- JOHN (4/5): Short Stop en route home - The hotel was out of the way, with complicated public transport links. The views were impressive. The location was difficult to access. Two of three restaurants were closed. We were in the “east wing” with long tunnel connection to the main hotel. Lunch (a wrap and a Caesar salad +3 bottles beer CHF79) 34CHF Uber to airport.

La nouvelle chambre : ok ! On vous envoye , pour une chambre > 300/nuit dans un couloir où labyrinthe de 250-350 de long avec changement d’ascenseur …. C’est pénible. En France un « Relais Château « valait 350 € Au restaurant : des verres de vin très moyens a 18 chf/verre hmmm çela sent le business et le rendement a 199 %.

- Julialba (1/5): Disappointed - The staff was skilled and could talk many languages I did the booking because it was suggested from my emirates flight add ons but unfortunately the place wasn't good the valet parking wasn't welcoming or helping with the luggage from the car to the lobby and not friendly at all immediately just mentioned the extra cost of parking. The receptionist was verifying the documents with accuracy but for example didn't mentioned the day specials or guidance on the facilities location in my booking was included Features that wasn't available in the room assigned plus I requested the chance of a non carpet room and I get one with carpet smelling the bedding wasn't clean, ac was smelling, tv wasn't working properly, went to the sauna also showers in sauna area were dirty, shower at the room also was dirty, the furniture was defective like almost falling down. Food standards was poor. There was included a excursion complimentary of bicycle non mentioned at all neither enjoyed and the room size was the smaller non having the sofa mentioned at the booking. Definitely not recommended. After giving a feedback the mentioned they will improve it and again non staff helped with the luggage sadly my experience not pleasant and won't recommended. Tried to communicate in the booking messages and nothing responded. So alll previous was exposed once check out time and they applied few deductions for the honest feedback. Need to train more the staff for higher quality or hospitality and overall cleanliness.

- Jessica (9/5): Zufrieden - Personal wirklich top und auch die Schatler die dich im anderen Gebäude gebracht haben wirklich nett sie haben sich die Namen wirklich sehr gut gemerkt und das finde ich schön … Personal beim Frühstück waren wirklich sehr sehr nett am 2 Tag wussten sie schon wer du bist wie du heisst und was du gerne trinkst ,so was finde ich sehr aufmerksam… Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus das wichtigste was man braucht ist da und auch mehr … …am Abend die Restaurants auch sehr gut schmeckt alles wirklich gut … Die Zimmer fand ich bisschen klein auch das Bad klein aber irgendwie ist es gut gegangen ..insgesamt fand ich es echt schön ich war 9 Tage dort und es ist wirklich schön gewesen Personal an der Rezeption ist auch wirklich sehr nett… Ich bedanke mich sehr Die Zimmer und Bad waren bisschen zu klein

- Enzo (3/5): Beware this is 2 separate hotels one fancy and one not. - Location only decent thing, close to suburban train station to downtown, in leafy suburb, close to Uetliberg hiking area. Main hotel is probably OK, breakfast wasn’t that great though. Basically a scam; this is 2 hotels, the main one which looks nice, you have breakfast there, all facilities (restaurants, pool), and the second one (“east wing”) which used to be a operate under a different name/brand, much less fancy, which they added to the main one. They’re 1km away by shuttle bus, or there’s a shelter tunnel ~200m with underground stairs you can walk connecting them. Rooms in the “east wing” are bad, super small, uncomfortable bed, bathroom badly designed (shower has no separation, sink has very little clearance b/w faucet and drain, …) plus it was dirty, the shower drain was clogged. Parking is 30chf extra per night and they force you to use the valet service, no option to self park. Valet service is at main hotel, so you need to get there first to get your car. Using facilities of main hotel is possible I guess if you’re in the second one but walking the shelter tunnel in flip flops to get to the spa is probably not the best. They also “strongly suggest” you to leave good reviews, and take a 200chf deposit off your card on check-in.

- JOSE JOSE (10/5): Excellent hotel, great staff. - We stayed 7 nights. Great service and crew. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with direction, drinks, and service in general was outstanding. We definitely would come back again Ample space in the room and very well maintained hotel in general. Thanks to Felipe, Eva, Andres, Giorgio , Ali and Olekseii for making our stay memorable. Also the internal pool and spa is really good. The Hotel is NOT close to the center. It is highly recommended to get a Swiss Pass Travel card so if you plan to see different cities around, highly recommended. The Swiss pass also let you get into many museums. We used Uber and the tram to go to Central station several times, but it can be cumbersome as there is a small hike to the closest station ( triemli ). It is no a negative thing per-se but we are not the hiking type. Note that the outside pool doesnt open until mid-may I think.

Beware staying here - if you ended up in a cheaper “Superior” room in the East Wing, these are actually Inferior rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable, with privacy and stunning views over Zurich. The hotel’s spa and restaurants, especially Cinque Studio, created a luxurious atmosphere, making the overall experience both enjoyable and elegant. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of high-quality ingredients in a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom amenities were fine, but I expected a bit more.

Mustafah hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sehe gut informiert über alles. Danke an Ihn. Frühstück sehr grosse Auswahl an Essen, mega fein alles auch von der a la Cart sehr feine gefrühstückt. Personal auch da vor Ort sehr effizient und freundlich . Danke war schön bei euch. Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, einfach erwähnen. Habe keine Hundenäpfe bekommen, sonst bei 5 Sterne normal.

Номер был очень уютным — удобная кровать, отличная ванная комната, всё на высшем уровне. В отеле есть хорошие рестораны с приятной атмосферой. Единственный небольшой минус — отель расположен немного вдали от основной дороги, но так как у нас была машина, для нас это не создало никаких неудобств.
