me communicate with lost property and housekeeping, and thanks to their efforts my shoes were found and returned to me. I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were throughout the whole process. The food selection has also been excellent, with a wide range of options available every day, so there is always something for everyone. The spa is another highlight — very relaxing and a great place to unwind during the stay. Overall, we are having a wonderful experience at the hotel. • Traveler10801741693 (8/5): Holiday Break - We arrived at the hotel around 3:30am on 28/03/26. My son and I were met by the bell man to assist us with our bags. Lobby looked very nice and welcoming and also had a good smell. Cons First room I received on the 5th Floor had a odour coming from the bathroom was not pleased about that, however I was given a change of room on the 3 rd floor and it was better. Rooms need some TLC especially the bathroom. I also believe housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail as dust in bathroom and bit of wrapping from my son snack bag was left in the floor after it was cleaned. The Fish restaurant love the menu , however my soup was cold when given to me and mains could have been a bit more hot. Pros I cannot fault selectum there customer service was on point and the guest experience exceeded my expectations thank you Perihan and Deniza for making Avery's and myself stay wonderful. The hotel grounds is beautiful and I appreciate there were different areas to sit and relax. All and all I would go back because of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere the hotel offers. The lobby and the kids club was my son favourite places to be.

• L6862SYmarkr (10/5): A warm welcome with friendly staff and great views. - We arrived at the hotel around 1.30am the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, we were asked to wait in the restaurant until our room was ready, it was a short wait. The rooms are clean and modern with a small annex room with two sofa beds and the main room had a double bed dressing table TV, mini barand safe. The room was made up each day and mini bar restocked. The food and entertainment was excellent and the general atmosphere was good we would definitely rebook in the future.

Kids club was great, staff were lovely and kids had a great time there and at the nightly disco! Pools are lovely and the it’s right on the beach - our weather wasn’t great but had a few days of sun! All the staff have been lovely, great cocktails and service, very friendly! Overall we had a lovely time!

The darts games led by server were very inclusive and fun, and the night-time entertainment was very enjoyable. The hotel also offer a wide range of foods for different tastes, and caters well to children. The recreational facilities were varied and diverse, and also offer a wide range of experiences. Overall, a great holiday.

It’s clear how much care, energy, and enthusiasm the team puts into making each day fun and memorable for the children. From the moment we arrived, Deniza, Melisa, and Ayda were warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They created a safe, happy, and engaging environment where every child felt included and valued. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and attentive they were — not just supervising, but truly connecting with the kids. It gave us great peace of mind as parents and allowed us to fully relax, knowing our son was in such wonderful hands. The hotel itself has been fantastic — everything from the facilities to the atmosphere has made our stay so enjoyable. We’ve had a truly great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. We would also happily return again in the future.
• dhouhak2022 (8/5): Wonderful staff and kids club, despite some shortcomings - This is a nice hotel, though it doesn’t quite meet 5-star expectations as some facilities clearly need renovation. That said, the staff truly make a difference — everyone from reception to the animation team, restaurant staff, and kids club are doing their absolute best. The family rooms are comfortable and well-suited for families. The aquapark only opened on a few occasions during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The outdoor pool is not heated, leaving the indoor pool as the main option — although even that felt quite cool. On the positive side, the hammam is excellent. The kids club was definitely the highlight for my children. Thank you Deniza and Melisa! Deniza, in particular, is amazing — very energetic, kind, and constantly engaging the kids with activities. The kids club is even open in the evening (though without rides), which was a great bonus. The manager of the kids club also leads the evening animation, which adds to the overall experience. Food-wise, the menu is good, and a special mention goes to the lady making gözleme — absolutely delicious! The beach has stunning colours and beautiful views, but it gets deep very quickly. Unfortunately, we experienced some windy and stormy days, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the hardworking staff, even if the hotel itself falls slightly short of true 5-star standards.

Had a little something for everyone. We had a 5 year old and 15 year old and both had a great time. Room was exactly what we needed, double single and a sofa bed. Cleaned everyday. В целом впечатление смешанное. Из плюсов: очень вкусная еда — действительно на уровне, всегда свежая и разнообразная. Сервис отличный, персонал в ресторанах и на ресепшене вежливый, внимательный, к этому нет никаких претензий. В целом цена соответствует тому, что получаешь. Теперь о минусах. Сам отель и номера уже очень старые: видно, что ремонт делали давно и некачественно — трещины просто замазаны, всё выглядит неаккуратно и уставше. Матрасы ужасно жёсткие — спать на них практически невозможно, каждое утро просыпались с больной спиной. Кофе в ресторане на шведском столе просто отвратительный — пить невозможно. При этом в баре кофе отличный, что наводит на мысль, что в ресторане его либо разбавляют, либо используют кофейный заменитель. Это сильно портит впечатление от завтраков. Детский клуб в целом неплохой, но девушки-няни абсолютно не вовлечены — в основном сидят в телефонах, не занимаются с детьми.

• Arjanto (4/5): It was not the best and the hotel is not recommended. Definitely not a 5 star hotel - There are sufficient amount for facilities within the complex an aquapark, beach, multiple pools make the stay comfortable and gives lots to do. There were several things we didnt like: 1. The service, during check in, after travelling for 2 hours with a baby. They left us waiting for over an hour to check in, while we informed them what time we would be arriving and we arrived within the ‘check in’ time meaning the hotel was late with preparing the room. 2. the language of the personnel, there were barely personnel that spoke English 3. Due to the language we got the feeling that as ‘English’ speakers we were left behind and people from other countries were getting better treatment. 4. The food, even though there was a lot of food, it was always the same and not very tasty. 5. Hygiene, during our 7 day stay, it occurred that 2 times babies pooped in the pool and had to be cleaned. On top of that either via the pool or food poisoning our baby got hospitalized due to one or the other. When confronting the hotel, they didnt show any sympathy or trying to help. While we had a baby that was sick, lost a day of holiday and got stuck with an extra hospital bill. 6. Also the check out didnt go well, in 35 degrees we had to walk with our baby and the suitcases by ourselves 500 meters to the reception, while we called the reception to send a golfcar (showed up after 30 minutes). 7. The curtains in the room, we had a swim up room and the curtains were not even blocking any light. 8. The rooms were barely maintained, the shower door didnt close properly. There were random holes in the walls. There was mold in the shower.

• AminaZubcevic (10/5): A hotel on a magical beach - The hotel is located in the wider area of Side. It is about an hour and a half bus ride from the airport. The hotel has a main building and a part where the villas are located. My husband, daughter and I were there before the renovation of the main building. I must say that I was delighted even then, both by the kindness of the hosts and the area where the resort is located. Behind the main building there is an area with swimming pools and slides. There are several pools and everyone will find something to their liking. There are also swimming pools in front of the hotel. Towels and sun loungers are available to guests free of charge. The beach and the sea are what I liked the most. You rarely see so many shades of blue. It's like you're on an island, the sea is so clean and clear. If you like to swim in the sea and enjoy the charms of the Mediterranean, choose this hotel. The food and accommodation are excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant as an open buffet and the food is really varied. You can eat and drink anything throughout the day and it is included in the ultra all inclusive service. Due to the fact that the hotel complex is spacious, has wonderful services, and is a place to remember, I would recommend this resort to everyone and we will be happy to return to it in the coming years.

Premiun drinks used in lobby bar , and the carousel for kids is something nice as an add on to their entertainment. The cleaning of pools is lacking, you always can feel a lot of sand on the bottom. The hotel in general is in deep need of maintanance, from pools to restaurants and rooms you can notice it is a very old hotel with a lots rust, damages, holes , etc, things which can be easily fixed to look better. Entertainment for kids is very low , they do not know how to attract kids in shows or games. Variety of food is very limited but an ok quality, definitely not a 5 star rank as we experienced in other resorts in Turkey. Overall it is too expensive for what they offer.

• 264mikaelam (10/5): Best Place - A fantastic holiday in a wonderful place☀️ An incredibly nice hotel with the finest view we've ever had from our room/balcony. The sunsets were absolutely magical so we sat there every evening on the balcony. Many different pool areas (water park for the daring or families) and nice beach to choose from right next to the hotel. You can find bars here and there in the area. Several eating places to vary. We thought the best time was during the day when you could eat at the snack restaurant. Suitable for all ages and such cute staff. Someone who stands out extra is Emrullah Kandemir who is so nice and adds a little extra sparkle to the trip✨️ Entertainment in the evenings for those who want or why not choose one of the bars to have a good drink or two. There is not much more to be desired from a holiday than this, other than that the days went by far too quickly. But we will definitely come back to this paradise.

• Hani (2/5): - stayed at Selectum Family Comfort Hotel in Manavgat from April 1 to April 4, and what happened on the last night completely ruined our stay and left me with physical pain and emotional distress. On the night of April 3 (after midnight, so technically April 4), I had a serious incident inside the hotel. Instead of receiving proper care or any meaningful support from hotel management, I was simply told not to call the police. Can you imagine? A guest injured and the priority is to protect the hotel’s reputation, not the person’s well-being. After returning to Antalya, the pain worsened. I ended up needing an MRI, a doctor’s report, and medical treatment, which I now have all documented. What’s worse is that the hotel didn’t even follow up or show any concern after the incident. Zero accountability. I have witnesses, including other guests and my children, and I’m pursuing this through legal channels with my lawyer. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and should never treat any guest the way I was treated. If you care about your health, safety, and being treated like a human being – do NOT book this hotel.

Some great improvements to the hotel since it has changed. 24hr food and drink available, including some premium drinks. Loved the addition of the kids shows before the mini disco and main show in the evening, Miss sitting by the beach with a coffee from the barista in the mornings. Was also great to see some of the staff from our previous trip. They really do provide everything for you to enjoy your stay here. Not a great deal immediately around the hotel without getting a taxi but you really don’t need to leave here. Lovely food, great drinks(alcoholic and non alcoholic) and a really comfortable stay. If your in the main hotel with sea view the sun sets dare I say it are better than Ibiza! Thank you to the whole team for a great stay your a credit to the hotel

Rooms were clean and towels changed everyday . Hotel is huge and have many bars and restaurants so no cues...food is tasty and plenty choices.Evening shows really good .overall amazing 5 star hotel but ....last day we had our plane before midnight...we have to check out midday...no chance for late check out ...so suitcase had to stay by reception nearly whole day ...we have been told we can use shower by spa centre but it's public shower so you have to have your swimming costume on ,no ideal before long journey not able to have proper shower .so for us that was big let down after beautiful stay. We travel alot and always been offered late check out free or for small fee or special private room so you can prepare yourself for journey back home .so unfortunately selectum that's a big let down .

Everyone seems tired, and as a guest, you can feel the negative atmosphere among them (snack bar) mostly). The food could be better for a 5-star hotel. The beach is nice, and the animation was okay. • Thivya (4/5): - First when we arrived their check in time is supposedly at 2pm however we had to wait until 3.20pm to get our room. As an excuse for the late check in we were told that we are Expedia customers and are getting some special gifts that’s why it’s taking longer then the regular check in time. However we did not get any gifts when we were in our room. Then we found an expired beer in our fridge which was expired in April 2024. Since we did not drink we simply advised the staff about it and did not care further. Nonetheless it left a bitter feeling since the thought kept coming to my mind if they are serving expired beer in the fridge how the quality of their food will be. Afterwords we need to advise the staff literally 3 times to fix the air conditioning since it was not working and we had 40 degrees Celsius. We were also advices twice that the sofa bed will be made soon. When we returned to our room at 10.45pm it was still not made. So we called reception and told them that our son would like to sleep. The food is very basic and repetitive. Aquapark is nice however closes from 12-2pm which is peak time in the heat. There are 4 a la cart dinner restaurants however only one is included in the All Inclusive program, if you want to visit more then one then you would have to pay which is the first time I’ve experienced from over 25 resorts I’ve visited do far. Overall be very mindful when choosing this resort!
