• Francesca (3/5): Unnötig gebucht nur für 7 stunden über 100€ bezahlt da hätte man mit dem Preis evt was machen - Es war sehr sauber und schön die lage ist auch gut Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht genauer gesagt haben wir abends gegen 19 uhr eingecheckt und morgen 2:00 ausgecheckt. Wir wollten noch unsere letzte gemeinsame Zeit genießen und haben extra spontan dieses Zimmer gebucht aufgrund des Whirlpools-> welches leider nicht funktioniert hat. Es hat sich gar nicht eingeschalten.

• Αθανασάκη (7/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ο,τι ζήτημα προέκυψε. Οι εργαζόμενοι ήταν πολύ ευγενέστατοι! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης, ήταν όλα δίπλα μας! Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό! Το δωματιο ειχε λίγο υγρασία λόγω της τοποθεσίας του.

• Mona (10/5): Mahtava sijainti, hyvä huone - Kiva, siisti ja tilava huone. Poreallas oli ihana! Henkilökunta hyvin avuliasta. Iltaisin katu on melko vilkas ja äänekäs, parvekkeen ovi kannattaa sulkea (pimentävä ovi), se auttoi ääneneristyksessä.

• Andreas (9/5): Schöne Zimmer im Zentrum von Chania - Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Kaffemaschine (Pads) und kleiner Kühschrank im Zimmer. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze in 10 - 15 Minuten. Lebendige Innenstadt von Chania. Sehr schön, da ist es abends etwas lauter. Gute Betten. Wir hatten sehr gut geschlafen.

• Chloe (10/5): Would book again! - Staff was very helpful and accommodating, room was tidy and clean. Staff went out of the way to help me with check in because i went to the wrong location and they came and found me and assisted me to the right spot! Was a last minute booking for work and was everything I needed. No complaints! Maybe for some t will be an issue, but you can hear the people in the streets below at night at the bars and cafes, for me it wasn't an issue because I'm a deep sleeper and went to bed very late. So by the time i got back to the accommodation for bedtime it was quiet.
• Michele (8/5): Very good - Staff was excellent. Room is right over and in a very lively part of town. Quite noisy until late. If you are in town to party this place is awesome. We had a 5 am flight, not the best to get a few hours of sleep, the town was still going when we had to leave.

Nice and clean with a balcony having a view to a vibrant street with cafes and restaurants, coffee machine and all necessary for a great stay was also provided In room No 2 the mattress is making an odd sound at every move and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, otherwise everything else was great

• Satumarja (8/5): Center location - Great location in the heart of the old Chania. Tasty breakfast with plenty of variety. Helpful staff. Towels were changed every day. Notice that the reception and breakfast are at a near hotel (100 m). Very noisy in the evening and night because of the central location which is understandable. If you are a light sleeper, at least earplugs are necessary. No elevator and quite steep stairs to first and second floor.

• Marlies (8/5): - Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, sauber, bequemes Bett, nettes Zimmer. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es in einer Straße mit Bars und vielen Lokalen liegt. Wer gerne feiert ist hier richtig. Abends übertrumpfen sich die Bars mit extrem lauter Musik, man kann nicht mehr unterscheiden welche Musik in den Bars gespielt werden. Es dröhnt aus allen Richtungen. Schade. Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort und werden nicht mehr dort wohnen. Bevorzugen etwas ruhigere Gegenden.
• Krzysztof (9/5): Really nice, clean and affordable hotel in the heart of Chania - Awesome location and really nice hotel in Old town of Chania. Plenty of restaurants just outside hotel, but room is quiet when you close the windows. Aircondition works really well. Really nice and helpful staff, towels changed daily. Shower space could be or a little bigger or maybe have a closed door or curtain, because it's easy to fill the whole bathroom, but the overall size of the bathroom was really good. We've had a water, coffee pods and tea to make, There was no kettle - just an espresso machine for coffee pods - managed to make a tea, but we were struggling a bit. There was no place to connect that espresso machine. The most convenient place has to be in the bathroom

• TAKASHI (2/5): - This guest house is like on the club house. Ground floor of this property is bar restaurant with loud beat music shaking whole upper rooms. Hopefully, I was able to ask to front desk to arrange different hotel room for 2 nights of 3 days itinerary. I guess no one sleep and rest here.

• Ashley (8/5): Very good - It was in a convenient location. It was clean and comfortable. My son slept on the pull out couch, which was very comfortable. The mattress was very thin. But it was ok for one night.

There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Other than those 2 things everything else was good. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping area.

Freundlicher Empfang im Haupthotel und persönliche Begleitung zur Unterkunft. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Chania, würden aber jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

• Maria (6/5): DID NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID.... UNFRIENDLY ENVIROMENT AND POOR HOSPITALITY.... - The location was in the heart of the old town. And a rich breakfast in the hotel nearby which was paid extra 10 euro each as they didn't offer breakfast in our hotel which was of the same owner. The gteek lady at the breakfast was extremely helpful and polite. The cleaning lady didn't bother to make the beds. Never changed the cups or the glasses. She just washed the same cups and glasses in the sink on a hurry in front of us, without any washing liquid, just plain water! Never changed the sheets or mob at all. She was just picking the rubbish and changed the towels. We had a small piece of soap that dissolved the second date and never bother to bring another one. They didn't informed us about the wifi password. We had to call them in another hotel next to ours which belongs to the same owner and they called us back the next day. Never told us were are the remote controls which we searched and found in a drawer. They put two small bottles in the mini fridge the first day and never replace them.so we had to go and buy from a kiosk. The cleaning lady didn't talk English or Greek, very unfriendly. We had to take the key from the hotel next to them to check in and go and give it back the day we were checking out. At check in they said the water sink was OK to use it for the kettle!!! We had to go to the hotel near by, owned by the same group to have our breakfast and pay there as it was not included, we knew that from before. They had no store/room to leave our luggage in case we needed to. We had to leave them near the entrance door in plain side.... and our hotel didn't have an elevator only a narrow stair of 25 steps... no one helped us with our luggage in check in or in check out.... and they said we are offered only 2 coffee .capsules for the first day we checked in.... there was no safety if someone did not lock the entrance door. in the night, no safeguard too.. in general very poor hospitality and unfriendly environment Feeling neglected...
