- Anna (7/5): Other than the highly hang mirror, I am happy with my stay. - Food outlet is available within reach. Staffs are polite & friendly. Sincere too. I like them. The bakery us just next door. So convenient. I am disappointed with the mirror which hang soooo high. There is only 1 mirror in the bath room. I can only see half of my face. Even too high for European standard. Common sense tells us it's too high.

- Ka Hung (2/5): hotel staff steal my money RM850 - i stayed this hotel about 7 years because of it location. And my 3rd time stayed this year. i used to put my money in my hand carry luggage at a paper bag every time. But I lost all the money RM850 when I was home in Hong Kong. i feel very disappointed to the staff. Every time I would give them tips before leaving.

- Ka Hung (2/5): No use Wifi you can pick this hotel - I stayed DM Hotel many years. It's ok in May 2023. No water in Aug 2023. No WiFi this time. The boss is cheap. Why? Because the modems used over 10 years according to the staffs. I stayed 10 days but no WiFi service.

- Sulaiman (4/5): Just a basic place to get the night’s sleep. Don’t expect more than that. - Checking-in was fast and easy as I had pre-booked. The registration attendant is a nice person, but the managment should send the staff to a proper hospitality training school. The truth as I found them: The room is quite small, just enough to walk around the double-sized bed. No breakfast is provided. Location is not that close to the tourist areas (unlike those claimed by commentators in the web). Nearby eateries within walking distance. Daytime traffic and parking are a nightmare at this location and there are plenty of potholes on the road.
