- Charles (10/5): Very nice for an older motel! - Very clean and updated room. Did not expect it after seeing the pictures and the age of the motel. They have done a wonderful job keeping it clean and comfortable.

- Nancie (7/5): - The rooms are clean and the motel is convenient for what I am doing in Lewis County. Microwave, coffee maker and frig in the room. Near restaurants and gas stations. Close to the freeway, but you cannot hear any traffic.
- Brenda (5/5): It’s cheaper than the Best Western, but definitely not as nice. I guess it’s better than Travelodge - Bed comfy. Fridge micro worked. Towels were dingy. Hot water got lukewarm at Best. Jacuzzi tub took forever to fill. Front clerk man called me at 11 o’clock sharp for a deposit for my friend’s pet. I didn’t even know if he was staying another night yet.

- Topkoff (7/5): Relaxed in Chehalis. - It was a clean room. I town and easy to find. Little high priced for an old hotel, in the past you could get a room like that for about 55.00 a night. The sign says jacuzzi in room. Well not our room. Just a tub.

- Joseph (1/5): - I liked hanging up the phone when I was rudely and unprofessionally told off in another language. Throughout the whole call I was very unpleased with how they handled the situation and had me thinking I was belittled and disrespected as if I was an ignorant American. Hanging up and not continuing to argue with the manager was the best part of that night. The crude and unprofessional attitude the manager gave me when I tried to get a room for the night. When they're dead tired from work and just want a nice hot shower. Being told off in another language I don't have any experience or knowledge of. I didn't like missing out on a hot shower and going to bed in my truck all dirty and gross feeling. I didn't like sleeping in the cold.

- Rae (10/5): We had a very relaxing weekend. Peace and quiet was what we needed and that’s exactly what we got with this place. - This property was very clean inside and outside, it was also very quiet. Shower had good pressure and the bed was very comfortable.
- Steven (9/5): great place to stay. - Quiet room number 16 Room was too heavily perfumed and hurt my sinuses and gave me a headache. Took a day to air it out. Need to be more sensitive to people with allergies. Avoid the heavy cleaners and perfumes.

The jetted tub was great after all the shopping at the outlet mall, walking thru Chehalis & Centralia main street stores(found good sales) customer service was great & was helpful on some questions I'm disabled with service dog they were great. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Sharon for making our vacation a wonderful memory.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good value for a night - Internet access, TV and bathroom supplies were all very good. The bed was not comfortable... too hard. Tge refrigerator didn't work. The room was clean. The jetted tub very short, not for someone over 5'5". The room was small, but adequate for a single person. Furnishings were older/worn. But clean. No usb charger for a phone. Good for one night, but lack of amenities/space would make staying longer a challenge. Value was adequate, I believe.

As a bonus, I had an excellent meal just around the corner and got coffee and a pastry for the road right next door.

- Donald (4/5): - Well there was mold in the bathroom garbage behind the beds which I found on my third night staying there the staff was good to clean the room every day the shower did not work properly the first night the faucet had a loose screw I tightened it up. I also had to leave a day early due to some family issues and I never got a refund.

Very clean & it looked nice & inviting. Maybe just the parking. I feel like you should have had a designated spot close to your room. Several times, we had to park a ways away. No biggie though.

The room was easy to access (I'm ADA) and comfortable. However, had to use a clothes pin to keep the black out drapes closed. Left that behind for the next customer. The restaurant next door was very good. Pretty place.

Bed was comfortable, soft but supportive, noise of nearby 5 freeway was muffled well, and the flowers outside were glorious! Room was a little worn from use, but not much and brought a good price for the location and value in the rooms!
- Donald (4/5): Find somewhere else - The room was showing too many signs of aging. Rust dead heater in the bathroom. Dim lighting. Peeling plaster and water stains on the ceiling. A broken chair. And a very strong scent added to the room by management. This place used to be ok. Not anymore and certainly not worth the rate they're charging.

(The owner[?] might come across as gruff, but he's very, very nice once you talk to him a bit.) I felt safe there, and did not worry about security. The doors do open to the outside, but they all face the courtyard which is monitored.

The motel resurfaced the parking lot during my stay- this made room accessibility almost impossible. The motel staff did not warn me about this.

- Robert (10/5): Relaxing at the Relax Inn - We had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and our room faced the train tracks and we got to relax and watch the trains go by. The coffee shop in the parking is also really good!

- Gulbun (7/5): Get ready for 4.08 am and then 5.30 am train tooting!!!!! - There was no breakfast, only coffee in the room but not enough sugar… The pillows were very hard. As I mentioned above, at least offer more sugar, coffee in the room.
- Clement (10/5): Weekend in Burnt Ridge MX - Was there for an event and the Relax Inn was what it was relaxing and comfortable. They have done a great job on an older hotel. I would stay there again. Coffee stand right next door and Dennys across the street with people with a great attitude and gas station with snacks.
- Penny (8/5): - I picked this motel due to it being a bit further away from the highway to cut down on noise. Nice, family feeling place. My only complaints were that because I'm just 5 ft 2 inches, the security view in the door was way above my head. The curtains didn't quite meet, but I had a clothes pin to keep it totally closed. It would have been nice to have a table and a second chair in our room (7), so we could have ordered something to eat in. These are all very minor. It was a very pretty and pleasant place to stay (we stayed one day down and one day back in our travels). They even let us in early on the way back, so we didn't have to wait a couple of hours to get into our room. Recommended.

We were close to everything we needed in our trip! We needed our room a little early and the staff was very accommodating with that need! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I'll figure out the coffee thing. - Easily accessible from I-5, with good walkable fast-food options for dining. Friendly desk clerk, always a plus! My room was basic amenities, clean and comfortable. Great value for the rate I paid. At check-in I was offered a room with more features at a higher rate but I declined. Coffee available in the room was generic hotel variety, very weak! The drive-thru stand adjacent to the property offers a better variety for those among us who would prefer a bolder jolt in the morning, but that is not included with the price of the room and would require appropriate attire. I know, seems like not a big deal, but it kind of is.
