• Stephen (9/5): Pleasant stay. The free Geneva transport card a great bonus - Great View, professional staff, breakfast adequate, very clean Could do with coffee & tea facilities in the room as well as two bottles of water i.e. one for each person.

Room had an old tv configured to german (the option to change the language was locked), no convenience items (kettle, fridge, minibar), no slippers or robes or toothbrushes.

• Precillar (8/5): Great hotel, amazing and friendly staff, great location, would return. - The room was pristine. it was facing other building but if you sit on the window, you have a lovely view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable and same with the pillows. The breakfast had a nice mix of choices between cold and hot. The 'desk' is not so functional neither is the orange chair but you can always sit by the window deck and work with a view of the lake.

• Sangeeta (7/5): Good, clean and easily accessible - Location was perfect, quiet with great transport access. Aldi was opposite and the views on the lake were stunning The bed was so uncomfortable, very hard with flat pillows. I know it can’t be helped but the bay window has a stunning view of the Lake but also directly under the flight path with aircraft’s being sooo close you can see the pilot in the cockpit which took away the serenity of the view.

When I went to ask, if it's possible to get a better view, that the only reason I booked this hotel, was to have a Lake View. But they didnt want to change it, they said I can pay to upgrade. Thats it. Only this.

• Selvan. (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be better it’s just a short walk to the station and there’s a convenient shop nearby. Parking was available at the hotel, and I really appreciated the free public transport ticket they provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back in the future!

• Kasim (7/5): - The reception staff are very helpful, as are the restaurant and cleaning staff. The location is amazing, close to the train station and the lake. The cleanliness is excellent. I'm disappointed with the management. This hotel is of a low standard; there's no kettle in the room, no tea, no coffee. The price for the stay isn't low, and the only hospitality offered is a small bottle of water for one day. Honestly, it's shameful and disgraceful. The bathroom floor has no drainage; when you shower, half the water overflows, and it ends up on the floor. There are no paper napkins on the dining tables. I hope the management will address these issues, and I wish them continued success.
