• CKKino (9/5): A lovely hotel near the airport...comfortable and convenient. - This is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds, a nice restaurant, and a good bar. It is quiet and well appointed, with parking near the rooms. The liner under the sheets made the sheets slip around and disrupt sleep a bit. I understand the need for the liner, but it needs then to have a softer secondary liner on top so the sheets don't slide. Also, we always prefer 100% cotton sheets. The ones used seemed to be synthetic.

• Minerva (4/5): - Very bad to begin with we arrived at 7 at night and the hotel did not have electricity and they do not have a light plan so they could give us the room we waited about an hour the light came we did the Check in we went to the room when I opened the door smelled horrible I went to the bathroom and it seemed that someone had made the bathroom before they gave us the room does not have ventilation the floor of both the bathroom and that of the room were stained with urine and semen or that I know the bed looked like they did not change the sheets there were stains there were stains and where one bathes cockroaches and full of mold I call reception I inform them what condition the room is and the only thing they told me was right now the bellboy goes we wait for a while the mar arrives grumpy and tells us that he is going to change the room simpler than two double beds because that is all they have unoccupied I check the room and it was

The rooms were clean and comfortable but or 1st night the AC didn’t work the electricity turned off a total of 6 times during our stay. Hotel staff explained it was the seniors in the rooms that don’t detect movement. All of our family that stayed in other rooms had the same issues. Over all our experience was nice. The food excellent!

• Ckkino (10/5): Lovely place to stay near the airport! - We needed to be near the airport, and when that is the case, we love staying at the Royal Palace. The rooms are classy and comfortable, and we enjoy both the restaurant and the bar. The bathrooms are great! Nothing.
• Martinez (10/5): Exceptional - It's always peaceful compare to other hotels in the area. We had hip cups with the safe vault and the power but restored immediately. I used a hand towel to clean the floor that was left un clean and the charged me for it.
• Joseph (7/5): Good - Excellent My ‘Bookkng’was not reviewed correctly. I made a reservation for 2nights and I needed to pay for the second night after the first. My Spanish and their English weren’t what one would expect at a hotel. My bill was more than Booking.com claimed. That will be my last Booking.com reservation.

• Mayra (5/5): Passable - Very rusty, they need to remodel, everything was very old Bed was uncomfortable, jacuzzi didn’t work, light went off in the room several times, they wanted to charged me 200 pesos for a towel that we put on the bathroom floor after showering and they said got dirty and was not going to come off. I had to argue with them that if it was dirty was because of the bathroom floor because it never left the bathroom.

Came back,staff change and back to square one no reservation and no rooms available until it was retrieved so pretty disappointing

• Carmen (1/5): worst experience ever - the building was very nice guest can do wherever they want in the parking lot, you are not allowed to take guests in the room, but guest can play loud music all night outside the room and being loud partying all night, the stuff didn’t do anything about it and let them be loud till 5am, very disappointed, I have to cancel my stay after two night not being able to sleep do to the disturbance, I asked the hotel for my money back for the other night and they asked me to give them another opportunity, I don’t think that anything is going to change after my experience for the two previous nights and I would rather go back and they didn’t give me the refund, the stuff didn’t care for their guest this was the worst hotel ever in my entire life 😡
