From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

• Lucia (1/5): Mala estadía - La zona no estaba tan mal La habitación estaba sucia, llena de bichos. En un momento se nos desbordó el water y se inundó todo, la ayuda fue escasa. Nos enviaron a otra habitación que estaba en las mismas malas condiciones.

• Millie (6/5): It was okay, but not the best. - It was a good location, only like a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and things which was good! It was quite clean in the room too. The swimming pool wasn’t the cleanest and was boiling hot the whole time so was cooler out of the pool to be honest. the sun chairs were awful plastic and hard to lay on, the room was outdated could do with a refurb.

• Rita (8/5): Nice clean rooms with decent swimming pool - Nice big rooms and very clean. Swimming pool is also a decent size, friendly staff. Below average breakfast, a bit further out from main restaurants etc. High price for the quality but I guess this is the whole island problem at this time.

• Laura (1/5): Horrible…… - Rien. Séjour très décevant dans cet établissement. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes d’hygiène importants : la piscine était verte et clairement pas entretenue. Dans la chambre, la propreté laissait fortement à désirer : traces sur les miroirs, calcaire, cheveux et poils visibles dans la literie. Les sanitaires étaient également dans un état inacceptable, avec des toilettes bouchées et des remontées très désagréables. Nous avons même trouvé des cafards dans la chambre ainsi que plusieurs insectes qui circulaient dans la pièce, ce qui a rendu le séjour très difficile, voire insupportable. Le rideau était également cassé. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir correctement pendant deux nuits à cause de ces conditions. Le seul point positif reste le personnel, globalement aimable malgré la barrière de la langue, ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est pratique. Cependant, au vu de l’état général des lieux, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, surtout aux personnes sensibles à la propreté ou aux insectes. C’est une très mauvaise expérience.

Away from the main hotel with no phone in the room , Isolated incase of emergency. From my bed I can smell the toilet. The whole entire hut was so substandard. Not worth the money paid

Des chats qui monte et restent sur les table au petit déjeuner. Sachant que là-bas les chats sont dehors, pas hygiénique du tout. La dame qui nettoie les tables avec une petite balayeuse pas très hygiénique.
• 7ed86f08b34a7181c27c6d68a1d5e821 (4/5): Pas terrible - Avis mitigé sur cet hôtel 😕 Malheureusement, notre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer : nous avons trouvé un énorme cafard dans les toilettes, ce qui est franchement inacceptable 😬. Il y avait également de la moisissure dans le lavabo ainsi que dans les toilettes, ce qui donne une très mauvaise impression générale. Côté confort, ce n’était pas mieux. Le matelas était très dur et peu confortable, ce qui n’a pas permis de bien se reposer. En résumé, entre le manque de propreté et le confort insuffisant, l’expérience n’a pas été satisfaisante. Dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, cet hôtel pourrait être bien plus agréable.

Pictures online - Location was very quiet, and yet still close enough to walk to the man areas. Very close to the back (sloped) walk to the viewpoints. Staff were unhelpful. Luggage took an hour to arrive. Rooms weren’t ready on time. Pool was full of slime and needs a clean. Rooms FULL of mosquitos. Breakfast was very much lacking.

• Luciano (1/5): Catastrofico e in generale sono positivo con le recensioni - Purtroppo è stato davvero terribile peccato perché la struttura è bella e potrebbe essere un bel albergo, siamo stati 4 giorni la pulizia delle stanze fa letteralmente a desiderare non vuotano la spazzatura non puliscono i bagni non rifanno i letti pulizia livello 0, per farti una doccia devi riempire il secchio della spazzatura di acqua perché non c'è nessuna pressione di acqua, l acqua della piscina è verde davvero un disastro , allego alcune foto

Destacar que si tienes miedo a los bichos no es un hotel para ti , hay mucha vegetación y muy bichos ( mosquitos cucarachas..)) Destacar también la ubicación te hace pasar por calles sin iluminación , llenas de suciedad y mal olientas . El person muy agradable , la última noche entro una cucaracha en mi habitación la cual les tengo panico y nos cambio de habitación sin problema.

La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle terrasse sur le jardin et la piscine immense disposant d'un espace jacuzzi et d'un bel ensoleillement. Le petit déjeuner est pris en extérieur sous abri. Nous l'avons trouvé très bon, copieux et agréablement accompagné du chant des oiseaux du jardin. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour de 2 nuits. Rien

• Ed (9/5): - Rooms were nice. Clean and had everything needed. A little dated but overall good value for money. The pool area & grounds were nice. Excellent breakfast plenty of choice. The room cleaning wasn't great. Clean towels and fresh water left. But bed wasnt made. And the only bin was emptied but no replacement liner provided. The bed made a weird noise, possibly the base was broken -althoigh this didn't really bother us too much.
