Kate (10/5): Little gem of a hottel - Really liked this hotel. The rooms are like a 2 story block of flats. The ground floor doors open to the carpark. Brilliant for when you have dogs with you as we did No lift and stairs to negotiate for their morning wee! There was a nice wee bar and restaurant that was lively on a Thursday evening. It had an outside terrace but it was a bit cold when we were there. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Good stay for a bargain price

Petra (4/5): - Die Lage war okay und das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut Das Zimmer war im anderen Gebäude. Die Klospülung war nicht in Ordnung. An der Badewanne waren Stockflecken. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem. Direkt vor unserem Eingang stand ein Müllcontainer und der Abfall verteilte sich auf dem Parkplatz. Beim Frühstück mussten wir nach allem fragen.Nach Tassen für Kaffee und nach Milch.Gläser für Saft standen auch nicht bereit und Toast war auch nicht da. Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Das Personal beim Abendessen war nett. Beim Frühstück nicht. Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Christophe (6/5): Hôtel "utilitaire" au confort sommaire - L'hôtel est idéalement placé pour un retour à l'aéroport après une visite de l'Écosse. Le restaurant propose des plats de qualité et le personnel se met en 4 pour vous (le restaurant allait fermee et ils ont fait le maximum pour que nous puissions commander un dessert) La température de l'eau était extrêmement difficile à régler. La chambre était petite, même s'il y avait un grand rangement et il était impossible de régler la température du radiateur. Enfin, un lit de 140 pour un hôtel de ce prix n'est pas acceptable.

Christian (3/5): Leider nur unterdurchschnittlich - Das Personal im Restaurant war außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht obwohl sie extrem unterbesetzt waren. Das "kontinentale" Frühstück als solches zu bezeichnen war eine Unverschämtheit. Es gibt lediglich Toast und Cerealien und Säfte. Man konnte sich einige typische britische Frühstücksgerichte bestellen die inklusive waren. Die Betten haben gequietscht und waren extrem durchgelegen. Bei jeder Bewegung haben die Federn der Matratze Geräusche gemacht. Die Duschkabine war noch dreckig vom vorherigen Gast. Es gab lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person und nur für eine Person Duschgel und Shampoo im Bad. Die Jalousie am Fenster war außerdem Defekt. Es war sehr hellhörig und früh morgens und spät abends hat man Türen zuschlagen hören.

Julia W. (2/5): - Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und das Personal ist freundlich. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Elternbett. Zum Glück waren wir nur zu dritt, denn ein Einzelbett war so durchgelegen, dass man schon bei leichtem Druck mit der Hand auf die Matratze den Draht in der Matratze spürte, die müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das andere Einzelbett war super weich, das Doppelbett war gut. Der Teppich hatte an mehreren Stellen dunkle Flecken, die dunklen Möbel waren super staubig und teilweise klebrig, von der Fernbedienung möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Die Klobrille war nicht richtig fest, das Wasser in der Dusche/Badewanne lief nicht richtig ab, da der Abfluss verstopft war (wurde auf Nachfrage vom Personal behoben).

Micha Magellan (8/5): Viel besser als im teuren Edinburgh zu nächtigen - Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen guten Parkplatz, nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen eigenen Pub unten, wo Samstagabend Live-Musik gespielt wird. Ein Dorf weiter östlich gibt's einen Farm-Shop samt Café mit richtig gutem Frühstück! Es war ein halbes Politikum eine zweite Bettdecke für das Doppelbett zu bekommen. Das ist sinnvoller als 4 Kissen drauf zu packen. Ich empfehle nicht den Berg runter in den Ort zu gehen, da es am Wasser eher eine seltsame Gegend ist.

V2975IDgordonw (8/5): Unexpectedly good. - We stayed overnight as it was the only place in town conveniently placed for us to visit friends. Being a take it or leave it scenario we were not expecting much. What we found was a comfortable venue, a decent sized bedroom, fairly priced food and drink, including a lovely breakfast freshly cooked. We even had entertainment on site, there being live music on a Saturday nights.Stevie covered all genres in an enjoyable set. Will be back.

Bra parkering på boendet. Pub och restaurang i samma byggnad med helt OK pubmeny. Trevlig personal. Rent. Skulle behöva en uppfräschning av rummen som t ex tapeter och målning. Lite slitet vilket drar ned betyget.

Helen (5/5): I was a bit disappointed, - Bed was lovely and clean , towels were lovely, hot water and plenty of it. Hotel a bit run down, first impressions wasn’t great, chipped front door, carpets rather worn in the corridors and room, black furniture in the room which was rather chipped, very grey decor, breakfast tea served in a flask which was cold, no staff about.

MissWatson91 (10/5): Great First Visit/Stay!! - We had a great 2 night stay. Here at the Richmond Park Hotel! There was a tad mix up with the room situation when we arrived but it was quickly dealt with by a lovely receptionist called Yvonne (I think) she was very helpful and very accommodating. The room we got after the mix up was so lovely (just what I ordered). Great size. Comfy bed etc. The Room could be doing with a tad TLC but nothing that was a big issue or that it ruined/affected the room or our stay. Such as 2 wee things that were broken in the bathroom and maybe a lick of paint to get rid of marks on the wall and ceiling. But other than that it was such a great room. And all the extras you'd expect in a room. (TV, Coffee & Tea Facilities, Biscuits, Towels, Extra Pillows, Hair Dryer, Iron, Coat hanger's, Hand soap, and shower soap/shampoo) Their gastro restaurant/pub was fab. First night we went in for a dinner after traveling. Was so good. Lovely decor. Great music. Lovely staff, decent menu, great drinks menu. The 2 young boys were very attentive. Friendly. Chatty and great at their job. Food was amazing. Great portions for the money. Definitely would recommend dinner or lunch here it was fab! <3 we were so full! :P The location was ideal for what we wanted and needed it for. We would definitely revist again for sure. Bo'ness is such a lovely place to stay and visit. Really enjoyed our time here and would recommend. ❤️🧡💙💜
Gareth (10/5): Great stay - Friendly staff on arrival, and our room has a beautiful view of estuary of the river Fourth. Room comfort ans clean, water pressure wasn't great but still an ok shower. Would definitely stay again Only stayed 1 night, nothing to grumble about

Im my room I could hear every footstep , doors banging and loud sex -it was very , very unpleasant . I was on a high floor but there was a pervasive smell of fried food all day and all night that filled the whole hotel . I couldn’t leave quick enough

Sarah (2/5): Awful - It was near the event we were attending View from our window was amazing Bathroom was clean, clean towels provided daily Police called to drunks in the attached pub on the first night. Next morning, tv was remotely turned on in our room twice in the early hours waking us up, all rooms had door closers that slammed the doors shut waking us early every morning as people went down for breakfast, no blinds at 2 windows meant early morning sunlight meant couldn’t go back to sleep once woken. Last night, drunk party in bedroom next door til midnight, again no sleep, then woken early morning by fire alarm, no fire, no staff, no explanation. Staff ignored do not disturb sign and insisted on knocking the door then shouting down the corridor at each other. Could open windows or have blinds down, not both so room was too hot during the night. Dust around the edge of the room, other people’s rubbish left on the floor.
