Guest Reviews
- Marie (1/5): We didn’t stay and there is no way you should have this motel on your booking site - Absolutely nothing. It was filthy and rundown. The office was a complete mess and filthy so I told them we couldn’t possibly stay there and he said OK I won’t charge you. We Everything
- Jalal (8/5): -
- Chad (1/5): - The reception was horrible. We had a problem at check in and he was no help at all.
- Michael (10/5): - I didn't know there was breakfast offered with it. I don't think there was actually
- Brady (1/5): Save you're money. - The staff were friendly. Everything was filthy. The sink was clogged. Tub was clogged. Stairs are very unsafe. No laundry on site. Pictures did not reflect the actual condition of the motel. I shouldn't have paid more than 50 a night.

- Rawson (7/5): Love the location - It's in a great location for where we were going The bed was hard as a rock and our tub would not hold water

- molly (2/5): - Room smelled dingy and musty. Batroom was dirty. And to top it off my fiance has a service dog who the ignorant owner tried to make us pay for. And when told he was a service dog the idiot wanted my fiance to show proof of her condition. Told him to maybe read the americans with disabilities act. Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. Overall 1 star is a bit high but cant give negative stars. Dirty gross property with rude ignorant management
- Marlene (4/5): - It was available. The only microwave is in the main office and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Very gross. Also, I left my watch in the room and though I left a voicemail and sent an email, no one responded.
- Marsha (8/5): - This was reasonably convenient. Inside room was clean, but furniture was well used. Only one chair which should have been replaced. Outside was dusty and cobweb covered. Best thing was price.
- Moritz (7/5): - Relativ günstig. Gemäss andere Bewerter:
Unmotivierter Staff.
Etwas schmudelig in den Ecken.
Rauchiger Geruch im Zimmer, aber man gewöhnt sich dran.
Gut genug als Durchgangsübernachtung
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dirty, roaches, building needs work
- Jane (2/5): You get what you pay for! - The hotel was in deplorable condition. The light didn’t work in the room. Room was filthy and smelled old. Ice machine broken. No one at front desk. No view of River. Ad was misleading.
- Jon (9/5): Good value will return - Very clean and good wifi. A/C was quiet. Everything worked Bathroom door can’t shut fully.
- Ryan (10/5): - staued multiple times in last few weeks no complaints
- Christina (1/5): -
- Revere (1/5): - The lock on the door was broken could not latch it shut property could use upgrades Lock on door was broken seemed sketchy.
- Dujeiry (3/5): -
- Melissa (4/5): - For starters, the word HELP was scratched into our room door. Sketchy place. Several bugs. No secure way to lock the door. Everything around this place - inside and out - is a MASSIVE safety hazard. Definitely more of a local motel for locals with unfortunate addictions to stay/live in. I wasn't expecting much at all and knew it wasn't going to be a great place, but i just needed a place to lay my head for a few hours at night and a quick shower in the mornings. I was at least expecting a door that would lock and not have HELP scratched into it! And maybe even a room that was a tad bit cleaner.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place is not clean. We ended up staying only one night even though we paid for 2. It was stinky and looked like it wasn't cleaned for years. The surfaces were layered in grime and the smell was like cigarettes and cheap perfume. You get what you pay for.
- Alexander (10/5): What a Gem - First class
- Sean (10/5): - Great staff and quiet area. Had a relaxing stay!
- Mark (8/5): - Not fancy but efficient and clean.
- madison (2/5): - door was orange off the bat, after opening the door i noticed the double lock was broken off and unusable which made me feel uneasy. then i notice the bathroom door literally has a hole in it… like someone punched it. very eery and i was so uneasy i slept with all the lights on

- Verified traveler (4/5): Only if $$ is your ONLY criteria! - The filthiest place I have ever stayed. The room itself was not so bad. although it was pretty run down, but everything about outside the room was pretty disgusting. Peeling paint everywhere. the stairs to the second floor have not been swept in weeks. The lobby had a musty smell. probably due to the mini ice machine there. No place to hand clothes in the room and nowhere to sit at a desk or counter to work on a computer. It WAS the cheapest hotel within half an hour of the Saratoga Jazz festival but I think most would rather pay the going rate of twice what this place charged to stay in an at least acceptable place.
- MARITZA (2/5): - Place was great distance for the kayaking event but definitely unacceptable on finding a crack pipe behind the bed area. We went to charge our phone on the few putlets that worked and when I moved the bed there was a Crack pipe. How did this motel even change the sheets if this pipe was freely visible if the beds are getting changed frequently. Run down motel, yes it was a last min room but bathrooms are dirty, bathtub was stained, door was falling apart from molding door. Will never stay here again if I was around the area.
- Alicia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristi (10/5): - It was a quiet place and small comfortable room
- Kristin (2/5): - The room was very dirty and smelled horrible
- Douglas (8/5): - Great location, everything else is pretty sketchy. Don't expect painted doors or good caulking. Clean sheets and towels, no bugs are the highlight, bring slippers for the dirty floor. No closet or hangers either.
- Jonathan (1/5): Bad -
- Steven (8/5): - This is a very old, shabby, dingy, independent motel with minimal amenities (a small fridge, a tv, no microwave). But you know what? It was secure, quiet (except for some croaking frogs outside 😏), free of vermin, the room and bed were clean, the lights and shower worked, outlets were adequate, and it’s the cheapest place in town. I’m in the area occasionally. Would I stay here again? Yes. I would, and probably will.
- Desi77 (4/5): It got the job done and we left okl!!! - That it was the cheapest where I needed to be. Pictures didn't tell the story. The room was clean and the bed was clean. Noise and fighting all night long. They must rent room out by the week or month. Rooms are really beat up. No sign outside.
- Allyson (6/5): - Outdated and bed was hard but appeared to be clean with no bugs
- Alicia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (6/5): - The staff was kind and quick.
- Jasmine (6/5): - N/A
- April (1/5): Bad -
- Newton (6/5): - good affordable location..
- Matt (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jerry (5/5): Passable -
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (10/5): - Cheap hotel. Nothing fancy but had all the basic hotel amenities and no sight of any bug infestation.
- tim (10/5): - property dumper was full and garage on the ground, needs some clean up and paint. if you need a place for a night for the price not bad.
- lori (8/5): - Nice quite place pple r friendly offer free coffee in am
Glad i found this place theres no sec dep
Will def return
- David (6/5): - Low end, but clean.
- Haroon (4/5): - Room and sheets smelling
- Kenneth (4/5): - Walked into a dirty room. Floors we're filthy. Broken desk drawer. Asked for clean towels 2 days in a row. Never got towels we ended up leaving 2 days early. Under the sheets were horrible. Burn holes. Actual mattress was stained. It was a cheap hotel. But very nasty. .
- Richards (7/5): Good -
- Kisha (2/5): - Didn't sleep there and still charge my card
- April (7/5): Good -
- Samul (10/5): - Always a great stay , friendly staff nice rooms quiet place
- David (2/5): - This place was so bad with mold smell , we could not stay. We checked in and noticed the smell . We just put our bags inside and had an event to go to. When we arrived back to the room the smell of mold was so bad we left
- Maurice (5/5): Passable -
- Samul (10/5): - Very quiet and peaceful. Clean rooms and shee
- Michael A (4/5): - Property condition was poor
- elizabeth (10/5): - Nice n quiet
- Lawrence (10/5): - Great value
- Geneviève (4/5): Non recommandé - Motel vieux et manquant franchement d’entretien, mal situé. L’odeur n’était pas agréable et la propreté laissait à désirer
- Ian (6/5): A quiet place to stay for 1 night - It was an inexpensive place to stay for 1 night. The room and bed sheets were clean.
- Samul (10/5): - Real quiet and the view
- Wendi (10/5): - The price per night was so reasonable. They sell water at $1. We love sitting on the porch/balcony outside the rooms. The room was small but recently renovated. We would recommend this place to others.
- Ann (6/5): - July 23, 2024- I stayed 4 nights at this Inn. What stood out when I first entered the room. The white stucco walls, needed to be cleaned, and re-painted. The included refrigerator did work. But was small, and positioned on the floor. So it was hard to access. I did not detect insect infestation. This is important. The shower worked, and there was hot & cold water. But the bath sink. The cold faucet, came out hot and warm temperature. The A/C worked, and cooled the room. But this attached unit, and filter were dirty. The bed/mattress was average. There was cable TV, But I ended up not watching much. I would rate the Inn as average. Cleaning would be a priority. As it would create a more appealing atmosphere to guests. Ann Secombe
- Richard (2/5): - Too scary to stay.
- Riley (8/5): Very good - I love how cozy the rooms are and how helpful the front desk is and how the location is walking distance to a really cute shop which makes great for food and toiletries accessible in a pinch. The hotel is also surrounded by trees and flowers which offers you an elevated level of privacy and tranquility . The mosquitos, beetles and flies go crazy at night but it’s a small price to pay to be surrounded by such great floral aspects.
- Michelle (8/5): - Our hotel we booked 4 months previous canceled the day before or trip. Waterford Inn got us in immediately and for an even lower price. They were courteous andthe rooms were clean. Although it's a little further away, I will definitely return for my next trip to SPAC!
- Michael (2/5): Don’t do it. - Mold all over the shower curtains. The little refrigerator leaked water all over the floor throughout the room. The room was dingy, paint drippings all over the shower.
- Selena (4/5): - Bathroom was a mess. It had been painted at one time but there were drips from the paint that had never been wiped up. The sink, toilet, tub and floor had big splatters of dried paint everywhere. there were cigarette burns on the edge of tub. Floor was dirty. Even though it was a No Smoking room there were lingering smells of cigarettes in room.
- Nicole (2/5): - Was not at all as described
- Riley (8/5): Very good -
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Greg (8/5): - Close to home
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional - Staff Na
- Gary (2/5): Horrible Management - The management is completely discriminatory. They knew upon check in we have a non verbal autistic 4 year old. And we were asked to leave due to him making noise that “disrupted” others whom were only doing drugs all night and partying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a family.
- Khalifa (6/5): - Shower and ac were stained
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- cleopatra (6/5): - Loved the quietness, room and furniture dated and could have been cleaner
- Secor (2/5): Needs updates - Good location, staff was very nice and helpful. No microwave in rooms. You have to go to the main lobby to heat food on an old dirt dresser. Lobby wasn't very clean, and the property was very run down. When you first get in your room heat isn't on, so you freeze for the first hour.
- Solomon (6/5): Pleasant -
- paul (6/5): - excellent prices for soft drinks at the machine in the office plus a microwave for customer use there
- Nicholas (4/5): - If you expect anything other than a dingy room with workable facilities, you will be disappointed.
- Xavier (7/5): Good -
- Matthew (3/5): Poor -
- Xavier (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (7/5): Friendly service and reasonable cost for a nights rest. - There was fresh coffee but no tea. No breakfast. Paintwork in the bathroom is very sloppy and peeling from the ceiling.
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional - Staff. Price.
You should have a monthly discount rate.
- Marie (8/5): Wouldn't mind staying here again. - The Staff, location. Too high in price for a simple room.
I stayed a at hotels that were about 60 a night.
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional - A little more Cleaner like the floors could use a scrubbing,
Offering a monthly rate would be very helpful. The feel of the floors.
The pillows were too flat
- Craig Alan (4/5): - People living there full time. Dirty, air barley worked.
- Rosalind (2/5): - “Non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. The vibe was creepy. We found another hotel.
- Everette (2/5): - I witnessed a woman being dragged out by cuffs, berating the officers about the meth they destroyed “mid-cook”, and the place smelled like ammonia and terpentine. Not sure if I would book again
- Lusine (8/5): - We only spent one night there on our way home from Boston, so it's an old place and needs to be renovated, but given its low cost, I'd say it's quite good for a one night's sleep.
- Chris (2/5): - The property was actually a run down motel in an unsafe area. My dad n I pulled into the parking lot, unable to find the front door. Felt like I was in a horror movie. The pictures online showed if being a nice place to stay. We left and booked a room at Comfort Inn.
