Les mûres son fin quand les gens rentrait tard et fessait du bruits on entendait tout. Dans le chambre il fessait super chaud. Et la chambre était déjà 180 et après encore des taxes par personne j’ai pas trouver ça cool.

• Caridad (6/5): - Ik heb geen ontbijt genomen omdat ik de volgende dag vroeg de deur uit moest om naar het vliegveld van Genève moest rijden. Het restaurant was voortreffelijk! Vriendelijk personeel en het eten was goed. Kamer was ook schoon en ook karig met een gebruikte wc rol. mijn IPad kabel deed het niet. Ik ben naar de receptie gegaan, zij probeerde mij te helpen met een blokje op te laden. Helaas werkte dit ook niet! Zij gingen het testen op afstand en meldde mij dat het aan mijn I pad kabel lag. Dit was pertinent niet waar, want de zelfde kabel werkte een dag daarna gewoon op de airport! Helaas was dit probleem in Genève in een hotel ook. Daar kreeg ik een upgrade van de kamer! De manier hoe ze dit afdeden vond ik niet klant vriendelijk! De poort om met je auto op het parkeerterrein te komen deed het niet! Wel 18 Frank vragen om per dag te parkeren!

• Andres (9/5): - Mega freundliches Personal, angenehm ruhiges Hotel, schönes Frühstücksbuffet, Junior Suite war super, mega bequemes Sofa. Tolle Idee mit dem leuchtenden Bild und der Beschreibung dazu. Sehr gelungen. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant war für uns zu exquisite. Bitte nehmt doch einen simplen Salatteller mit Ei und Nudeln mit Tomatensosse auf die Karte für alle Menschen, die weder Crevetten, Morcheln noch Tartar mögen.

• Samuel (8/5): - Das Hotel erfüllt einen gewissen Standard und als Business Hotel ganz passabel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut klimatisiert. Personal ist anständig aber nicht gerade übermässig zuvorkommend. Betten hängen etwas durch. In einem 4-Stern Business Hotel hätte ich zumindest eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher erwartet.

• FABIENNE (9/5): Agréable séjour. - Belle et spacieuse chambre (suite junior) literie confortable et bien lumineuse. Pas assez de café ou thé, manque des crèmes car le peu est très fort et pas de déca pour le soir et juste 2 petites bouteilles d'eau pour 4 adultes. Salle de bain pas très propre avec matériel branlant ex: le porte papier de travers avec le rouleau qui tombe- la porte de douche cassée.

I appreciated cleanliness and good modern condition of the whole building and the rooms Nothing to complain. Just the parking could have been included in the price

Plaisir à découvrir l'aquarium et le vivarium et à être sur place pour tout. - vue, terrasse, chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner, la facilité pour le parking, la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant le soir. Qualité en général mauvaise insonorisation, une famille qui est rentrée tard vers minuit, bruit, rires sans gêne, enfants qui sautaient et couraient, réveil à minuit, 2h du matin et le matin dans le couloir 2 x. Mais ça c'est indépendant de l'hôtel ! Les oreillers et matelas des lits qui ne me convenaient pas. Mal nuque et dos.
• Sonia (8/5): - La proximité avec le métro l'amabilité du Personnel et la discrétion des femmes de ménage qui font du super boulot jamais assez gratifié Le prix,malheureusement c'est la Suisse et la différence avec la France fait que l'on paie des trucs de oufs,c'est désolant de de devoir payer le parking ( 18€ par jour) mais c'est le concept Suisse apparemment. Tout est un peu plus cher mais le personnel est tip top

Molto comoda la fermata della metro subito adiacente (l'hotel ci ha gentilmente omaggiato della Losanna Transport Card) e la possibilità di visitare l'Acquario/Vivarium a prezzo agevolato appena usciti dall'albergo. Buffet per la colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il reparto salato. Il parcheggio è un po' caro.

• Uschi (8/5): Modernes Hotel mit guter Metro Anbindung - Großzügiger Speiseraum für Frühstück und Abendessen. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Durch die direkte Metro Anbindung war man schnell in der Stadt und am Hafen. Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, die Rühreier waren zu flüssig. Im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Eine Glasscheibe an der Dusche wäre sinnvoll.
