- Vanessa (9/5): It is becoming our home away from home. - The staff are always welcoming and engaging. Breakfasts are generous. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we have always had undisturbed (and very comfortable) sleep. We travel in a small group so being able to come together and chat around the pool without disturbing anyone is a bonus.

- Lucy (10/5): Great quality, first class - I had the studio, it was huge, really well equipped and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and really kind and friendly staff. Nothing.

Enige minpuntje was de douche in onze kamer, de temperatuur was slecht te regelen, een paar keer koud moeten douchen en een zeer kleine waterstraal.

- Vanessa (9/5): Excellent. - Excellent manageress. She was friendly, professional and attended to all our needs. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well proportioned. Plenty of open spaces to relax in. We felt safe there.
- Kevin (8/5): - A very pleasant small hotel. Our room was an ok size off the courtyard with a sparkling small swimming pools, immaculately clean, good WiFi, fridge, a/c, TV we didn't try and tea and coffee. Breakfast was a choice of cooked or cold options with cereals, tea and coffee. Not the largest breakfast but ok to start your day. Dinner isn't offered and the nearest restaurant, a decent large family place serving all options, was 600 metres walk. Other places from 1.5km, too far without a car. Prices for airport drop off which most people will be here for was an efficient but pricey 250 rand. A pity on our second separate night a few things went wrong. A message on the door to ring for admitting, from the UK thats 60 rand a minute. And the taxi to the airport the follwoing day was not arranged, we had to make last minute calls.

The room was clean, linen smelling fresh and water was nice and hot. The bar fridge and microwave oven were of very important use. It would be nice to have a proper buffet breakfast.

- Maria Begona (10/5): - Es un hotel familiar muy agradable, con piscina y habitaciones de buen tamaño. Sobre todo destacaría lo bien que nos han tratado. El desayuno y la cena que encargamos eran muy buenos. El último día teniamos un vuelo tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos con las habitaciones (eran 3 habitaciones) hasta las 18h, que es la hora a la que partimos para el aeropuerto. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel!!!

And the breakfast was as good as all of the other ratings indicated it was! The only issue is that the lodge is so popular that they cannot offer late check-in but that's really not a negative at all!

The rooms were big. The location was quiet. Elaine helped me arrange for a driver to visit sites I wanted to see, as I did not have a car. It was a little bit too cool to swim in their beautiful pool

Baked beans was on the menu but was not given. The air-conditioning in the room needs to be looked at. Had it on heater setting at night but does not warm up properly. Electric blanket would be a nice touch for those not used to the gauteng cold.

- Rani (9/5): Solo travel - The property is super clean. There was enough milk in the room to make at least 5 mugs of coffee (I'm a caffeine addict). Bottle water was provided. There was a large quantity of shower gel (not those tiny bottles you get at hotels). Breakfast was delicious. The owners are very accommodating (allowed me to check in at 9am).

- Hanns-peter (8/5): Great location for business visitors but also for shopping. and sightseeing - President Lodge can be reached within 10 minutes from O.R. Tambo but has almost no traffic noise. Motorways are within fast reach to go for business, shopping or sightseeing. The team at President Lodge is very helpful and uncomplicated. The rooms are nice, clean and functional. Breakfast is of great quality.

Bathroom spacious and in very good condition. The location is just 10 mins from O.R. Tambo but very quiet. The pool might need a little more attention.
