• Linn (10/5): Rimelig overnatting, rolig atmosfære og rent og pent. - Rent og pent og hyggelige folk som jobbet der. Det var en rolig atmosfære, og butikken var like ved. Der var greit å gå trappene ned til stranden, og en kort spasertur til sentrum. Leiligheten har det man trenger, og der var et koselig uteområde utenfor leiligheten. Jeg anbefaler stedet dersom du liker et lite og rolig kompleks, hvor du styrer deg selv med mat. Vi reiser gjerne dit igjen. Ingenting å utsette på noe.

• Eduarda (8/5): - Espaço simpático, fica perto da praia de Puerto Rico e tem umas escadas para facilitar o acesso. Além disso tem um hipermercado perto e um shopping também. A limpeza foi precária, apenas faziam a cama mas não trocavam os lençóis e nem sempre trocavam as toalhas. A localização é boa mas falta estacionamentos perto.

• Stefan (5/5): - Trotz Update + 75€ haben wor ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk bekommen. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage konnten wor das Zimmer nicht wechseln obwohl die Studios nicht belegt waren. Es geht hier nur um schnelles Geld zu verdienen. Das Personal am Empfang hat keine Ahnung und keine Motivation zu helfen. Aussicht auf Nachbars Dach....bauruinne,Müll defekte antennen usw. Pool war schön.

Huoneiston lämpöpumppu jäähdtti hyvin ja internet oli nopea. Ilmainen pysäköinti löytyin muutaman minuutin kävelyn päästä. Tekniikka oli hieman laiminlyöty. Esimerkiksi pistorasia oli irti, terassin tuoli oli rikki, ruoanlaitto välineet kuluneet.

I mentioned on our last stay the pillows are very poor quality & that hasn’t changed so hoping they’ll be better on our next visit.;)

• Emma (1/5): A disappointing experience with unprofessional customer service. - The location was convenient and the rooftop pool area looked nice in the pictures. Plus we only had to stay for two days. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Several issues during our visit were not handled properly, and when we raised our concerns, the hotel’s response felt dismissive and childish rather than professional. This is not the kind of service one would expect from a “premium” adults-only accommodation.

• Andrea (8/5): - La piscina estaba cerca del apartamento que nos dieron y además son aptos perfectos para descansar, son muy tranquilos La sartén de la cocina se pega de nada que hacías de comer y tuvimos que comprar una.
• Rosa Beatriz (8/5): Tranquilidad - Lugar muy tranquilo. Para desconectar es excelente. Estaba bastante limpio y acogedor. El aire acondicionado ha sido de lo mejor, ya que ha habido ola de calor. La piscina climatizada y muy tranquila. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Las sartenes no sirven para cocinar, ya que estaban muy estropeadas. Tampoco han puesto estropajo, por lo que tuvimos que ir a comprar. Algunas toallas estaban roídas.

Muchas escaleras (lo sabíamos) para bajar y subir. Zona de muy difícil aparcamiento, aunque los taxis cobran aproximadamente 4€ desde la playa.

• Thorsten (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte unsere Bewertungen erfüllt und ist zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist okay, man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht und Puerto Rico. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass entweder viele Treppen oder Steigung an der Straße überwunden werden muss, um zu Fuß die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Dies war uns vom Anfang bewusst und es war ein tägliches Training :D Klimaanlage und Zimmersafe sind vorhanden. Würden nochmal wiederkommen.
• Beatriz (2/5): El gran error de nuestra luna de miel - Lo único bueno, las vistas a la playa (pagando habitación con vistas). Todo lo demás, fatal. Lo primero que nos piden es una fianza de 100€ de la cual no avisaban en la reserva. La ubicación horrible, en lo alto de una colina y siendo imposible aparcar. La limpieza muy muy justa, algunos cubiertos y platos tuvimos que fregarlos nosotros. Las sábanas y el colchón viejos. La terraza de la habitación por la cual pagamos un extra no es del todo privada, pasa todo el mundo por delante porque es continua con el resto de apartamentos. La gente se paraba allí a echarse fotos, incluidas las mujeres de la limpieza. Para el checkout no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar, nos dijeron que dejáramos la llave en la habitación y que nos teníamos que fiar de ellos a la hora de revisar la habitación y decidir si nos devolvían la fianza. Jamás volveré aquí.

• John (9/5): Surprise upgrade - We had a call from sister hotel IG Nachosol Atlantic on the morning of the arrival date advising us that there was a 'problem' with the room we had booked at IG Nachosol Premium and would we check in at Atlantic. To our surprise we were allocated a Suite on the top floor of the Atlantic, fabulous, jacuzzi on balcony, walk in wardrobe, double shower - what's not to be happy about. Therefore our critique above is based on IG Nichosol Atlantic. Lovely on site Restaurant. Nothing.

• Jill (6/5): Nice complex but steps a challenge - We were able to check in early, which was good. Nice apartment but we were unlucky to be on the bottom level of the complex so the view was spoilt a bit by the rooftops in front, although the sun was on the terrace most of the day and there was a table and chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol which was on wheels so could be moved as needed. Please be aware that the terrace area was not private and was a walkway to other apartments on the same level. The steps to the apartment were very steep, which was a challenge with the cases. The Reception was not manned regularly but a phone call to the sister reception was efficient and someone arrived promptly and all staff we talked to were very pleasant. The walk down to the beach area via the steps was not too bad, and a taxi back was required but the cost was reasonable. The best part of the complex was the pool roof terrace where the view was spectacular. Just make sure you have plastic glasses if you want to have a drink up there as glass is not allowed in the pool area and there is no bar on site. There is also no lifeguard. The 100 euros deposit for damages was refunded promptly.

• Angelika (4/5): Februari 25 - Fint hotell men ligger avsides och svårt att ta sig till sttrand. Hotellet saknar hiss vilket innebär många trappor med ditt bagage. Vi fick rum längst ner trots att det inte var fullbelagt så väldigt tråkig utsikt. Ingen restaurang eller bar. Väldigt lyhört och du måste ta dig över de andra rummens terrass för att ta dig till rummen så ingen privacy. Poolen var liten och kall trots att det stod att den skulle vara uppvärmd. Väldigt begränsad bemanning och dåliga engelskkunskaper i receptionen.

Would be better if it offered breakfast. Our room didn’t have a balcony and thought it did while booking, info was not clear enough about it. The shower separator was not suficient enough to prevent water entering the rest of the bathroom.

• Teresa (4/5): A completely interior studio, no terrace and no fresh air. Really disappointed - The stay was disappointing since the studio in which we stayed did not have a terrace. This was not clear when making the reservation, and the information shown is misleading. We ended up in a studio with no terrace and no windows, only one exit door, and no possibility of even hanging beach clothes to dry outside or getting any fresh air. Very very disappointing, we will not return.
• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fantastic stay at IG Nachosol Premium Apartments. It's a top location. The sun rises on the apartment over the hill before 8am. The staff couldn't be better if they tried. Usman (forgive the spelling) at reception is a really great bloke. An absolute gentleman. As were the cleaning staff! 10 out of 10. There's a very handy shop just a couple of hundred metres down the street, to the right as you exit the address. It's a short trek down the steps to the beach (steps located to the right as you exit the address). Yes there's quite a few steps to negotiate but nothing too strenuous to be honest. The beach is a 10 minute walk via the steps. It's only 3 or 4 euro in a taxi as well if the walk doesn't suit. The apartment had everything we needed. We had breakfast and lunch there most days. My experience was it's a very quiet location. 2 sunbeds outside on the balcony were comfortable and absolutely ideal to soak up the rays from early morning. Plus there's the option of the pool and any amount of sunbeds on the rooftop. I highly recommend this location which comes at a reasonable enough price.

• Nathan (9/5): It was a lovely stay over all other then the checking out was a bit annoying but over all the hotel is lovely great stay - The apartments are lovely Great pool Great location Easy to get to and from Good staff. Unfortunately we didn’t have a balcony which I found out after booking but wasn’t a big deal as it was my mistake. We then thought we would have a table and chairs outside our room like the others but we didn’t. You could hear people coming up and down the stairs. The reception isn’t open from the times that are advertised. When checking out we had to ring the other hotel to check out and ask them to open the reception to store our suit cases as we had a late flight but got told we would need to pick the bags up at 3:45 as the reception closed at 4 even though it is says that the reception is open until 8:30pm. I understand you can ring the sister hotel if you need anything but would it not be better if you put a code on the door of the reception so people can just drop the bags off and come back and get them whenever and leave the key from the room in a drop box. Also if they had a shower room and changing area would be great too

• Peter (10/5): Fed lejlighed med panoramaudsigt, men - Værelset var uden terrasse, men det var okay. Pænt og nydeligt alle steder, men receptionen var næsten usynlig. Er ikke selv gangbesværet, men det skal man da heller ikke være. Stejl stigning over flere omgange op til lejligheden eller 350 trappetrin. Elles et godt ophold.

Loved it - We managed to get checked in early which was great our room was spotless and our view was lovely i loved that we had the option to stay on our own terrace or go to the rooftop pool as the terrace came with loungers & an umbrella. Would have been nice to have a bar at the pool but not a big issue.

• John (8/5): Very good - Maid was excellent. Great balcony with own beds, table and chairs. Great views. Cleaning and towels 5 days per week. Supermarket close by. Good pool and sun terrace, not largest but large enough. Nice and comfortable apartment. Although reception could be contacted 24hrs from phone in apartment, reception in the complex was not manned very often to deal with issues face to face. A little further up hill than expected. Doors on some of the cupboards in the apartment need to be updated due to slight water damage, not a massive issue.
• Reka (7/5): Apartment is a good & clean basic, nothing premium about it. Adults only purpose defeated. - The vie is great, and the apartment is a good standard apartment with basic equipment and good air-conditioning. I liked the convenience of the furnished terrace very much. Most certainly nothing premium about the apartment tho, it is just like any other holiday apartment with basic facilities that are fit for purpose. The hand soap they have in the bathroom smells very nice :-) I didn't realise there is no elevator and I originally got a room on the lowest level. I have a very bad knee and so walking up and down stairs is difficult for me. I phoned the distance reception to ask if they can change my room to be closer to the pool and entrance so I don't have to walk all the steps and the lady who I spoke to was very obliging and changed my room. She was only able to give me one level up but I very much appreciated her understanding and help, and it was one level less steps for me to walk. The cleaning lady who came around every day was very nice, always smiling and asking if I needed anything cleaned, changed or refilled. Although the apartments are ok and the staff is helpful I would be reluctant to stay here again for a number of reasons below. They say they have a reception but once you pay the non refundable rate you find out there actually isn't a reception. You have to wait outside in the heath until someone comes to let you in. There was nowhere for me to wait apart from on the actual road because the footpath is taken down for roadworks. They sent over a maintenance guy with the key who didn't speak English, I had to communicate trough his mobile with the management. I was told the safe is electric and instructions are on a sticker inside the door, only to find it closed, and they couldn't explain how to use it so I had to wait again for someone to return with a key. There is no elevator and this is a steep 5 story development. I had to drag my suitcases all the way up 4 floors by myself because they never came to help me with check out even tho I requested it in advance. I chose this place to have a quiet and relaxing holiday but it was not. Guests are allowed to blast music trough loud speakers around the swimming pool and terraces, it gets extremely frustrating especially when they all try to outdo the other with the volume, and you often have to listen to 3-4 of them at the same time. I called reception 2 times about the loud music in the evenings, after that I just gave up because the guests who paid for the room feel entitled to do it, and most certainly the management is ignoring it because they got paid. Loud road works went on for the entire week of my stay right outside the apartment complex. While this is outside of the hotel's direct control, honest hotels post warnings about similar events on their booking page so guest can make educated choices. I only booked in a few days advance so there is no excuse for that.

• Patricia (6/5): Disappointed and angry - Quite place We stay in room 200 with no outside space at all I booked room with a balcony but I complained they said they were fully booked that was all they had .this left us leaving our appartment early each day returning in evening as we had no outside space do it cost us a lot more money each day this spoiled the holiday it was like been in prison where this appartment is everyone walked past it so to open the door we had no privacy very disappointed as there was never anyone on reception to speak to regarding this .we always use booking .com but sadly this time we were let down what the sight advertised is not what we got 😕 will not be using them again 😢
• Paula (10/5): A definite 10/10 - Apartments were spotless and staff were so helpful, very pleasant stay The steps 😂but then again purto rico is full of steps
• Breda (9/5): Despite lack of terrace as expected the appartments and pool area were excellent . - Great location Great pool Spotless clean Comfortable beds Unfortunately not all apartment’s have a terrace with sun loungers and sea view .I was disappointed to discover we were in a corner appartment with no view and a small table and 2 chairs outside door.
• Mônica (3/5): I would trust them again. - The place is beautifull and close to the beach but I didn’t stay at the IG nachosol Premium. I made a reservation to stay there but when I got to the door the hotel was closed and they sent me to another place. They didn’t ask me if I was ok with that and just told me about it when I was ringing them when I got there. • Gloria (10/5): Perfect vacation - It was so clean and nice, the pool and views were great and it was so cheap I didn’t dislike anything, everything was great!
• Asgeir (8/5): Meget bra opphold. - Bassenget var kaldt ca, 20 grader nå i februar. Står at det blir oppvarmet av solceller men det virket som hadde liten effekt. I tillegg må du gå forbi andres terasse for å komme til din hvis du bor på midten. Din inngang til leiligheten er terrassedøren. Men utover det var det nydelig utsikt og fin leilighet. I tillegg var det supermarked 100 meter ned i gata.
