We couldn't find the hotel, as we drove round and round and couldn't locate it - because they had changed their name and didn't think to send us an email. Car park was quite small.

- Carly (8/5): - Recently refurbished room, nice and comfortable. Guy on front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited and the cooked choices were a bit dried out and tough. Milk was warm, but the rest was ok. It was advertised as having a restaurant but there was no food available in the evening so it only serves breakfast.

Card keys stop working at 10am (check out time) which is not helpful or communicated on arrival when you are staying more than one night.

Sausages and mushrooms undercooked. No bread. No juice. No eggs. Tables not cleared. No plates. One staff doing bkfast and reception.

- Evans (1/5): - The rooms are a good size bedding is clean and fresh so are the towels The car parking as there isn't enough disabled car parking spaces car park is un even the lift doors keep opening even when your not near them the television signal plays up so you end up missing parts of the programme these no where to keep milk fresh if your staying longer than one night the sofa bed mattress is too thin so you feel the metal frame work there's no glass or plastic glass if you want a cold drink

- Evans (10/5): Excellent value for money - The rooms are always nice and clean and smell fresh the staff are always very friendly and helpful and its a nice atmosphere Sometimes its a long way to the room and my brother is disabled so has trouble with long distances the mattress in the family room sofa bed is a little uncomfortable as its quite thin so you feel the metal underneath and some times the television doesn't work properly keeps cutting out

- Cunningham (4/5): - The price and convenient position to Wolves FC The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, traffic noise very prominent and people allowed to stand outside late at night chatting and shouting. Smoking is allowed outside so window had to be closed to eliminate smoke from getting in your room as their were some peculiar aromas!!

- Paul (8/5): A lovely stay with friendly staff. - Location Refurbed to a nice standard. Only minor thing that needs addressing are a row of white tiles in the shower area which are discoloured. The owners need to address this as I think it’s the same in a number of rooms. Otherwise it’s a massive improvement from the last time I stayed here.

- Steffon (7/5): Good value and good location. - Seen all the bad reviews on this hotel and thought what are we going to, but in all fairness room was clean bright and comfy, they have had a lot of refurbishment work and there was a smell of paint but they can’t help that it will go over time. Staff were fine and for the price location and parking was fine. Good value and they are trying very hard to make it better and it’s working. Would stay again if ever back in Wolverhampton. Only small point I would make the rear door from car park needs to be monitored better it took us 10 mins to get inside.
