• SÉLÈNE (7/5): Vraiment très sympa équipe au top ! mais bruyant c'est dommage.. - l'emplacement de l hôtel est parfait on peut tout faire à pied ! le petit déjeuner et très bon ! l'équipe est très sympathique à l'écoute. Ils sont chaleureux :-) La chambre est propre :-) accueillante ! attention pas de parking gratuit autour les places avec lignes bleu c'est uniquement pour les résidents de Chania. Attention hôtel au dessus de restaurants et bar c'est très bruyant !!! prévoyez de quoi vous bouchez les oreilles surtout... Sommeil léger ou pas...

• IOANNIS (9/5): Happy stay for me and my family. - The location of the property is ideal for visiting the old town of chania. All were perfect.
• Danai (7/5): Family room for four in Hania old town that does is job for one night. - Οτι είχε κρεβάτια για 4 άτομα , πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν, καλή τοποθεσία Ρεσεψιόν όχι στο ίδιο το κατάλυμα, οπότε πρώτα ψάχνεις το ένα μετά το άλλο. Στενή είσοδος, πολλά μικρά σκαλοπάτια προς το δωμάτιο στον δεύτερο όροφο. Αν και τετράκλινο γενικά μικρό και αρκετά basic. Ενα σπασμένο κομοδίνο και σπασμένο χερούλι στο συρτάρι στην ντουλάπα.

• Rishi (8/5): Lovely Room in Great Location but Mind the Stairs - The property is very centrally located, and the room was lovely and clean. Despite the restaurants nearby creating some noise at street level, it was perfectly quiet at night. The main drawback is the absence of a lift, with rather narrow stairs, and the check-in point being around 100 metres away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

• Maartje (10/5): Geweldig verblijf midden in Chania. Zoek niet verder! - Twee ruime kamers en-suite met elkaar verbonden. Heel erg schoon en gezellig smaakvol ingericht. Lokatie midden in het oude deel in een gezellige straat met restaurantjes en winkeltjes.

• Antonia (10/5): The accommodation, our road, the food authentic - Our hotel was at a lovely location with some great restaurants. Also serve in traditional creation food. It was great to be just a five minute walk from the harbour and the room and the bed was just perfect.

The smell in the room was very bad, it smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in months and that water had been sitting in the room just getting stagnant. I imagine it was from the humidity and not being aired out in months, but unfortunately it was a really bad smell.
• Frances (8/5): - A small hotel with just a few rooms and no front desk. You get the key to the front door to open it up when you return. No elevator. But it was clean and cozy and had a teensy balcony over the little street below.
• Alana (5/5): Passable - It was a nice little apartment right in the heart of the old town. Good for night owls who enjoy the bustling city It was above a very busy restaurant/bar. Music was very loud until about 1am (not great for kids!!) There were two emergency lights in both rooms that were extremely bright and on constantly making it near impossible to sleep. Unless you can sleep with lights and noise and have no children, this might not be the place for you.

We had to check in at the main office, which was difficult as the instructions to the main office were unclear and we didn’t have wifi. The sign for the main office is hard to find.

• George (10/5): Fantastic spot and location, I will definitely stay here again. - Our room was centrally located with restaurants, bars, and shopping surrounding us- all things you could be to in about 30 seconds. The people were very nice. The accommodation was a good size for 3 people and we had a balcony that overlooked the great nightlife. To check into the hotel you actually will go to another building about a 5 minute walk away; not a big deal, just something good to know.

• Javi (10/5): Recommended stay in Chania's old town - Elia Daliani apartments are located in a very lively street, with Greek local restaurants, coffee places, bars and even a little supermarket. Everything just steps away. Also in the middle of the Old Town, so easy to walk through. The room had a nice spacious bathroom, a little fridge, TV's, a/c and the beddings and mattress where specially comfortable. Everyday cleaning, the staff was helpful and always available. The A/C broke but they helped to fix it very quickly. Totally recommended This is more an advice: the stairs at the entrance can be a little slippery, so a band of anti-slip material would be amazing

• Alizon (8/5): Great for an overnight stay. - A lovely little place, perfect for a one night stop over with two teenage kids. Great air con in a very hot Cretan sun, 10 stroll down to the harbour. Situated in a busy street at night, had a real buzz so much so our son went back out with his dad for more fun when we got back. The good quality glazing meant despite the night life, it was very quiet once inside. This accommodation is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are only stairs and we went up two flights to reach our room. Staff were very welcoming. A buffet breakfast is available at one of the sister hotels but we ate out at a local cafe around the corner for less than half the €12 pp they charge. Chania itself is a beautiful town, it’s busier at night than through the day and we spent a good couple of hours people watching at a local bar around the marina side of the old harbour. Highly recommend and good value for money.

• ALVARO A. (8/5): - This is a nice hotel in the heart of Channia. The staff is really helpful and kind, particularly Manolis, who is great guy. The only turn off is that the place does not have any reception, so you need to go to another hotel (about 4 blocks) to check in/out and have breakfast.
• Lia (9/5): Superb - Very good location in the city center. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the fresh orange juice. The staff was very helpful and although we arrived early we could take our room. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice design. The shower cabin was a bit worn down.

Not ideal for going to bed early, the street is quite loud at night (until 2am!), fun if you're young, less with small children. Also, no elevator, if you end up having to go up narrow stairs with suitcases.

The bedrooms are were not separate and were linked with an interconnecting door. Also the access to the bathroom was via the main bedroom which was a problem.

It was a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Elia Daliana in Chania!! We would definitely visit again in the future.

Location was just awesome, on the first night we went downstairs for dinner, only to find that it was "all happening" literally on our door step. • Verified traveler (10/5): - Great property, fantastic neighbourhood in charming Chania. Easy to get to, whether you take the public bus from the airport or accept the hotel's offer of the airport transfer (which is reasonably priced). Accessibility will be an issue for anyone who can't climb a flight of stairs to reach the room. The staff will help you carry your luggage up, but there is no elevator at this property...or if there is, it's very well hidden. The balcony faces the entrance to the covered market, where you can pick up all sorts of local products and tasty foods both raw and prepared. The street that the front door faces seems like a quiet semi-residential street in the daytime, but at night becomes a restaurant row. It's a nice area to be in at night, especially as an alternative to all the larger cafes and restaurants located immediately around the bay. To access the breakfast (if included in your package), you'll have to walk about 2 minutes to the main hotel, the Elia Betolo, to get it. Overall, the Elia group seems to run quite a few properties in Chania very well. Having stayed at the Daliani and the Betolo, I would say choose the Betolo if you need an elevator, easier access to the breakfast, and prefer the traditional hotel experience. If you want to feel like you live in Chania, choose the Daliani or one of the other suites. I would stay at this company's properties again.

Perfect size & amenities room , ideal for families There is no elevator & in case you have difficulties in sleeping you should take into account that suites are located on a pedestrian full restaurants area. Hotel provides also relevant equipment to make You’s stay less noisy

I would only advise that as other reviewers have mentioned there is a lot of narrow stairs so would be difficult with a large suitcase, fortunately I only had an overnight bag as I did a one night trip from my base in Heraklion
• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable suite in a great location - The room is extraordinarily spacious and comfortable and the location is convenient and yet not caught up in the intense tourist hustle of the harbour. Two things could have improved this stay. Check-in was a problem. There is no reception on site but no instructions were received before arrival about how or were to check in. There is a nice enough balcony on the room, overlooking the 'agora'; however, there is just a stool on it. Something more comfortable seems more appropriate to the rest of the room.

• Jason (10/5): Highly recommend this place - I highly recommend this place and I don’t say that lightly. It was probably the best overall location I stayed of my 3 week tour of Greece. Location is fantastic, walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. “George” and “Freedom” from the 24 hour front desk were super helpful and friendly.

• Andrzej (10/5): Bardzo dobry wybór - polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - w centrum starej Chani, nieopodal Katedry Metropolitalnej, 5 minut spaceru od starego portu. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i czyste. Na wyposażeniu pokoju jest ekspres do kawy (na kapsułki) i czajnik, a w łazience dostępne są kosmetyki, szczoteczka do zębów, a nawet maszynka do golenia. Recepcja znajduje się nieopodal w hotelu Elia Bettolo, a obsługa jest niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna. Polecam ten apartament!

• Stephanie (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel - Our stay at Elia Daliani suite was absolutely perfect! We were welcomed so politely as soon as we arrived, and were very impressed. The rooms (had 2 rooms) were amazing. The design was so beautiful in both rooms, and it was very clean, spacious, and had everything you need. Small gestures like wine and a homemade dessert on arrival did not go unnoticed either! The hotel was in a perfect position with a very short walk to the town too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks again for our stay.
