Linda (10/5): Perfect for a very comfortable stay. - The whole facility was exceptionally well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Very good allocated car parking. Close to town, but quiet. Staff excellent. Everything was really very good. Only one little annoyance was the lounge TV. It was a bit small and slow to come on and adjust channel/volume, etc. There was also one in bedroom, but we didn't try that one.

John (10/5): Awesome - There’s not much to dislike about this Motor Lodge. They kept in touch with us as we were running late, and at 9:30 pm still greeted us warmly when we finally arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Whanganui.

Heather Carew (9/5): Very comfortable, good location and efficient staff. - Everything was really good from the check in to the checkout. I was especially impressed by the cleaning. I think the only thing that could have improved the motel unit for me would have been an oven - apart from a microwave oven - and more than just two of everything. I was visiting relatives in Whanganui and if I'd wanted to invite them around for a cup of tea - or a drink - I would have had to ask them to bring their own glasses, cups, utensils etc. Most motels I've stayed in have been more generous with these items. However, this inconvenience didn't occur on this trip and everything was fine.
