Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.!!! (Ohrstöpsel haben wir nicht benötigt:-)) Nichts zu bemängeln

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything, which allowed us to fully enjoy our time in Koh Lanta. The atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed and welcoming. We stayed in the upgraded room and it was perfect. The air conditioning worked very well, and in the mornings we were treated to several delicious snacks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing, all good!
• Andreas-Alexander (10/5): Wunderbare Villas mit Herzliche Gastgeber - Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber ist hervorzuheben. Uns hat die Villa entfernt von der Straße sehr gut gefallen. Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach. Die Lage ist fußläufig zu eine Strand und zum Night market und auch Lanta Pier. Die Unterkunft hat keinen Strand aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir mit dem Roller unterwegs waren. Wer Abkühlung brauchte, der konnte einfach dort in den Pool springen. Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert aber man bekommt sehr gute Empfehlungen und doch gab es immer wieder eine morgendliche Snack Überraschung. Wir könne die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Gerade zum Ankommen auf Koh Lanta und Thailand war es fantastisch! Alles bestens
• Amelie (10/5): Sehr liebevoller Gastgeber, rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! - Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Vom Hotel selbst über die Zimmer bis hin zum gesamten Service hat einfach alles gepasst. Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, zum entspannen der perfekte Ort! Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt.

• Guillaume (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien qu’il soit situé en plein centre, l’endroit est très paisible, notamment du côté des bungalows un peu en retrait. C’est un vrai atout pour profiter du calme tout en restant proche de tout. L’établissement est très propre et parfaitement entretenu, totalement fidèle aux descriptions. La gentillesse du personnel apporte un véritable plus au séjour. L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Ne changez rien et merci encore pour votre accueil !
• Lisa (2/5): Superior Studio very disappointing - The pool was lovely. Everything apart from the pool. The owner was very welcoming on arrival. We were given earplugs and told there ‘may be some street noise’, we were also advised of this when be booked. Our room was nowhere near the pool, it was above the reception area on the street, so photos misleading. We were shown to our room and honestly it was reminiscent of our backpacker days in the early 1990’s, low budget, very basic and not quite the ‘superior studio’ we had envisaged for £90 a night. We’d had a long journey so went for dinner and thought we would make any decisions in the morning. Unfortunately we were both struck down with food poisoning (not from this hotel, a nearby restaurant) so could do nothing for more than 2 days. When we felt better we approached the owner and said we would stay for the remainder of the week but wished to cancel the 2nd week as the room was not up to standard and the noise was continuous 24/7. She actually agreed that she wouldn’t sleep in that room! We asked for a refund for the second week but were told ‘not possible’ we were offered an upgrade for 2 nights. We just wanted to leave. We contacted Booking.com with photos and they tried to mediate but could not reach an agreement with the owner, who flatly refused to refund the second week when we wouldn’t be staying. The ‘superior studio’ was not as advertised, it should be advertised as budget accommodation for young travellers who would probably be happy to pay £20 a night for the accommodation. Luckily, booking.com were incredibly helpful and gave us a credit for our next booking. Don’t always believe the great reviews, the owner may have been ‘lovely’ but this doesn’t mean you should put up with inferior accommodation.

• Julien (10/5): Parfait!! - Nous avons passé un séjour simplement parfait. Cian a été un hôte exceptionnel : très accueillant, toujours souriant et attentif, il a fait absolument tout pour nous faciliter la vie. La chambre correspondait parfaitement à la description et était irréprochable, tant sur l’entretien que sur la propreté et la décoration. Les petites attentions quotidiennes ont été particulièrement appréciées. Les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus, propres et très agréables. Le logement est situé à l’arrière de la route principale, ce qui permet de profiter d’un environnement calme, sans presque aucune nuisance sonore, tout en ayant tous les commerces à proximité. Nous avons été sincèrement tristes de quitter ce logement qui a, de loin, été le meilleur de tout notre séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Et qui c’est nous y reviendrons peut être avec grand plaisir.

• Ella (9/5): Tänne pitää päästä takaisin! - Palvelu oli erinomaista! Majapaikan pitäjä Wawa oli upea, hän oli aina tavoitettavissa whatsapilla nopeasti ja saimme sujuvasti kaikki asiamme ja toiveemme hoidettua. Hän oli avuksi kaikessa ja antoi myös paljon neuvoja ja vinkkejä tekemiseen, ravintoloihin jne. Lisäksi hän toi joka aamu aamiaista terassille, vaikka aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan. Huvila aivan uima-altaan lähellä oli ihana ja rauhallinen, tänne olisi mielellään jäänyt pidemmäksikin aikaa! Tunnelma oli kokonaisuudessaan todella rauhallinen ja täydellinen pariskunnille. Siivooja unohti käydä kahtena päivänä, mutta heti kun kerroimme asiasta, siivous hoidettiin heti ja täydellisesti. Viimeisenä yönä huvilan seinänaapuriin tuli kaksi nuorta irlantilaista naista bilettämään ja polttamaan pilveä keskellä yötä, muutoin oli todella rauhallista.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage war top. Auch der Pool war sehr gut und hat zur Entspannung beigetragen. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect stay :) - Wawa is the sweetest host ever. We loved her! We stayed in one of the superior studios (would have loved to stay in one of those stunning villas but there were none available when we were there). Our room was very clean and a very decent size. The bed is probably one of the comfiest we have had in our travels (memory foam). There was a fridge, safe box, microwave, kettle. Free bottles of water and treats too (crisps, small bottles of pepsi). I think the pictures are a true reflection of this place - the studios maybe aren’t quite as modern as the villas but they are absolutely fine. For the people who are sensitive to noise, I am the most irritable person ever with noise but I was absolutely fine here. Ear plugs were provided but we didn’t use them. I don’t know if when in Thailand, I’m not as irritated ha, but I genuinely thought it was fine. The pool area is STUNNING!! Probably one of our favourite pools, so clean, so chic! We loved it so much :) We loved the little breakfast delivery we had waiting on us - one day was sticky mango rice and the next day was pastries & fruit. Wawa was an absolute sweetheart and let us use the pool the day we checked out (we wanted to extend there but she was sold out!). Great location for restaurants, laundrette, 7-eleven, the pier. Should I ever visit Koh Lanta again, I would definitely like to stay here. The mosquitos were quite bad at the pool at dusk, I fell asleep and got bitten a lot! That can’t be helped though, it is Thailand.

• Zoë (10/5): - We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was netjes, verzorgd en rustig. De ligging is ook ideaal, op wandelafstand van de night market, waar je lekker kan eten en regelmatig live bandjes aan het optreden zijn. We huurden via het hotel een brommer en verkenden zo het zuiden, wat echt een aanrader is. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. Hoewel er geen ontbijt inbegrepen was, kregen we elke ochtend iets lekkers voor onze deur, wat een heel leuke extra was. Absoluut een aanrader!

• Molly (10/5): Perfect stay - Absolutely wonderful stay. The most beautiful villas that are so peaceful and have everything you need for a lively relaxing stay. They even brought us breakfast each morning! Couldn’t fault the stay at all, was so wonderful and would highly recommend!

Localisation plutôt au nord de l’île, avec accès rapide à beaucoup de points d’intérêts. Mention spéciale aux gérants qui sont vraiment adorables ! Si vous craignez le bruit de la route pensez à demander une chambre qui ne donne pas côté route. C’est le seul bémol, mais Wawa nous a fourni des bouchons d’oreille sans que nous ayons rien eu à demander et nous avons très bien dormi sans bouchons.

Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ist diese traumhafte Ruhe-Oase ein toller Ort zum entspannen. Der Pool ist wunderschön die Liegen am Pool sind bequeme das Bett ist bequeme und die gesamte Ausstattung ist modern. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants und ein neuer 7-eleven gegenüber. Zudem liest die herzliche Hotel-Managerin jeden Wunsch von den Lippen. Viele vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Der Standard der Villa ist höher und die Lage im Garten deutlich ruhiger als an der Straße. Buche also die Villa falls möglich. Neue Scooter kostengünstig zu mieten, dazu jeden Morgen auf Wunsch ein kleines und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Kein Barbetrieb, dafür ein 7 eleven une viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Value for money at a good location - We stayed at an apartment with a balcony towards the main road. Bit noisy at times, but also a great location near services. Also not too far from the beach, which can be reached by tuktuk or walking. Excellent value for the price range, clean and spaceous rooms and a relaxed, calm pool area with cool water. Highly recommended for couples and child-free travellers. Lady Watinee is very friendly and professional, thank you so much for your assistance and great service!

Superskön säng, bra städning och jättetrevlig personal. Det absolut bästa o snyggaste ställe vi bott på i Thailand och på denna 4 veckors resa bland olika öar.

• Selinder (10/5): Great service - We have a delux room which was very spacious and comfortable but saw the bungalow which also looked great. The staff all were very friendly and helpful particularly Natt on reception. We made use of the excellent swimming pool and hired bikes for a day. We throughly enjoyed our stay and while it’s not on the beach front like many other places, would recommend staying here.
• Markus (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Beschreibung entspricht nicht dem was man vorfindet. Ist ungefähr nur halb so groß wie beschrieben... Und das Bett ist so hart wie ein Holzbrett... Nicht zu empfehlen... Es war zwsr sehr sauber und hat eine gute Lage jedoch gibt es in der Umgebung einiges auf das man ausweichen kann

• Tiina (10/5): Erinomainen hotelli - Hotellihuone oli erittäin siisti. Ehkä siistein huone, missä olen ikinä ollut. Palvelu hotellissa oli erittäin hyvää ja ystävällistä. Uima-allas oli kiva. Parina iltapäivänä kun sitä käytimme, saimme olla aivan omassa rauhassa. Hotelli ei ole aivan rannassa, mutta kävelymatkan/skootterimatkan päässä. Suosittelen valitsemaan Na Vela Villagen majoituspaikaksi!

• Allen edward (4/5): - I was disappointed in the astablishment , very dark and gloomy, Wi-Fi was unexceptionable, this hotel should of been half of the going rate for the services and comfort of the rooms.
• Ron (8/5): Felt like family when I left!!! - Very nice place to stay, Na (the owner) was a breath of fresh air, accommodating in every regard right down to my last minute at na vela. I was disappointed at first because I thought I was getting one of the 6 sidesplit bungalows right across from the pool. The hotels.com add was deceiving and the bungalows (Very clean, bright and comfy)were sold out so I had to stay in the residence area. I was a bit miffed at first but decided to make the most of my stay and actually, the residence was immaculate with kitchenette and was totally updated as well. Na was apologetic and actually told me a bungalow was available the next day because I know she didn't want me to be upset. I said all was good and to go ahead and rent it out. Moral of the story is I really enjoyed my stay here, it's spotless, beaches are a short walk in 2 directions, the markets, restaurants, nightlife are all very short walks away. Plus guests are treated to a wonderful and different breakfast every morning including juice, coffee and fruit. As my cab arrived in the morning at 5:40am Na and her mom were there to greet me and say bon voyage. They are beautiful people and I know anyone will feel like family if they stay at Na Vela. Service here was outstanding, spotless updated accommodations, and friendly, outgoing staff. If I am in no Lanta again I will stay here for sure!
• Matilda (10/5): Great stay, friendly staff and wonferful pool - We were really pleased and happy with our stay at Navela Village! The hotel was really clean and safe. The pool area was wonderful and very quiet, we had the pool for ourselves every day. The staff was really friendly and they had a laundry service which we used. We recommed this hotel to everyone!
• Jeremy (10/5): Great staff - The lady running the place is very nice and helpful. She made a call or two to help us, and arranged for transportation to our next destination. The room was nice and had a big set of cabinets, which was nice. The room wasn't spectacular, but it was good, and was definitely a good value. Overall, we were very happy we went there. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to many of the restaurants and bars, and very close to a grocery store.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Koh Lanta - We had a nice stay at this hotel. Rooms are large, comfortable, and feature kitchenettes. The location is near shops and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Scooter rentals on site. Host was very nice.
