Colazione poco tradizionale marocchina e troppo/solo dolce! Taxi/shuttle per l'aeroporto in ritardo e non caloroso come si è abituato in Marocco. Mi sono spaccata due dita (rotti) entrando in bagno e dicendolo ai proprietari non hanno reagito minimamente o mi sono venuti incontro e manco un dottore mi sapevano indicare.

maeva (10/5): Un havre de paix raffiné, idéalement situé au cœur de la médina - Très bien situé, à seulement 3 minutes de la place, tout en étant un véritable havre de paix. La chambre est petite mais agréable et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique, discret et efficace, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. Le petit déjeuner, varié, est servi sur le rooftop, un vrai plus ! La piscine et le solarium sont également très agréables pour se détendre. Nous avons aussi profité d’un massage proposé par leur partenaire, qui était excellent. Je recommande vivement !

The alcohol situation is a bit of a pain when stayting near the squire i would recommend getting a bottle at duty free on the way out and drinking it on the roof terrace at the riad. We kept getting different flavour fruit juices from the square to mix with vodka. I would just be nitpicking to say anything bad

Le riad est propre et beau ,les chambres nettoyées chaque jour et les serviettes changées aussi tous les jours , la literie est de qualitées.Le riad est proche de la place jame3 el fna.On a aussi apprécié le service de portage de nos valises et le transport .Merci Nous aurions aimé avoir un grand et long miroir en plus dans la chambre pour nous préparer en plus de celui de la salle de bain .De plus,si vous pouvez mettre des lumières au-dessus du miroir de la salle de bain on apprécierait. Ensuite la petite fenêtre de la salle de bain si vous pouviez la fermer car en hiver il fait froid.Merci.

kimberly (9/5): Quiet respite from the business of the Medina. - The breakfast completely surprised me. There were chocolate chip pancakes for my kids, lovely pastries and eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. The area where the riad was quiet. It was nice to have the pool since it was so hot! The pool is about the size of a double bed. The junior suite for my family of 5 was enough space, with not much space for any luggage. But everyone had their own bed. Google maps led us right to the door of the riad. Without that it would have been hard, because there were no instructions from the property.

Luca (9/5): Bel riad in un' ottima posizione - Bel riad nel centro della medina, facilmente raggiungibile dalla piazza principale. Vi si accede tramite un vicoletto stretto e anonimo, ma una volta entrati cambia tutto. Le camere sono tutte sullo stesso piano e si affacciano sul cortile interno molto caratteristico. Il tutto è silenziosissimo. La colazione e la piccola piscina si trovano sul tetto, o roof-top come lo chiamano qui. Colazione abbondante con prodotti tipici, non internazionale. Personale cortese e con una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La colazione viene effettuata in una stanza o all'aperto sul tetto, ma in inverno è piuttosto freddo, il locale non ha riscaldamento. Il riad è molto silenzioso ma le finestre delle stanze non isolano dai rumori. Può essere fastidioso se ci sono dei vicini che rientrano tardi e si fermano a chiacchierare nel cortile interno.

Aldana (8/5): Correcta - La terraza es un lugar muy bonito para disfrutar, la habitación estaba limpia y la atención fue correcta Nosotros habíamos reservado el transfer del hotel que nos recogió en el aeropuerto y nos dejó a 500 mts del Riad. En ese momento, apareció un hombre que inmediatamente puso nuestras maletas en su carro (sin previo aviso) para dirigirnos al Riad. Le preguntamos al chofer del transfer si había un extra en ese servicio y nos dijo que no. Entonces cuando llegamos al Riad, este hombre del carro nos empezó a pedir dinero al cual nos negamos ya que esto no estaba acordado. Cuando entramos al Riad el recepcionista en vez de saludarnos y darnos la bienvenida nos dijo que teníamos que pagarle al hombre del carro (cuando habíamos acordado SOLO un precio de 25 euros por el transfer con el hotel , nada extra más allá de eso). CUIDADO cuando contraten este servicio ya que el hotel no menciona que el transfer no te deja en la puerta del Riad. Dejar todo siempre aclarado previamente y no dejar estafarse

Cristina (10/5): - Camera molto bella in stile marocchino, Riad in posizione strategica, molto pulito e luminoso e soprattutto nonostante fossimo in pieno centro era molto silenzioso la notte. Lo Staff gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta una mattina ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare la colazione prima ,colazione buonissima. Una volta arrivate ci hanno accolto e spiegato con una mappa i posti migliore da andare a vedere e dove mangiare. Insomma tutto perfetto!! Niente
Ivan (8/5): Lovely Riad in a perfect location - Welcoming staff and such a lovely place. I like the clean courtyard and the small pool on the roof ( I just wish the water was a little warmer maybe). On our last day the room was not cleaned.

Kelsey (10/5): such a nice peaceful and clean place to return to after a day in the medina - The staff at the Mirage was exceptional, always available, friendly, and helpful. We felt really well-taken care of. The place is super clean, which felt amazing to come home to after the crazy amount of colors, smells, and energy input all day. Breakfast was an absolute joy, and we were very pleased with the aesthetic of the place. all good. The bed was a little hard. this was a small detail compared to how great it was. no other complaints, we were definitely beyond-pleased with our stay here.

Cindy María (10/5): Recomendado 100% - El Riad cuenta con una excelente ubicación, los desayunos son deliciosos, el personal siempre nos colaboró en todos los aspectos y nos ayudaron con el tema de las actividades a realizar.
Heike (8/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Klare Linien, kein Schnickschnack und trotzdem hübsch mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Mehdi hat sich unfassbar gut um uns gekümmert, Transfers organisiert und uns nicht alleine gelassen. Unsere Koffer waren verspätet und er hat uns das nötigste besorgt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eher schwierig zu finden in den verwinkelten Gassen der Medina.
