It gave me allergic reaction from the odor. They need to replace the carpet and repaint walls and replace the wallpaper to get rid of the smell. This could be an AMAZING hotel if this was cleaned up a bit. The furniture and room layout is nice.

Pictures online showed it was recently remodeled. I work in service and don’t normally leave a disappointed review, but this hotel was not clean. Our room had other peoples hair all over, especially the bathroom/shower, face smudges on the mirror, stains all over on the carpet in the hallways and smelled as though our room was previously smoking allowed. It said the hotel was recently remodeled in other reviews, but seemed messily done and not complete. Nice to be near the freeway, but loud road noise and hotel noise, had to sleep with earplugs. Limited breakfast options.

Went the extra mile to accommodate our need for adequate plug-in cord for a Cpap machine. Poor instructions on how to get to hotel--nothing on communication when approach is pretty direct when simply explained but info we received was encumbered. Had to go to website from reservation site to get involved instructions. The building was obviously a construction site. Perhaps wait until you are ready to welcome guests until the building is ready. No plug ins on the wall opposite the desk wall--in fact none except on that wall. Inadequate supply of linens. Very poor lighting. No bedside lamps. Bed-time reading was impossible. Breakfast needs a new chef.

Instead, I was put on the third floor and told it was newly renovated and very nice. Not so third floor was not complete various things in the hallway rolls of carpeting rolled up. My room was unfinished, wash area have bear walls no paint and open electrical box where the light used to be. The room smelled like construction, paint drywall mud.
