• Carolyn (9/5): It was clean, roomy and basic. - This room took care of our basic needs. The shower curtain smelled moldy, bathroom door was hard to open and close. I would have liked another bolt on the door. It was very warm. the AC did not go below 62.
• Héctor (7/5): Very convenient but expensive for the value - Room was clean. Staff was friendly. We arrived at 1am and the guy at the hi-market was very fast giving us the keys. The place is right next to the main road and the noise of the trucks during the night was extremely loud and my partner could not sleep at all.

Idk why but they had a massive mirror which was hideous. Bathroom window was unlocked. Less than half a roll of toilet paper was in there. No good access to outlets. Wouldn't recommend to families or single women. Front desk doesn't care when I mention any of this. They literally shrugged it off

• Matthew (7/5): The hotel was a perfect spot to access Big Pine Lakes Trail. - We liked the set up of the room and comfort of the beds. The shower drain appeared to have backflow after use. The AC had trouble keeping the room cool. I recommend keeping the AC set at temp of 65 all day for room 15.

• Neil Kaila (1/5): Unsuccessful check-in - N/A The lobby was already closed when we got to the motel but they sent a message beforehand that if you arrive after closing time, a note would be posted on the lobby door explaining the room number but there wasn’t any. I’ve tried calling the after hours contact number posted on the door and the contact number here in the app, but no one was answering. I’ve sent messages in the chat but no response either. I would really like to get a refund because this is very disappointing.

Unfortunately they gave me a busy room , felt so bad I scared a person when I opened the door. After that the staff helped me very quickly and very professionally which I appreciated very much after my long drive .

Thin walls so noise was easily heard from other occupants, neighbors behind motel very loud partying and dog barking, mini fridge frosted food and drinks, microwave needs replacement (very poor power in heating), room lights flicker on & off depending on how much electricity you use, pillows too flat, tv too small for that room.

There is a sign in the window of the abandon looking office directing you to the gas station. But startling at 10pm after a long drive to see an abandoned looking place upon artival.

• Shira (1/5): Worst place we’ve ever stayed in, highly unrecommended. - It’s close to the Big Pine Lakes The place was unacceptably dirty, the dishes were gross, bathroom was dirty, there was a cockroach in the bedroom, the electricity didn’t work - meaning the lights turned on and off constantly, and charging our devices took a lot of time.

The staff were great - even though they are busy running the gas station, the person who checked us in was quick and efficient.

The room was upgraded based on the style of the motel. The vaulted ceiling made the room feel spacious. Check in was easy and everything was near you including the gas station and convenient store. TV connected to streaming service was slow and would disconnect often. Watch that step as you enter or leave the room, can easily miss it when your carrying things. A yellow painted line along the edge would help.

• Jens (4/5): Für das geleistete und gebotene zu teuer. Wir hatten Motels und Hotels auf unserer Rundreise, die für weniger Geld mehr - Größe des Zimmer ausreichend. Die Matratze hing leider durch. Dadurch schlecht geschlafen. Die Toilette viel zu klein. Im Bad war jeweils am Ende der Badewanne ein Stück der Trockenwand zu sehen. Lüfter vom Bad ins Zimmer war ziemlich schmutzig.

• Crystal (2/5): - I didn’t stay. (Female solo traveler) the room was off-site in an alley behind the main hotel. It felt very unsafe. Once inside the carpets were very stained, the room smelled off and again locks felt insecure and unsafe. 3 men worked the front desk and would’ve all been aware that I was alone. As the desk person walked me to the room (because again, it’s off-site) he’d even commented that the owner was back there all the time and I’d “be safe”. I think even they are aware that space would make a solo traveler very uncomfortable. This particular apartment needs additional disclaimers to be rented to the general public.
