• Damian (10/5): - Όλα ήταν τέλεια ! Οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί και το πρωινό αρκετό . Το σημαντικότερο για την διαμονή μας ήταν το προσωπικό . Ο Ζαχαρίας ήταν ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε. Όλη η διαμονή έγινε εξαιρετική χάρη σε αυτόν .

The breakfast was good too. Simple and elegant. I woukd say the room was a bit smaller side as it was a double room. There was a mucky smell inn the room despite the weather was hot and warm. Please bring cash payment as the card only being used as a guarantee. We needed to bring cash later on

• Monica (10/5): - All good. The Riad is close to Jemaa el Fna Square but on a quiet alley. The room was small but clean and equipped with everything you need (including a bidet—which is a big feat). The staff is very kind and the breakfast is superb! Recommended.

Sentimo-nos muito bem recebidos. - A localização é excelente, mesmo no coração da Medina, a alguns metros de uma rua principal, no entanto totalmente sossegado. O Riad é bonito, e confortável, o pequeno-almoço é excelente, com variedade. O Zacarias recebeu-nos muito bem, e ajudou-nos a esclarecer dúvidas acerca de onde ir e o que visitar. Recomendo totalmente. O único aspecto que para nós não foi tão bom, foi que um dos nossos quartos não tinha uma porta a separar a casa-de-banho, tinha meia parede e uma cortina. O outro quarto (tínhamos 2 quartos para 3 pessoas) estava perfeito.
• Yannick (7/5): Bien placé mais chambre au Rez de chaussée avec sécurité artisanale. N’accepte pas les cartes de crédit - Accueil charmant par Zakaria qui nous offre un thé marocain accompagné de douceurs sucrées. Les lieux sont plutôt propres. La terrasse au dernier étage est agréable. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le Riad qui n’a pas de pancarte. Il faut se fier au numéro de rue. On déchante très vite malheureusement dès que nous prenons possession de notre chambre qui est au rez-de-chaussée et qui donne directement sur la cour d’entrée où tous les voyageurs passent. La chambre est de taille correcte mais la salle de bain est dans un placard. Très mal agencée, le lavabo n’est pas fonctionnel puisqu’il est encastré dans le mur. Aucun porte serviette ni crochet pour suspendre serviettes ou vêtements. Pas de rideau de douche et aucun porte savon. Bref ce n’est pas pratique du tout ! L’établissement n’accepte pas les cartes de crédit contrairement à ce si est indiqué dans l’annonce. Le coffre n’est pas scellé donc ne présente aucun intérêt.

• manami (9/5): 快適 - とても便利な場所にありながら、人通りの多い道から30秒ほど入ったところにあり、夜はとても静かでした。 ホストのお二人とお掃除の方、皆とても感じが良かったです。お部屋にケトルがなかったのですが、頼んだら厨房のケトルを貸してくれたり、冷蔵庫にビールを入れて冷やしてくれたり、最終日の早朝、飛行機のため、持ち出しできる食べ物を準備してくれたりしました。 また、部屋の説明事項が誤っていたと説明して、1部返金を申し出てくれました。とても誠実な対応でしたし、常時暖かく迎えてくれたので気持ちよく宿泊することができました。 唯一シャワーの排水溝の流れが良くなかったことが、少し気になりました。
• Jana (4/5): We ended up leaving early… - The staff were absolutely lovely and if it was only based on them I would give it a 10, unfortunately that’s all the positives I’ve got. The rooms were very rundown and very dirty. My friend that suffers with asthma really struggled with how much dust there was in the room. Instead of a big room with 2 double beds as specified in the booking we got 2 separate rooms, which meant the people staying in the room without a toilet had to go outside in the middle of the night to access the bathroom..:not ideal. The towels and bedsheets were dirty and very old. The riad was very noisy too, our room was next to the cleaning cupboard which was accessed very early in the morning. The location is down a dark alleyway that felt a bit scary at night, plus we kept getting harassed by the guy working in the barber shop outside the riad.

• Adam (9/5): Riad muy recomendable - Riad calidad-precio buena, situado a 2min andando de Jemma el-Fnaa, y el personal de 10, nos facilitaron dejar las mochilas al llegar muy pronto y a la salida también ya que si no teníamos que cargar con ellas, tuvimos un problema con el aire y nos lo arreglaron al momento, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, y buen desayuno. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, pero nos lo arreglaron en cuanto se lo comentamos.
• SOUAD (10/5): Sin duda fantástica elección - Estancia fantástica en este riad en Marrakech. La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrica y cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, haciendo todo muy fácil. Volvíamos de una excursión por el desierto y el descanso aquí fue justo lo que necesitábamos: las habitaciones son muy agradables y las camas, increíblemente cómodas. Además, el desayuno es variado y delicioso. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable.

As we had the rooms with two separate beds, the power outlet in the bedroom could only be used if you push the bed together. We only had one tiny window.

It is really just one street from the main road in the heart of Marrakech, but calm enough to sleep. For me the mattress was way to hard and normally I like hard mattresses. The little street for a single woman seems a bit dangerous, a friend of mine brought me to the Riad just to make sure I am fine.

We arrived at the riad and did not stay even one night because the reality was completely different from the Booking.com listing. The property was extremely difficult to find, especially at night, with no proper signs and poor lighting in the street. Inside, the place was dirty, badly maintained, and nothing like the photos. There was no proper reception desk, the welcome was unprofessional, and the hall, kitchen area, stairs, and room shown to us were in an unacceptable condition. This property did not deserve its rating and did not reflect the quality shown online. After a long trip, this was shocking, stressful, and a complete waste of our time. We left immediately because staying there was not an option.

• Martine (3/5): 3 nuits à Marrakech au cours d’un Road trip - Euh l’emplacement, proche de la place Jemma Tout le reste : l’accueil, la surface de la chambre (très loin des 25m précisés dans l’annonce : dès l’ouverture de la porte nous sommes dans le lit, ménage approximatif (la douche n’est pas nette, de la poussière au sol). On nous a refusé de nous servir le petit dej ayant dépassé de 15 on la limite alors que nous avions été malades et avions passé une très mauvaise nuit. Depuis 30 ans que je viens à Marrakech, c’est la première fois que je suis confrontée à ce genre de personne qui n’est intéressée que par le profit aux dépens du bien être de sa clientèle ce qui donne une mauvaise image de ce pays magique. Pour mémo, nous avons séjourné dans d’autres Riads quasiment au même prix, mais qui méritaient largement plus le prix. N’y allez pas.

L host Zakaria ci aspettava fuori al Riad per accompagnarci. È stato davvero gentile e premuroso con noi, facendoci trovare anche una torta per il mio compleanno con le candeline. Centralità, pulizia e super silenziosa. Ottimo Rapporto qualità/prezzo Stanza un po’ piccola, ma dotata di tutto il necessario.

• Tomás (10/5): Buenisima experiencia en el corazón de Jemaa el-Fna - Zakaria fue un gran anfitrión. Siempre se preocupó de que pasaramos una buena estadía e incluso un día que debiamos salir temprano, se tomó el tiempo de tenernos algo para el desayuno para que llevaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. El Riad a pesar de estar ubicado en pleno Jemaa el-Fna, es muy tranquilo y no se escucha el ruido en absoluto.

• Tjasa (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ladies serving breakfast were so sweet. The room was small but cozy, and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean, and there is also AC in the room. Be aware that payment is cash only. We didn’t know and had to look for an ATM, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We also had an early flight, and they prepared breakfast boxes.

• Hanna (4/5): Obrzydliwy pokój, miła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie - Dobre śniadanie Pokój był poniżej jakiegokolwiek standardu. WC, prysznic i sypialnia stanowiło jedno śmierdzące pomieszczenie. Łazienkę od sypialni oddzielała zasłonka. Malutkie okienka nie pozwalały na wietrzenie. Kanalizacja była niesprawna. Woda stała w umywalce, po „naprawieniu” stała w prysznicu. Śmierdząco, duszno, obrzydliwie.
• Anton (9/5): Odlično mjesto za osjetiti duh grada zbog uređenja rijada kao i lokacije usred medine. - Odlična lokacija zbog blizine centra, vrlo dobar doručak, ugodna soba, lijepa terasa, vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Trebalo bi obnoviti kupaonu.

• Karin (7/5): Vriendelijk en gastvrij Riad met nog wat praktische verbeterpunten. - De eigenaar/manager was erg vriendelijk. De locatie was uitstekend, erg dicht bij het plein en alle bezienswaardigheden. We kregen nauwelijks schone handdoeken en ons bed is nooit verschoond, wel opgemaakt elke dag. . Een haakje in de badkamer zou prettig zijn om je kleren aan op te hangen en een tafeltje tussen de bedden zou ook erg praktisch zijn voor je telefoon of een glaasje water. Een glas of beker in de badkamer zou erg fijn zijn voor het tanden poetsen.

• Dar MABA Marruecos (5/5): - Solo puedo recomendar la ubicación cercana a la plaza y zonas de museos. Sobretodo lo viejo y deteriorado que se encuentra,lo caro que son las habitaciones y muy pequeñas sin espacio para las maletas. Me dieron la habitación de la terraza y se encuentra muy vieja y sin ropa de cama para las noches frías de Marrakech. No lo recomiendo!!!!
