The two sisters who run the B&B could not have been more personable and helpful. The surrounding vineyards and olive groves were soul-replenishing.

A truly wonderful place to stay among the vineyards, with warm hospitality and great local wine ta - The journey to the property is already stunning — driving through scenic vineyards sets the tone for a relaxing stay. We were warmly welcomed by Camilla, who opened the gate and greeted us personally. The property itself is beautiful, and we were able to park right next to the apartment under the olive trees.
The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the private terrace, perfect for sipping wine in the evening.
A definite highlight is the on-site wine tasting tour, also organized by Camilla. The wines are excellent and the setting is intimate and relaxed — highly recommended. None!
- david (10/5): After travelling extensively over the last few years both for business and pleasure this is the top - It completely exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived Camille was superb in helping me settle in answering my questions and providing information needed to make the most of my short stay.
- Luc-Nad (10/5): Un lieu magique.

- Gabriel (10/5): A wonderful stay at an amazing agriturismo ! - We had the Appartement with our two Huskys. It was large, cosy and had everything we needed for a great and relaxing vacation. The location in the vineyard and the whole complex is stunningly beautiful. Our Hosts were very friendly and fulfilled our every wishes. The Agriturismo is central to every major city you wish to visit in the region.
After a week there I feel very relaxed and recovered. Thank you so much for this amazing time Camilla and Selene! Nothing to dislike!

and visited the azienda capurso, Agricola Moranda di Capurso. The wine tasting was exellent.
We bought some red wine and olive oil.

The Breakfast is amazing every detail taken care of...sitting next to an open fire with delicious chill out bird song music is the best way ever to start the day...
We were treated to a fabulous tour of the vineyard and shown the process of wine making...totally amazing...
I love this slice of heaven...
- Helenweaver001 (10/5): Fabulous visit to Verona & Lake Garda - I recently stayed in Corte Moranda with my partner and sister & brother-in-law. We fell in love with the region and will most certainly be going back.
Selene & Camilla are wonderful, caring hostesses- nothing is too much trouble- the property is in a beautiful, peaceful location just outside Verona centre - Camilla gave us useful advice on areas to visit.
Our rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully, tastefully decorated.
+ grosse Zimmer
- im Sommer extrem heiss durch fehlende Klimaanlage
- midlifetrippin (6/5): Beautiful Property Falls Short of Expectation - Recently stayed at Corte Moranda during the VinItaly Exhibition. Staying outside of Verona was attractive after a full day of attending an exhibition. The property absolutely delivered on the quiet and isolated location we were seeking. Staying on the positive, the rooms were also very good size and very clean. High points for the property the physical property. It should be noted that the hotel is 10-15 minutes from City Center by car. Not difficult to get there, but not "taxi convenient" either. One should plan on driving and parking to go into town. Again, on the positive side, the hotel is located at the winery and in the midst of vineyards and olive trees. Lovely location.
Now, on the down side, these are not serviced rooms but are priced as if they are. Or maybe priced that way only during VinItaly? We failed to notice this when booking online via Orbitz. Could be an error by Orbitz, but regardless, we were unaware that for four days we did not receive clean linens or towels. But, ok, this is partially our fault so I don't want to dwell. There were two other issues that prevented me from giving this property a higher rating. The first was the breakfast. In other reviews I have seen both positive and negative comments. Well, I am going to fall on the negative side as the breakfast we experienced was yogurt, cookies/cakes, and "boxed" toast. If you are not familiar, "boxed" toast is basically a small piece of prepared toast purchased much like crackers. That's right, no fresh bread or a toaster, just this. Additionally, the lack of any proteins, cheese, fresh fruit, etc., did not demonstrate much of an effort. To cap it off, this is Italy and there was no Espresso or even a Moka. Rather, there was an urn of coffee that was mediocre at best and, on our last morning, was absolutely a day old and not heated properly. Terrible is the only word I can use.
Finally, I travel the world and Italy at least 8 weeks per year. One of the great hotel features in Italy that often overcome cultural challenges or hotel shortcomings is the lovely demeanor of of the Italian people and the genuine effort to make everyone feel welcome. While the staff at this property was nice, the property itself had an atmosphere of negativity due to signs and instructions posted throughout the property telling you what "not to do". Additionally, there was a list in the room of actions one should not take and that you would be charged for many of these if you did not follow the instructions. I get it. They want to keep the property in good shape and, honestly, I have no issue with the basic concept of most of the "rules" that they posted. With that said, as a customer paying for hospitality, that is what I expect to receive. What I don't want is to pay good money to be told all the things I cannot or should not do.
I wish Corte Moranda continued success, but highly recommend that they upgrade the breakfast effort / offering and present "rules" in a more positive manner.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointed - The inn itself was nice; tucked away in a quiet vineyard. However, we were there for 3 nights and they never even once serviced our room—-no emptying the trash cans, or making the bed (or changing the sheets). We only got clean towels because we had to ask. And then they only gave them to us and not our friends who were staying in another room. The breakfast consisted of the same cookies and cake each morning we were there. It would have been nice to have some fresh options along with the yogurt. Finally, on the last morning the coffee was even obviously left over from the day before. Very disappointing because the place could be very nice if it was serviced correctly.
- JAVIER (8/5): La nature à côté de Verone - Lieu calme. L'accueil excellent. Tu te sens comme chez-toi.
Proche du centre ville : 7'
- FEDERICO (10/5): ottimo!!
- halfcafqueen (10/5): Peaceful getaway, conveniently close to the city center - Just a 10 to 15 minute drive from Verona, but this lovely farm is a peaceful and relaxing countryside getaway. We felt right at home in the lovely, yet simply decorated spaces. The sounds of the crickets at night and the roosters crowing in the morning was a refreshing change after our day of touring in the city. Breakfast was lovely with homemade pastries, fruits, yogurts, fruits, breads, and more. Thanks to Camilla for being a wonderful hostess.
- Alessia (10/5): Confortevole Shabby Chic!
- Mpoloska18 (10/5): Exceptional hospitality - It was a last minute booking and it turned out to be the right choice! Guests comments proved to be true: rooms are very clean, area is peaceful and relaxing and the owner&manager Selena was very helpful and hospitable and made our long weekend a very memorable one! Thank you!
- 724maniks (10/5): Exquisite and romantic. - The property is wonderful - the rooms are clean, very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts are lovely and accommodating, and the breakfast is one of the best you'll find in Italy! Lovely home-made cakes.
- TzvetelinaM (10/5): Cute little place - 5 km from Verona in the country side. Beautiful area. I was met fro 2 lovely sisters, they give the feelings that you just got home. Smiling, friendly, helpful... The interior is very homey and stylish. They paid attention to details. Just have in mind they offer only breakfast, so you will need to find other places for dinner. They know the area well, they can give you ideas.
- ebakic (10/5): Very nice and peaceful - Great location close to Verona, but at the same time very peaceful place in nature.
Friendly reception and warm ambient..
Rooms are very well decorated and clean.
Breakfast was a good option.
We loved it and hope to come back.
- Björn (8/5): Vingård. - Trevlig personal och bemötande. Rymligt rum. Spartansk frukost.
- WardvanBeek (10/5): Ideal for a Verona visit: quiet, relaxed, with lots of space and very friendly reception! - It's a bit outside of Verona, but therefore very quiet and still within 15 minutes of the city center. The welcome is warm, the breakfast is good and the room has plenty of space and is very clean! The views are great!
- 813janeb (10/5): Lovely Agriturismo very convenient for Verona - We spent 4 very pleasant nights at Corte Moranda and had a very large double room that was the size of a suite, with an excellent and very modern en-suite bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome by Selene and Camilla, who were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants in Verona and Lake Garda. One suggestion we would make to them both is to add a selection of fresh fruit, oats or low sugar muesli and natural yogurt. We do not eat cakes and pastries for breakfast, even very nice home-baked ones.
- leggygal (10/5): A rustic escapade - I have to say it might be a little bit difficult to find, but Corte Moranda is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet a delight. You can just tell how invested emotionally this family is into ensuring a great stay for their guests. Camilla and Selene were so welcoming and took us on a fantastic tour of the winery, cherry and olive trees, providing exceptional insight into the daily working of the farm/winery. What an amazing space for a conference or wedding.. tucked away and yet so close to the delights of Verona. The girls' helpful suggestion to head to Piper for dinner was amazing and really appreciated. The shower was fab and the bed comfortable. The whole house was scented by the perfume of fragrant wood and lavender. A delightful respite all up and the fact that there was a kettle in the room literally blew my mum's mind!
Would love to return to taste the next vintage. Camilla and Selene took us for a tour around the winery and I predict great things for the future - it all looks amazing.
- Mariz (6/5): Great hotel in Verona but too hot. - Stayed at this B&B last week. It's a wonderful place with acres of grapevines outside. The sisters who ran the place were very friendly. Breakfast was great! We had a family room which was on the 3rd floor. No elevator, as most B&B in Europe, but we managed just fine. Wifi was spotty.
It was my birthday and they placed a special lavender pouch with a birthday wish for me. That was a lovely touch.
I would love to give this place a 5 rating because the sisters were really nice but the air conditioning was not working and it was SOOO hot! We couldn't open the windows all the way and even if we could it would not have helped much. It was about 97 degF outside so we were roasting inside. It was very difficult to sleep when you are soaked with your own sweat. They had a small fan downstairs which we took with us upstairs. The fan provided relief so we were, at least, able to sleep albeit uncomfortably. There was only 1 other guest when we were there so we wondered if that was why the air conditioning was not on?
Corte Moranda, I think, would be great in the cooler months. If you're going there in the spring, winter or fall then you'd be fine. In the summer months, we will definitely make sure there is working air conditioning wherever we stay next time we go to Italy.
- ViaggioTravelVoyage (10/5): Wonderful stay at Agriturismo Corte Moranda - We stayed at the Agriturismo Corte Moranda for 2 nights and it was absolutely beautiful.
The Corte Moranda is situated approx. 10 min outside of Verona next to the their own vineyards. The building is beautiful restored farmhouse with a very nice garden.
The rooms are spacious, wonderful decorated and very clean.
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast (homemade cake incl.) in the garden.
Of course, we took some delicious olive oil from their own grapes with us home.
Above all: The owner family gave us a very warm welcome and made sure we had a absolut pleasant stay!
I would go back anytime and can only recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay in and around Verona.
Best regards,
Timo
- sahomi (8/5): beautiful place to stay - nice place outside of Verona with huge rooms and lovely arranged details. staff is very kind and helpful. unfortunately a rather small choice at breakfast (nothing savory) but homemade cakes and jams.
- 557michelc (8/5): very good ratio quality/price - Hotel is very quiet,
People are very nice.
We did appreciate discretion and kindness (very sensitive to the attention for our son's birthday), Beautiful region.
15 mn from center by car.
Totally secured
Very good and recent equipement
Picnic is possible in the garden.
Parking is free.
- 20amandaw (6/5): Lovely family place to stay - Very clean and the owners are lovely, breakfast is poor. It is quite a distance from verona and a car would be good as we spent a fortune on taxis. Surroundings are beautiful but there is not much to do especially with an 8 year
old
