Atendimento simpático e solícito, quarto amplo e muito confortável. Bom café da manhã. Contratei serviço de transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e funcionou muito bem, com preço razoável, no mesmo patamar de um táxi, portanto, valeu bem a pena pela comodidade, tranquilidade.

• Henrique (10/5): Memorável - Esse hotel tem uma decoração muito legal, quartos espaçosos, elevador, atendimento objetivo, descomplicado... Nos ajudaram com o transfer desde o aeroporto. Ótimo café-da-manhã, e o restaurante funciona o dia todo, para almoço e jantar também, aberto para a rua. Conseguiram criar um ambiente muito agradável e descontraído. A localização é ótima, por perto tem muitos restaurantes e farmácia / mini mercado. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa hospedagem! A piscina que infelizmente não pega sol e fica muito fria, o que limita o uso.

We had the two queen bed option that was over two levels; beds and full bath upstairs and living room simple kitchen 1/2 bath downstairs. It was hot outside when we were there so an indoor option with a/c for breakfast would have been nice, but normally the breezy feel would be perfect.

• oscar (1/5): 5 estrellas para el olvido IMPRESENTABLE - NADA PASAMOS UNA NOCHE PESIMA, NUNCA RESPONDIERON LA QUEJA, NO TIENEN LIBRO DE RECLAMOS. PARA EL OLVIDO Hotel se vende de 5 estrellas boutique, no pudimos dormir por ruidos excesivos desdes la 1.00 am, el pobre encargado no pudo hacer mucho, tuvimos que salir al aeropuerto sin dormir, sin desayuno, obvio por la hora, no tienen ni libro de quejas tuvimos que dejar la queja en el libro de lavandería, nunca nos respondieron. Tenemos las grabaciones de los ruidos. El muchacho no sabía que decir, más que nunca le había pasado esto. No es su culpa, pero el hotel nunca respondió la queja, ni una disculpa ni compensación de ninguna clase. Se dicen de 5 estrellas pero actuan pero que un hostal carretero. IMPRESENTABLES.

• Duncan (10/5): Pure comfort, with great food and friendly staff. - So comfortable, I didn't want to leave! I really struggled to get of bed, in a good way, and the huge variety of seating in the reception area is great. Food was delicious and freshly made. Staff were eager to help and many spoke enough, or more than enough, English, which really helped me out. Thank you all 😊 I didn't like that I had to leave and maybe the slightly noisy work men, but they didn't start making any noticeable noise until after 9. Plus, that can't be helped. Servicing has to be done. I'd rather that, than the place start falling apart. It's a really well kept building inside and out.

• Bruno (10/5): A memorable and unique experience - I really enjoyed my stay at Alfonsina. Their pizza and overall food are amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The co-working area is great, with solid Wi-Fi, which made it easy to get work done. The location is great (near pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shops), and the hotel itself has an artsy, home-like vibe. One thing to note is that it can get quite hot inside the hotel at times, and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which can be a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and for this, a lot of hotels can learn something from this hotel, I really like the idea that I as a guest can sit comfortable in the breakfast without anyone asking me my room. I liked the idea that the hotel kept it simple and easy for guest. I really like this rustic room style of the hotel and generally the style of the hotel. The chef is very professional and cook very excellent food. - WIFI not working properly and hotel couldn't fix the WIFI. - The pool is dirty, I am not sure if the pool is for decoration and not for swimming. I never saw anyone use the pool during my one week. - Gym is too small, there is only a bike and a running machine. - My desk work station is made of glass, so it is a problem for a computer mouse. You need a small board or something. - The ventilation in the room and in the bathroom is extremely noisy and smells moldy. - The hallways, smells like traffic pollution. - Door isolation is extremely bad. I hear every single noise (also whisper) from the hallway into my room. - No USB charging plugs in the room.
• ctobriens (10/5): An excellent place to stay in Santa Cruz - I almost didn’t stay here given the TripAdvisor score, skewed by one poor review and few ratings. Thankfully, I checked out Booking.com’s reviews which were much more representative. This is a great place to stay. My alternative was one of the Marriott of Hilton-branded properties which felt sterile., This is nestled on a quiet street close to Avenida San Martin with some great restaurants and things to do. A short taxi ride or a long walk - I did both - to the Plaza and Catedral. Rooms are spacious, super clean, and this place has a cool vibe. Breakfast was good. Service excellent. Very happy I stayed here.

• Vincent (10/5): Excellent hotel design avec un accueil au top dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille - L'accueil : aimable et attentionné de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ et pour toute l'équipe aussi bien en cuisine qu'en conciergerie. La décoration et architecture tellement séduisants qu'on s'imagine passer du temps dans l'hôtel lui même sans sortir. Nous y sommes revenus avant notre départ et après un grand séjour à La Paz, Cochabamba, Copacabana , Uyuni et de loin, le meilleur hotel que nous avons pu trouver en Bolivie. Anecdote : j'y avais oublié mon portefeuille avec un peu d'argent et des papiers et j'ai pu tout récupérer à mon passage de retour 4 semaines plus tard car ils me l'avaient mis de coté à mon appel téléphonique : bref, aucun problème. Une super équipe et un super endroit ! rien, tout nous a paru parfait ou alors pour des détails insignifiants

• Juan (10/5): - Casa Alfonsina is such a gem in Santa Cruz. The vibe is cozy and peaceful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is great. But what really makes it special is the staff, they’re incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was also amazing, every meal felt thoughtful and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
