- Chris (10/5): - We stayed at 2 different sites from this management company. Both were just what we'd wanted. Spacious, a kitchen and located close to the train station. One was noisy as it was very close to the station but the windows were incredible at blocking the sound. The other was much quiter as it was away from the station. Dealing with the company was easy and they were very friendly. Between stays we went on Norway in a Nutshell tour and they stored our excess luggage for us. Very helpful. Lovely experience.
- Suhailah (6/5): - I loved this apartment, it was spacious and clean, and in a good location on the water nearby to the Munch Museum, Opera House and Saunas. However, it is located next to a large construction site that is very loud from 7am to 7pm everyday. This really dampened the experience as it was impossible to relax peacefully. Also, as the apartment would get quite hot, it was best to have the windows open for airflow, but, with the construction noise it was insufferable. This should be noted by anyone who wants to be able to have down time and relax in this apartment. If you are intending to spend time relaxing during the day at the apartment then this is not the accommodation for you.
- Zainab (2/5): - The address listed for this hotel is not true - you pick up the keys from an office and then have to walk about 10minutes away to find a random apartment building where the room/suite will be. The directions that you are given on "check in" are very basic and unclear - good luck finding where you need to go. The "customer service" for this place is non-existent - there is nobody to speak to out-of-hours and messages and emails are replied to a week later. The bed and pillows are basic (my guess is they spent less than £5 for the most basic bedding set imaginable) - you will feel like you are staying in a scandi-themed prison cell. The kitchen may look nice in the photos but be warned - there is nothing in the cupboards, basic equipment is not available, making it useless. We were conned by the nice photos, and what we thought was a good location, but we would never stay here again and would warn others to avoid completely.
- Allison (8/5): - The location was excellent, with the convenience to trains and the City Centre. The area felt safe, was clean and lovely. The unit was not as nice as the general photos online and had quite a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom was dark. The indoor temperature was too hot, even on min, and the location overlooking the Central Station was too loud from trains to sleep with windows open. I would stay in a similar apartment again but would want to be more particular about the specific location and unit quality.
- Trisha (8/5): - Lovely, clean spacious 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. Very central and easy walking distance from sights and central station. The Opera area of Oslo is modern and clean and a good base for a city break. Unfortunately the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, right up against a busy road, so we never managed a good nights sleep.
- Scott (8/5): - The property itself was good, however the 15 minute walk to get the key, followed by a 15 minute walk to get to the apartment after a transatlantic flight, all while dragging suitcases was too much.
- Jennish (6/5): - The apartment location is convenient but the apartment itself is very basic. You have to collect key at different location to the apartment which we were not aware when booking. Expedia also shows payment taken but actually was not and hotel contacted me on day of arrival about to cancel my booking. There was no one to contact except building security and the apartment was very difficult to find at night. Outside balcony was dirty with weeds growing in garden. Curtains don’t close properly and office workers can see straight in both sides. Power cables lying across balcony. Rubber strip on front door loose trip hazard. There is no starter packs or tea coffee etc upon arrival which was very disappointing as we advised we are arriving late around midnight. There are no facilities and for the price I paid, I would have been better off staying in a hotel.
- Bruce (6/5): - This property, while nice once we found it, was very difficult to find. There is very little signage, streets and buildings, inside signage to the garage and garbage was non existent. We happened to be there during a very hot period for Oslo, so with no A/C, the apartment was uncomfortably hot. Managements only solution for relief was to let us know about a heater/fan that was about 10” x 10” with a very low fan speed. They pretty much said, oh, so sorry. It was very disappointing in these two regards. It would be a good suggestion to them to have a number of larger fans for use in these conditions. On a positive note, there was a wine and grocery store in the basement as well as a pharmacy.

- sarah (10/5): - I loved this apartment. I didn't know there was a roof deck!!! Wow! I went up there every day! So great! One tiny detail - it'd be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower. Just a place to place a bottle of shampoo. But a fantastic place! Thank you!
- Man Kong (10/5): - The apartment is cozy, spacious, clean, and with lots of high-quality amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and oven. We enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment as it is close to numerous attractions like Munch and the Opera House. We also had access to trams and buses within minutes of walking distance. There were also convenient stores and a supermarket downstairs, which made it perfect when we wanna grab a midnight snack or drinks.

You don't find out the address until 24 hours prior which, was a bit unnerving due to the composition of our group. Not unsurmountable but, I do wish there would have been a bit more time. The apartment has much of what's needed for a wonderful stay. I'd like to see a bit more information in the app regarding the surrounding area and what's needed at check-out. I would rebook; just room for a bit of improvement.

Some better instructions on how to operate things would be useful and some basic provisions would be nice or a bit more information in the pre details so you bring what you need, but a good shop is just a stroll away. Great place to stay in Oslo!

- Michelle (2/5): - We had to go to property management building first to collect keys and apartment address. We were given horrible directions. We were not informed that the entrance was in a courtyard not visible from the street via Google maps. It was a long walk between these locations after a very long travel day. The apartment had no knives of any kind. There were two frying pans but only one worked on the induction stovetop. No spatulas. Don't plan on cooking here, in other words. The instructions for removing trash were very confusing. We ended up using a public trash can. Would not recommend.

It was not easy to initially find the building based on the info I was provided. This was very frustrating as we dragged our bags across the bridge and back and forth looking for the apartment. The directions I was given at check in was, "cross the bridge and turn left. There is the buidling"

- Anne (6/5): Dårlig kommunikation - En rigtig god lejlighed i et spændende og moderne område ved Operaen. Lejlighed ligger helt perfekt og indeholder alt, hvad du har brug for. Desværre var kommunikationen rigtig dårlig og når vi ringede til dem for at melde en skade på balkon, fik vi en uhøflig betjening. Service forstår de sig ikke på.

- Cassaundra (10/5): Very nice stay - Overall a great stay. I was a little upset that it was not ready when I tried to check in. Fortunately they let you leave your luggage there while you wait or roam around. Don’t make the mistake I did and walk around the area near the office. This area is called “Groneland.” It is basically the Middle East and a third world country inside of Oslo. I was starting to get anxiety thinking this is where the apartment was. It’s not! Get back on the bridge and go right. (This is near the apartment and a much nicer area.) night and day. Positives: -Great modern location -Upscale apartment building -Close to everything -Everything you really need -Close to saunas -near grocery stores,restaurants, and cafes(highly recommend Godt Brood) -Balcony w/table and chairs -very safe -Quiet building with noise restrictions. (Don’t come here if you are loud or with a group of loud people.) the quiet is nice Negatives: -Check in was delayed with little to no communication. -Check in location is different from apartment. So lots of moving around after long travel. -Apartment does not include any toiletries or coffee. So don’t forget yours!

- Mark (10/5): - Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office

The apartment was exactly as expected and even had roof terrace with a glass shelter with tables and chairs where you could bring food drinks etc. the location of apartment was just behind the Munch museum and was surrounded by small bars cafes restaurants and some boutique shops. The main central station was a 5 to 10 minute walk with other transportation methods ( bus and tram) located less that 5 minutes. My husband and I thought it was exceptional and throughly enjoyed our visit we would book again and recommend highly
- Espen (6/5): Decent apartment but could be much better - Brand new apartment in a new development close to the opera. Good for work stays and not too far from train station and public transport. But a few things could improve the experience big time.... there was no coffee machine, although it said so in the apartment description. And it felt very sterile and empty, a few pictures on the wall, pillows in the sofa and place mats on the glass tables would make a difference. The towels felt very hard and cheap, and the pillows were horrible. Besides that, an ok apartment for a couple of days in Oslo.

Whether traveling for business or leisure, this apartment is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a high standard of accommodation. I would definitely stay here again!
- CHANTEL (6/5): Great location, needs some touches - So the location and service was great. But in terms of comfort, for shorter stays there was no basics like soap in the bathroom, or tea/coffee. For longer stays, the little one towel per person, small thin pillows etc, aren’t going to be super comfortable. Just some little improvements would make a big difference here.

- Leonardo (2/5): Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! - Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. First, the reception is in a completely different location, which was extremely inconvenient. Then, the electricity in our apartment failed, and despite our complaints, no one was sent to fix it. To make things worse, the washing machine trapped our clothes inside, and the staff showed no interest in helping us retrieve them. Finally, when we asked for a refund due to all these issues, they outright refused. Avoid this place at all costs!

- bent (8/5): Fin leilighet, helt i utkanten av Sentrum. - Fin og behagelig leilighet. Minuset var at den ligger helt i utkanten av Oslo sentrum, i enden av Bjørvika, (på bortsiden av «asbest» blokkene) og på vinteren er dette et veldig rolig område. Samtidig manglet den dusj såpe og det har jeg forstått er en vanlig mangel i denne type utleie leiligheter. Så også ut som forrige bruker (ihvertfall en tidligere bruker) hadde ødelagt en av vegg kontaktene uten at dette var blitt fikset. Ville allikevel vurdert å bo der, kanskje spesielt på sommerstid.
- Kjell-Morten (6/5): Leilighet Rostockgate 24 i Oslo - Først av alt var det et mareritt å finne kontoret for henting av nøkkel. Så var det vanskelig å finne rett inngang til stedet. Leiligheten var svært dårlig utstyrt. Manglet mye for å kunne fungere særlig kjøkkenutstyr. Høye barkrakker var ikke særlig greit for folk litt opp i årene. Nedsittet sofa som absolutt kunne trengt noen puter man kunne hatt i ryggen. Savnet en mappa med opplysninger om bostedet, slik som rømmingsveier, hvordan benytte nedkastet for søppel o.l. Tror ikke jeg kommer til å benytte Bjørvika Apartments igjen.

- Janny (10/5): - The property was in the middle of a very modern area with musea, opera and awesome buildings. There was also nearby the view on the Oslofjord. The appartement was very new (2023) and had every thing (except for a cutting board which is convenient to cook😀). I fell in love with Oslo❤️🇳🇴

- Luke (6/5): - The staff at reception were incredibly helpful, the inside of the accommodation was perfect and the building itself was great with a really helpful shop in the basement area of the facility. However a couple of set backs, the pin in the map when you book is for the main reception and not necessarily the accommodation you will be staying in. Fine for us, but if you have limited mobility this is something to be aware of. Also, because the map was for the main reception we weren't able to see that the building was in an area under major re-development and as such the noise from the nearby construction site was audible all day. For us this was ok as we were out most of the day, but did mean we couldn't have a lie in and if we wanted to stay in we couldn't.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We loved the apartment—but—the after hours check in process was not that easy. First we got a taxi to where we thought the apartment is only to find out that you just get a key from a lockbox. By now, the taxi has left. Now we need to figure out where the actual address is and walk there. Once we finally found the apartment it was very clean and comfortable. I think knowing ahead of time to not let the taxi leave would have been very helpful as it was later at night that we arrived. But our stay was lovely, the furnishings comfortable and the area quiet.

- Kinsey (10/5): - This was a really lovely stay. The two-bedroom setup was perfect for three people. Loved the living room and kitchen setup as well. The location was also perfect!! We checked in at the office and then had to walk to our apartment which was about 5 min away. It was good we were all young because I think it could be challenging for older people/families to find efficiently. It would be nice to provide salt & pepper and oil or something to people that are staying there as it was a little tough to cook without. The only other thing that I'd like to say is that we were there for four nights and it would have been nice to have a couple extra towels as each person got one big and one small towel and after a couple days we really needed to do a wash, but did not have the time for them to dry.

- Olivia (8/5): - The Apartment was really nice and perfect for a City Trip to Oslo. It was located Perfect. You can reach everything really fast by foot, Tram and Bus. The only criticism is the noise level in the apartment (sepcially at night) as the windows are not soundproof.

Låsen på døra gikk tom for strøm, da virket ikke nøkkelen, det ga meg en ventetid på utsiden på 45 min etter å ha ringt hovedkontoret. Kunne vært håndtert raskere, og er en klar minus i vurderingen.

Leider funktioniert das Internet nicht, man kann sich zwar verbinden aber die Geschwindigkeit ermöglicht einem nicht einmal WhatsApp zu nutzen. Die Lage ist super, allerdings ist es dadurch nachts auch etwas laut. Nichts für Leute mit seichtem Schlaf.

The bit I’m not happy with it was, I need to take the rubbish to the general rubbish area when checked out. The apartment itself isn’t bad, good and clean. They are kind enough for me to leave my luggage at the office after checked out.
- Kirsti (8/5): Fantastisk beliggenhet - Fantastisk beliggenhet med nærheten til alt. Noe varm leilighet som gjorde at vi måtte ha opp vinduet om kvelden og natten. Noe bråk fra trikkene som går utenfor. Ellers rolig strøk. Flott utsikt fra balkongen, men enda bedre utsikt fra takterrassen. Der kunne man se hele Oslo!
- Mark (4/5): - We very much enjoyed our stay due to the location of this property. It was very close to the opera house, the munch Museum, etc. The only issue we had was with the unit being uncomfortably warm due to the fact that the heat pump/heat exchanger could not produce temperatures inside on warm days. I would suggest adding ceiling fans to the rooms as way to improve the comfort level.
- Pål (6/5): Grei leilighet sentralt i Bjørvika - Fin leilighet sentralt i Oslo i et nyere kvartal av Bjørvika. Selve leiligheten var OK - men det var skuffende at det ikke var tilgang til takterrassene i bygget, slik beskrivelsen av leiligheten sa at det skulle være. Ellers ligger soverommet ut mot en ganske trafikkert vei - innfartsåre til ring 1 i Oslo - som til tider kan være ganske støyende. Vær også OBS på at det er begrenset med parkeringsplasser tilgjengelig for leiligheten.

- curtis (6/5): - What I really didn’t like was the booking information from Expedia contradicted the email I received one week before our stay that threatened to cancel without immediate full payment. I had to spend hours trying to figure out if the email was a third party scam. Expedia said full payment at property at check in. Customer service at Expedia was difficult to access and wasted precious vacation time.

- Tennele (4/5): Uncomfortable - This was not what I expected. I will start out positively though, it was in a great area, close to many attractions and transportation. To begin, the detailed instructions on how to get to my actual apartment was lacking. General instructions were fine, but the actual apartment entrance was difficult to find. I asked three people and use my Google maps, it was very difficult. Being right next to the train station, it's very loud, as well as a strange buzzing sound inside the apartment literally every minute (timed). Lacked basics: Bathroom- no bath floor mats to absorb shower water spillage which leaked out from the shower stalls. Also no shelf to rest bath products on, and no bath garbage can. Bed-pillows were completely flat, no shelf to place items such as phone, charger, glasses. Kitchen- lacked hand towels, paper towels, and coffee. This apartment looks modern and clean, but without basic common sense necessities and comforts.. I would prefer to have stayed in a hotel.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good enough - Requested early check in, never received a response. Arrived early, stored luggage and was told apartment not ready, no problem. Arrived back at check in time, picked up luggage and given instructions and keys and told general area where apartment was. Quite a distance to walk with heavy luggage. One person very nice, the other was somewhat rude. Went to apartment, it was adequate. No soap or other toiletries, however we were able to wash a load of clothes. Good drying rack provided. Apartment had everything we needed. No air conditioner and it was hot. Opened windows, however it was very loud with street traffic and people talking and singing loudly in the middle of the night. Bed was not comfortable. Lumpy and shaky when you roll over. Pillows were so thin, you might as well just use the pillowcase. Wound up sleeping on the couch with the couch pillow. Windows face another apartment building, so not really much privacy unless the curtains are closed. Short walk to public transport and easy walk to train station. Hallway carpet was being cleaned and no ventilation, so even after cleaned, smelled like wet dog. Fortunately the smell did not penetrate the apartment. Overall the apartment was adequate and served its purpose. Probably a good deal for the money in expensive Oslo. Just don't expect the apartment to be as comfortable as it looks in the photos.

- Angela (6/5): No wifi and no view - Bjorvika is a fabulous neighbourhood: we swam, sauna'ed, visited the Munch museum and the library, and biked everywhere, but the apartment was very basic and despite the pictures on the website it did not have a scenic view. Despite the rental agreement, the wifi was not working and the company was slow to address this. For the last two days of our week, we could access wifi only in the entrance using the password to a modem in a nearby apartment. I'm not sure I would use the rental company again, but I would stay in this neighbourhood again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Leige av leilighet med noe mangler - Vi hadde booket leilighet her iforb. med konsert i Olso Spectrum. Ved innsjekking hadde personalet lite kjennskap til området mht. parkerings muligheter m.m. (det var det faktisk parkeiring i kjelleren av leiligheten). Leiligheten var veldig bra, endel støy fra byggearbeider på nabotomta. Savnet info skriv i leiligheten om praktiske ting, om alt fra søppel til wifi (som vi ikke fikk koplet opp) og elektriske gardiner. Platetopp fikk vi ikke til...? Utsjekk dagen var heisen ute av drift, så da ble det 7 etasjer trapper med bagasje i flere omganger. -Hadde vennepar i en annen leilighet som var veldig uheldig For vår del var det lite som skulle til for at alt kunne blitt 5x stjerner.
- Mark (6/5): - We rented two 2BR apartments. They were meticulously clean and very well located close to the main Oslo train station and Opera House, with a tram stop one block away. Many food and drink options nearby as well. Cost was reasonable for quality of location and spaciousness of apartment. But do not expect amenities of a hotel. We were comfortable with the self-catering and were not disappointed with that. Even still, there were some drawbacks. While the guest information suggests leaving windows closed and relying on the ventilation system, there was no air moving, making the apartments very stuffy on warm days above 70. The managers provided a fan on request and with windows open it was more comfortable, if a bit noisy. One apartment had no wifi connection and communication by phone proved impossible - we called and requested assistance but never received a return call. Emails were handled but rather slowly. We only received reset instructions after we had checked out two nights after arrival. Our other complaint was that bed pillows were very flimsy and one per bed so sleeping was not comfortable between outdoor noise and bedding.
- Claude (8/5): - The flat is nice and the location is great. The balcony is realy nice. However the bed was a too soft, and the pillows were very chesp : much to thin and without any support. We called the office as soon as we got to the apartment at around 4 PM to get an extra pair of pillows. The guy at the office told us it was too late to bring some more that day since the housekeeper way gone, wich we could undestand. He assured us we will get an extra pair the next dat. We never got them…

- Warren (10/5): - I loved this property. For me it was so central and close to the waterfront. Great selection of food options for example cafes and restaurants plus great grocery stores nearby. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone without a second thought.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Perfekt beliggenhet, dårlig renhold! - Perfekt beliggenhet i fin bydel, nært sentrum og gode kollektivforbindelser. Vi følte oss trygge i boligkomplekset. Renholdet var ikke tilfredsstillende. Badet var skittent og det hang håndklær etter forrige gjest. Gulvene var flekkete og klissete etter tidligere gjester (alle rom). Veldig kjedelig at det ikke fantes noe å vaske med(verken kluter eller vaskemiddel). Leiligheten bærer preg av å være brukt. Minus at det ikke ble skiftet håndklær og at det heller ikke var flere håndklær tilgjengelige. Måtte også kjøpe toalettpapir. For oss som ikke er så kjent i Oslo var det ikke noen god beskrivelse for nøkkelhenting.
- John (6/5): - We arrived and hauled our luggage to the office to pick up the apartment keys. The office was unattended because it was late on a Sunday. We tried to find the location id to enter after clicking the sharebox link but that didn't work so we called the after hours number. A friendly helpful security man directed us to a building around the cornrer. So we hauled our luggage there found the location Id and the sharebox opened. We now had to find the apartment with the aid of a hand drawn map. To cut a long story short we again hauled our luggage around the opera area for some time before eventually finding the apartment. Everyone we spoke to from the Bjorvika team for assistance was friendly and helpful but I don't see how this could have been anything but an awkward check-in.
- Liam (8/5): Lovely apartment. - Pros- - [ ] Beautifully decorated and spacious welcoming apartment - [ ] Lovely open views throughout the whole apartment which was beautiful with everything covered in snow (this was a pleasant surprise as pictures on selling site did not do the views justice ) - [ ] Spacious balcony , both in living and bedroom area - [ ] Great central location - [ ] Shower is really spacious and powerful - [ ] Got all the kitchen equipment you need to clean, and cook etc - [ ] There was only two pillows and one heater, but I asked if I could have more pillows and an additional heater and by the time I got back to the apartment they was there waiting for me :) - [ ] Bed is really comfortable with great views. - [ ] Check out experience was smooth, we just had to leave the keys on the side. Cons- - [ ] Check in experience- having to walk all the way to the office to get the keys then walk another 10 minutes to the actual apartment.Also when following the location on google maps it taken us to the back door, it was not until I rang them to ask why they was not answering they explained that I was at the back door and not the main door. I could have done with this information prior. - [ ] Not often I’ve gone to an apartment without the basic shampoo and body wash for showering - [ ] Smart telly does not work well with connecting your phone and opening your apps, I think it needs updating. - [ ] The WiFi barcode on the door does not work, you actually have to connect to the inter

- Rose (8/5): Oslo christmas - It was a good stay. We could have used a second key but that may have been because we did early check-in. Need a floor mat inside the front door especially during inclement weather. Need better instructions or manuals for appliances. Washer door would not open after cycle was run. Light over kitchen table was flickering, needs to be checked. We had a wonderful stay, location was excellent and convenient especially close to all transit.

Nice cosy apartment, good kitchen facilities and bathroom, large bedroom. 4 min walk to trams and buses, a good grocery store 1 minute away and food court 4 mins walk
