Le charme de l'immeuble qui est très ancien et pour cela il faut aussi faire certaines concessions sur le confort, mais le personnel est là pour vous aider constamment. Rien à signaler.

The place is undergoing renovations in other areas, but it will only get better. The renovations did not affect my stay at all I didn’t notice anything. - Muriel (7/5): tres bon sejour mais l'hotel pas complement a la hauteur - l emplacement est unique de tres belles chambres la logistique de l'hôtel avec les ascenseurs et les parties communes pas d'entrée jolie changer 2 fois d'ascenseurs dans des cages d'escaliers un peu glauques très tortueux ! un petit déjeuner pas a la hauteur nous sommes arrivés a 10h30 il n'y avait pratiquement plus rien au buffet . je ne pense pas y retourner et pas a recommander

Ich freue mich auf das Endergebnis und werde wiederkommen. - Tolle Lage in einem Palazzo an der Piazza del Duomo, der Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Wunderschöne hochwertig renovierte Junior Suite im 5. Stock mit tollem Badezimmer, komfortabelen Betten, Parkettboden und fantastischer Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich mit liebevollem, kleinen Buffet und „à la carte“ Speisen&Getränken in einem hinreißendem Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht auf den Dom. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und macht vieles wett von den Unannehmlichkeiten, welche der Umbau mit sich bringen. Wie schon so oft beschrieben ist das Hotel dabei das herrliche, historische Gebäude zu renovieren. Dazu gehören für uns Gäste Unperfektionen, die man in Kauf nehmen kann (Aufzüge, Wege, Arbeiten von der Commune di Milano am provisorischen Eingang zum Hotel).

Провели через мусорный проход. Отель маленький , номера как будто для почасового сема. Находится призгливо. Мебель не свежий , отломанные части . Фен сломанный , меняли. Не советую селится , тк не соответствует цена качеству!

- Hazza (8/5): The stay was comfortable, with friendly staff. - The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and honest. Special thanks to Mr. James — he was attentive from the moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The view of the Duomo was absolutely stunning. The reception area felt a bit small, and a larger space would improve the experience.
- Margaret (7/5): Lovely - The location Access to the duomo bar Breakfast amazing I stayed in the hotel with my with my son and daughter. My son stayed out late 2 nights and could not gain late access to the hotel . He had to stay with his friends.
- Nikki (10/5): When in Milan, this is where we will stay!! - Everything!! the bed, the gigantic bathtub the location!!!! The view of the Duomo!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to the ending of our trip throughout Europe!! It was all wonderful!!
