- Jeff (6/5): We have been coming to this area for almost 50 years. We love Lake Huron. - I'm having a hard time getting used to the paperless transactions. I am still waiting for an email receipt from the Motel. We checked out on Wednesday.

- Joanne (9/5): Quick and comfortable stay - clean facilities and wonderful staff! - The room was a decent sized. I was able to park my car very close to my room. This was important because I had something valuable in the back. The linens were clean and the staff was very attentive and wonderful! I am certain there was a fly in the room when I went in - 2 in fact. I know they didn't come in with me. I don't mind so much but maybe fly swatters in the room would be helpful. Also the TV to remote speed wasn't great.

- Tanisha (3/5): Would not be using or recommending this place in the future. - Didn't have any breakfast there. Only modern thing was the bathtub. Can't say I liked anything. Just needed a place to stay and this fulfilled that need. The carpet and air smelled moldy and funky. This was one of the biggest turn off. The barbecue grill barely worked. Overall wasn't worth the price.

- Mary Ann (9/5): Excellent Value for the Cost - The room was VERY clean and well appointed. Handy exterior door, which was great because we had our dog with us. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. The small fridge froze everything we put in it (fruit, cheese, water). Heating system is very loud and dry.

- Lorraine (8/5): This was a pleasant stopover with all the conveniences we needed on our trip home. - I really appreciated that there was a good breakfast restaurant right on site and that there was a discount for guests. Bravo. Although I realized the pool area was under renovation, I noticed that the pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Cleaning should not stop during upgrades. The change and shower cubicle was great.

Most of the others were available only for a subscription and the others few would have a message "This channel should be available please wait a moment. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais il y a de nombreuses traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Le personnel est tres a l'ecoute, ils nous ont preté un lit bebe et un lit d'appoint pour notre plus grand. L'hotel est 5 min d'une belle plage. Nous avons aimé notre sejour.

- Sherry (1/5): Bed was full of springs and the experience was awful. - The room had musty smell. The tv wasn’t working when we came in. The phone didn’t work. We only had half roll of toilet paper and was unaware no more in the room. Had to us Kleenex since no phone to call during the night. They offered $20 off room I told them to keep that. I reserved 2 rooms, one was for 1day stay the other 2day stay. They have the nerve to offer $20 off. After we just spent over $600.

- Christopher (4/5): - Obviously Travelodge bought this motel with intentions of updating and modernizing. Not much done so far. Room had double bed and 26” TV that wasn’t working. Bathroom was tiny, toilet seat broken. Window air conditioner was very loud. Furniture was worn on wooden tops and dresser handle was broken. Not impressed for $150 a night.
