- Elfa Transport (1/5): Das Hotel war insgesamt ungepflegt und entsprach weder qualitativ noch kulinarisch der Preisklasse. - Leider konnte ich kaum etwas finden, das mir wirklich gefallen hat. Auch das Essen war für diese Preisklasse insgesamt nicht gut genug. Manche Gerichte waren zwar gelungen – zum Beispiel Keşkek und Hünkarbeğendi –, aber die Nachspeisen waren beispielsweise sehr schlecht. Der Strand war sehr verschmutzt und die Liegestühle waren alt sowie schlecht gepflegt. Allgemein machte das Hotel keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war staubig, die Fenster schmutzig und der Jacuzzi roch stark nach Schimmel.

When the weather was bad, the indoor pool, sauna, and hammam were very helpful and relaxing. For children, there is a kids club and a playground. We really enjoy our holidays here and would like to come back again.

Many places to relaxe and very easy in bars and food. Off course a lot same food every day Could be noisy and some parts of the day.

- diannie (8/5): Nice relaxing break - Just back from an Easter week at this hotel. We paid for a 2 room - family room and I’d say pay the extra and get one!! It was 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a changing area. The rooms could be separated with a lockable door. I have posted photos because I wasn’t exactly sure what we were getting before we arrived. With 2 teenagers the extra space was appreciated. My photos don’t really do justice to the space though, it was generous. Going in a chilly month it was fantastic to have the heated pool. The pool and jacuzzi were sooooo nice and warm it was like a bath. Getting out was the issue as the exterior temperature was colder. We did manage to get into the big pool twice, it was lovely - just a bit cold. Towels were provided, there were plenty and there were always fresh clean ones available. They were quite small so we tended to take 2 each which wasn’t an issue with the hotel. Also one day there were some teenage boys behaving antisocially in the pool. The lifeguard was all over it!! He had hotel management and security there warning them. He was brilliant. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Reception, bar, gardeners, cleaners, maintenance. All warm & welcoming. The food was nice. repetitive but fresh and tasty. In fairness only the 2 main buffets and the beach snack place were open because it was just opening for the season, so we didn’t get to taste the à la carte restaurants. Often there wasn’t cutlery out, but there were waiters trolleys with them on (so I just found it quicker and easier to get my own). The patisserie had pastries, and lovely cakes. They also had ice creams. The coffee shop had lovely coffee too for throughout the day and evening. Now my main dislike - the drinks. Plenty of waiters at the bar and working the rooms taking orders. But the quality of the drinks (wine, beer) mixers was just not nice so lots of the drinks just tasted a bit like chemicals to me personally. One day I ordered a Prosecco and what I got was like not nice Prosecco with lots of that apple juice cordial hotels serve at breakfast. I couldn’t even drink it!! And my husband liked the mojito, but sometimes the mint was black (off). I settled on gin and bitter Lemmon as a staple in the end because that was a good quality mixer. One day we got the bus into Kemer, it was really easy, out of the hotel and walk to the right to the bus stop. It was 6 euros for 4 of us. Not that much in kemer, but had some amazing food and my son had been desperate to spend some money and there is a street with shops on. Getting the bus back was also easy.

The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but the overall look and atmosphere of the resort are truly beautiful. There is a nice indoor pool and a small outdoor pool, which was great because the water is heated, so we could enjoy swimming even in March. The resort also has many cats that live there, and my child absolutely loved chasing and playing with them, which made the stay even more special for our family. The food was good and varied, with plenty of options every day. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Emma from guest relations, who was particularly friendly and professional. Overall, we had a very lovely and relaxing holiday and would definitely consider coming back.

Angelina, Kristina, Aruzhan, thank you so much! Our kids loved to stay with you! Poor, sometimes even no internet. Lack of activities for adults even for low season. Be prepared to be bored if the weather is bad. 2 of 4 elevators were not working for 5 days. I understand that they have to be maintained, but still it has to be organized differently.

- Rita (10/5): Highly recommended - The hotel is about an hour away from Antalya airport. Book your taxi ride in advance to avoid the exorbitant prices given by the taxi drivers at the airport. The hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and the amenities are up to par. Proximity to the beach, pools, gym are a huge plus. I was also freely upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi upon my arrival The jacuzzi had lint and fuzz in the water after I filled it up. I couldn't enjoy it as I would have loved to.

In the winter season, understandably some facilities are not functioning as they would in summer but both buffets open and outdoor beach bar, pool bar and patisserie. The food was varied, there is an indoor pool and a small heated outside pool (if you’re brave enough). The spa did not offer any packages, which was disappointing but we went into Kemer and used a spa there. Service was excellent by all staff!

The food is excellent – a wide selection, fresh ingredients and very tasty dishes. - nicolajanej834 (2/5): Appalling! Definitely not 5*! - Where do I start…This hotel is very run down and looking tired. It’s definitely not 5* and nothing like the photos on the website. Moreover, the staff wouldn’t know what customer service is if it slapped them in the face! It’s not clean. Cockroaches in the room. Everything is very run down and old. Fridge in room is full of ice and won’t close properly. The mini bar wasn’t refreshed daily. One of the sockets in room doesn’t work. Can’t get an iron-you have to pay extra for an ironing service! The food selection is very poor. My daughter won’t eat anything. I’ve had to go out to supermarket and buy food for her which defeats the object of going ultra all inclusive. The towels are like cardboard in the room. The food service areas are dirty. The coffee machines are dirty and one day there was no milk in 4 different bars for coffee. The air con is warm! There’s no information in the room about anything. I managed to get the WhatsApp number but the response was a couple of hours later. The Sunbeds and poolside area is dirty. Some slides were closed. A few of the small restaurants closed a couple of days into stay. Booked into Chinese then got there it was closed. Booked into Italian and guest services hadn’t given the restaurant the information so was made to wait at reception for 15 minutes which was highly embarrassing. It’s not laid out very well. It’s more like a 3* at best but is advertised as 5*! It’s like a catalogue of errors and even though I’ve spoken to guest services they haven’t done anything. I hate complaining but it’s dreadful and completely defeats the purpose of holiday which was to relax as just recovering from hysterectomy.

We’ve been to turkey every year with the family for the last 4 so we are pretty well experienced now when it comes to standards out here & unfortunately this is the first one to miss the mark. Food is way below average, service is slow, hotel itself is in deep need of a refurb & rough around the edges. TVs don’t work, showers are hit & miss whether they have hot water or not. For the first time in our time ever visiting turkey - Each day & night we are looking for things to do outside of the resort when normally we DO NOT want to leave our resort.

Maybe the first day was really bad, and everything was the same as the day before. But the biggest drawback was the lack of a heated pool, even inside! Our children shivered after getting out of the pool, and the water slide was only open at scheduled times. The sea water was warmer than the pool. Overall, it was okay—but I wouldn't go back.
- svetlanasO9624WT (6/5): Disappointing experience — not up to 5-star standards - We stayed at Limak Limra Hotel & Resort Kemer with our family at the end of October. We were allowed early check-in free of charge, which was appreciated. The food was good and varied every day — different types of meat (veal, beef, chicken, turkey, beef liver), fish options, and once a week seafood. There were plenty of vegetables, both fresh and cooked, traditional Turkish desserts, and a limited selection of seasonal fruits. Ice cream was available daily from 14:00 to 17:00. Drinks were served at lunch and dinner if you managed to catch a waiter and ask, but overall the service in the restaurant was friendly. Every evening there was a mini disco for children followed by an entertainment program with professional guest performers — we really enjoyed that! The territory is large and well maintained, the pools are clean, and the hammam, sauna, and indoor pool were open and free for everyone. Beach towels were of excellent quality and almost new. The cats living on the hotel grounds brought a lot of positive emotions and made our holiday feel warmer and more joyful. However, this hotel does not meet 5-star standards. Our “garden view” room faced the wall of the conference hall — the “garden” consisted of a single palm tree. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, but no cups and no napkins. The pillows and blankets urgently need replacement — they are lumpy and uncomfortable. There is also no sound insulation at all; everything happening in the corridor could be clearly heard inside the room. Housekeeping was very basic, though the cleaning ladies were polite and friendly. The main issue was the reception staff. Since our flight was at night, I tried to arrange a late checkout several days in advance. Every time I was told to come “tomorrow morning after breakfast,” and I received different prices each time — • one receptionist said $20 per hour, • another said €20 per hour, • and when I asked for the price in Turkish lira, they calculated and said 972 TRY per hour. When I asked why the information kept changing, one employee told me I must have “misunderstood,” which I found very disrespectful. It became clear that guests from different countries were given different prices, which is absolutely unacceptable. After several visits to reception, I was finally told on the day of departure that extending the room was not possible. This unprofessional attitude completely spoiled the overall impression of the stay.

We had some good laughs with this person the receptionist it wasn’t a big deal. It was the action was quite immediate and absolutely helpful. I honestly can’t wait for the rest of my holiday because it’s only the first day.

Overall, the food is tasty, but in terms of variety, it’s a bit behind for a hotel of this class. Restaurants and Bars: 8.5/10. They use high-quality products. Reception and Guest Relations: 8.5/10. Very professional. Cleanliness: 8/10. Quite successful. Staff: 9/10. I think the staff is the biggest strength of this hotel. Despite everything, they are very friendly and especially helpful. No matter what complaint you may have, they will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I can honestly say that they won’t let you leave the hotel unhappy, as long as you express any dissatisfaction. The hotel is big and can be very busy at times… but it’s well spaced out and we have no problems getting a sunbed at this time of year. The beach is lovely and water very clear… it is mostly pebbles so take scuba shoes! The food so far has been great, we have had a lovely meal in the evening main restaurant and enjoyed the food at the Italian A La carte..very nice and worth the extra money. Enjoy your stay!

Broad choice of rooms, from standard hotel doubles to self-standing villas. Worth the money!

- 323annelik (8/5): Nice hotel but cold pools and lukewarm food in the buffet - Overall a nice hotel with a lot of amenities. My kid loved to meet all the cats that lived on the premises. The room was very nice and the staff pleasant. We had two bigger problems: 1) the warm food in the buffet was 90% of the time at Best only lukewarm and by the time we reached the table it got cold. Because of this my child didn't want to eat most of the time. 2) all the pools were cold, even the smallest kids pool and indoor pool. It was sad to see all these pools just be empty all the time because nobody wanted to be in such cold water.

Tāda sajūta, ka personāls vai nu jauns, un nav vēl apmācīts. Pāris cilvēku es atlaistu momentāli.

We required a disabled accessible room on arrival, unfortunately they had all been taken but within 2 days we were able to change our room. All the meals were fantastic at the buffet restaurants and bonus with the snack bar, with a great variety of foods, which suited both our meat eaters and vegetarian guests. The grounds were all kept very clean also and well maintained by the staff. We are at the Turkish kazan restaurant which was quite nice, although mains were similar to what we found in the buffet.

The room was a standard room but very comfortable and a good size. Only downside was that it was above the disco and so we could hear the bass into the night.

- 825lavernem (8/5): Limak - Just arrived home, hotel was nice, rooms bit dated but cleaned every day, mini fridge restocked, towels ect the staff work so hard to keep everything looking nice.. Lots of bars & restaurants inc snack bar by the pool which was good. 2 teenage boys! Didn’t get bored lots to do during the day. The animation team (Deniz) especially very helpful & friendly, telling us what activities were on that day and always trying to get everyone involved. Water polo & darts were a favourite! Kemer marina 5mins by taxi lots of shops restaurants & bars. Lovely place. Overall good experience and a lovely relaxing week in the sun 😊
