Guest Reviews
- Kelly (1/5): Nasty, filthy, mildew on sheets and ceilings, rude manager & smells like musty cigarettes. Gross af - Non-smoking room smelled like musty ashtray, mold on the ceiling, mildew on the sheets, likely from cleaner not changing the sheets between guests. Broken microwave. Fridge froze all the food with the tiny freezer not having a freezer flap/door.
If today was opposite day, these would be positive, but it is not. You are better off spending a few extra dollars and staying somewhere else The stench of cleaning products to try and mask the overwhelming smell of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. Appears to be a hotel where junkies stay, garage container in office had a big sign with picture of "no syringes" to remind his staff not to deposit them in that trash. Owner at check-in, saying he "will waive the extra deposit fee so long as I give him a good review'. Hard to leave a positive review when the sink facet was busted, barely hanging on like a loose tooth, the toilet did not look like it was cleaned, the shower had mildew all over and shower head would spray all over the bathroom floor because the door was unable to close to prevent water from essentially pouring out of to the bathroom floor. Blankets on the bed with cigarette burn holes. The sheets had mildew on them, like they were not dry when they were originally put on the bed and they were not changed in between guests stays.
Woke up itching. Had originally planned for 3 nights, booked on this website, left after the first night and told the owner/manager about all the things and that I was unwilling to spend two more nights in that filthy room and his demeanor went from neutral tl negative almost immediately, asking why I did not say anything immediately, which is fair, but he did not offer to change rooms, unwilling to provide a refund for the following two nights and now I am dealing with it through my credit card company to dispute the charges.
I did not see the mildew covering an entire side of the sheets on the bed, and when I went to the fridge, all my food was frozen and the microwave wouldn't work, which were two main reasons I chose this place instead of the motel 6 across the street, which was a huge mistake. I won't be back and will make sure if any family or friends come to visit, they need to avoid this place. Now I understand how this place got 2.2 star rating because he tries to con guests into leaving a positive review.
- Elsom (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Rachel (10/5): - The owner helped us so much pretty humble guy and his night girl Jessica is amazing as well No complaints
- Adrian (1/5): Lame - The Indian guy was rude and yelled on the phone. Unprofessional. The Indian guy working there. Don't know his name
- Ortiz (6/5): over prices overall we was good nobody they don't bother you they should have breakfast coffee - They don't bother. U which convenient right next to the market to the bar That we can't smoke and staff was rude
- Atian (1/5): Terrorist - They didn’t let me check in They didn’t give me my room and still charged my card
- Brittney (10/5): - The hospitality, convenience and service Nothing
- BASEM (8/5): -
- adriana (1/5): -
- Samantha (1/5): Scary Stay - The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well The front desk manager made me very uncomfortable right from the beginning but I saw the sign that said "no refunds under any circumstances" so I knew I had to stick with it. Everything in the room was broken. Table, chair, microwave. The shower head shot fell out of the wall right when I turned it on and water shot out from the wall everywhere. On my way out there was a car in the parking lot that had blood all over the passenger door handle. I felt pressured to right a good Google review because the manager I insisted I do it while I was there. He then insisted I give him my personal phone number and gave me the longest most uncomfortable hug. I tell the story about my "murder motel" stay to everyone.
- Family (8/5): -
- Nichol (2/5): -
- Christina (9/5): The heat and cooling was so fast it was able to adjust the entire unit within minutes ♥️ - Staff accommodated me in an emergency and they didn't have to. I am very grateful for the kindness they showed me! The bathroom was pristine. A+ There wasn't enough outlets. I had to unplug the TV to utilize the fridge. No biggy, I just traded off what was plugged in as needed.
- Patrick (7/5): -
- Reisner (8/5): -
- Travis (4/5): If you like addicts getting high and strip club hours its the place - Price was good The you had to 7nplug TV and cable just to plug i refrigerator and microwave . No in room phone. Strip club in parking lot of north side of facility, lots of homeless around even getting high in hall that connects north to south side., room was filthy
- Manzo (1/5): Very stressful and awful the room stink and you can tell there was a lot of drug addicts here - I did not like anything about this motel I was immediately harassed by the front desk man about having my one guest which was on my itinerary the room was for seven nights two guest I didn't like the fact that the front desk man or owner came to my room aggressively through the money at me and told me I had too many guests over whenever I only had one and she was on the itinerary when I booked the hotel on Expedia
- Maciel (9/5): It was good - Location close to i5 The homelessness around
- Elisabeth (9/5): -
- Stephanie (2/5): -
- Allen (5/5): - It had a bed, shower and soap. No nightstand, shower stall was cracked, toilet seat was loose and falling off, no outlets by the bed, no chairs in the room. It was a place to sleep and was convenient. But, a little overpriced for the value provided.
- Sawej (10/5): -
- Russel (6/5): -
- Jean paul (1/5): -
- Jane (7/5): I was very pleased with the ground floor & parking convenience, also no problem w/Svc Dog. - The manager was VERY pleasant and helpful. He got me a ground floor room for my Service Dog and myself - very nice. I have great difficulty going up/down stairs, and he was very understanding. There could have been a table between the beds to put my early morning meds and alarm clock on.
- Brann (7/5): -
- Spritzer (1/5): -
- Víctor Manuel (3/5): -
- Joel (4/5): -
- Christopher (2/5): - I thought it was a bargain at $61 Everything ste service TV didn't work no ice machine didn't even want to give me a extra clean towel this place sucks
- Bruce (1/5): The property surrounding the motel was miserable, my room was gross. In that future I would sleep in - Location was great. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST! Sink faucet was broken
Carpet had two gross sticky spots that were probably someone's throw up. Channel changer would not lower the volume. No coffee pot or coffee (when I asked they said yes). The bed had a sheet and a colored cover as thin as the sheet, nothing else available in the room. The shower had some mangled shower knob setup, it SORTOF worked. Your motel is a dive, a dump. The price was cheap but way overpriced.
- Matt (3/5): Never going back again - The price of the stay. The staff took my deposit because of something else my friend did in the past. And proceeded to have me leave the property and go find another hotel. He was rude and very unprofessional.
- jonathan (5/5): Kinda fits the price - The shower and a place to sleep. It needs a lot of improvements, it kinda fits the price . Cheap.
- Andrea (1/5): -
- Leo (3/5): Poor - Sorry, but I didn't like the interior color of the room. The WiFi didn't work. No ice or cups.
- Millman (6/5): - Not one thing Everything
- Aldo (6/5): X - X X
- Chelsea (6/5): - The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable! The leaky shower that soaked the floor, the loose sink nozzle and toilet seat, and we found 4 cockroaches while we were there.
- francese2 (5/5): It wasjust seems they could do better with the linens and a bedside lamp. sid - None offered Soap and more towels only two and they were pretty worn out and. Dingy they were not appealing to look at or to use were course and not fluffy and soft was a turn off to use them did not feel they were clean enough no wash cloths or hand towel.
- Lovejoy (10/5): Quick check-in/check-out, chill staff & good vibe - Check in was quick and easy! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was setup beforehand, clean and quickly accessible (booked a couple hours before I needed it). Great location, vibe and easy checkout too!
- Aaron (7/5): - Cheap Urge to check out on time
- Hernandez (1/5): - Unfortunately the room was awful. There was tape on literally everything, from light switches to the door and shower head/knobs. The bed was not on a box spring, and it didn't have any sheets on it, just a top sheet and a thin comforter. I couldn't get refunded for the stay or cancel because of how its set up with booking.com, but if I had known ahead of time, I wouldn't have stayed again.
Also, the guy running it was super rude, and I don't think he was gonna give us our deposit back until I went inside and asked him about it.
- joseph (10/5): - Owner or manager was very nice and gave me a discount becaise i was a lil shy on the amount needed. Very nice and understanding
- Ralph (6/5): - Bed seemed clean and fairly comfortable. Gentleman at the desk was pleasant. Rest of the experience left a lot to be desired
- Miguel angel (10/5): - The price it was really good
- Sheena (2/5): I have 0 to 10 I give it a big zero -
At first the place was really clean and really nice until we sat down to eat our dinner and a cockroach comes crawling across our bed. How disgusting is that we went up there we showed them the cockroach and they really don’t wanna do nothing about it. They gave us$12 back for us renting the room for three nights that cost me over $200 and they didn’t want to give us nothing back or even offer us a free night to stay. They gave us 12 bucks that was it.
- Ian (10/5): -
- heather (2/5): - There was no hot water. I arrived very late at night so I told staff about the water the next morning, went out on business and when I returned there was a pool of water under the sink. I left that day and forfeited the remaining night I had booked and paid for.
- Anh (8/5): - Good place to stay for the price!
- Kaushik (9/5): -
- Aldo (8/5): Agradable - El precio Para lo que fue estuvo aceptable
- Tammi (8/5): - Check in went smoothly and was pretty easy.. very friendly staff… I’ve stayed there a few times in the past. It’s a good price for what you get.. The room was clean and everything worked as it should… and there wasn’t as much activity and/or traffic and I thought there would be.. I’ll def be staying there again when/as needed.
- David (5/5): - I am an old guy, looking for a clean and secure place to stay. I don't need frills or even "continental breakfast. It's location is convenient to where I live to be. A wash cloth. Bath, hand towel, shampoo and soap bar were there. I made it work and satisfied my 2 night needs
- Wendy (2/5): Uncleaned Rooms, Feces on Walls Urine on Floor - Absolutely Disgusting. The first room i was put in was absolutely atrocious. It smelled like urine and feces. There were brown smears of what appeared to be fecal matter on the bathroom wall, in the tub, on the door and all over the uncleaned sheets on the unmade bed. There was trash and socks under the bed, garbage in the cans. This room was genuinely not cleaned at all before it was sold to me, i would be suprosed if a staff member even looked at it. I told hotel staff i couldnt stay in that room, i dont like to complain but i am immunocompromised and that room was unacceptable. Hotel staff put me in a new room that was marginally better. It seemed they made an attempt to clean this room but it was still not up to any reasonable standards. Hair all over the bed still. Dort in the corners of the rooms. Smudges on the bathroom sink amd mirror. Not a pleasant stay, not a place i would consider bringing my family.
- song (1/5): -
- song (2/5): -
- Ken (2/5): - Not clean, next door to a strip club. Very poor
- Kenneth (8/5): - Quite
- Mock (1/5): Do not attempt to stay here terrible service - The staff was terrible we got there and they wouldn't rent us the room and we still haven't gotten a refund two weeks later Everything
- Junjie (10/5): - Everything looks good!
- Sheriff (10/5): - Its great
- Jeff (1/5): -
- Veerpal (1/5): -
- alicia (8/5): - The staff was super nice and friendly. Accommodation was made for one of the guests who was handicapped. Clean then expected, microwave and mini fridge was a plus! Door didnt seem to really lock was the only thing
- Elizabeth (4/5): - The front desk person was delightful! And the room did have a refrigerator and a microwave. But no coffee and no light by the bed so if you’re going to read, bring your Kindle. I ended up not spending the night because I’m sensitive to mold, and there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom.
- kennuf (2/5): I guess I should have read reviews before booking. - You get what you pay for.....My $65 bought me a quiet room to sleep in, but not much more. I guess OK for a 10 hour stay, but not a place to enjoy any relaxation time
The room was clean, but past it's "expiration date." Everything battered and worn
There were no chairs, only place to sit was on the bed.
Bedside tables had no lamps , had to do any reading with light from the bathroom.
no alarm clock or wake-up call...some of us85 year old's don't have cell phones for wake-up.
Fridge, microwave and air-cond. all worked, no water from bathroom sink faucets .
The front desk attendant was friendly and courteous.
- Inderious (1/5): Worst stay of my life would never recommend to anyone - I did not like anything about the property There was mold and the wall was caving in, inside the shower, when I went to the manager and showed him the photos he said I must stay in the room i cannot change
- Shaton (6/5): - It was fairly clean and quiet
- Kelly (2/5): - Chipping paint, carpet was overwhelming with shampoo smell from cleaning the carpet poorly. Also there was no smoke detector in the room and the manager demanded $100 or to hold my credit card after purchasing the room and I told him I wasn't leaving my credit card number with him I didn't know him and that's why I booked through you people and it's the price is the price if they was a problem they could make a complaint and then go against me that way I don't do the upfront credit card because I've had my information stolen
- Peter (1/5): -
- justin (1/5): Sketchy/gross - I didn't like how dirty and homeless the property was. We had homeless bothering us and digging in the trash.
- Doster (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lucero (10/5): - .
- G-w (7/5): the bed was amazing and great location - easy check in process, the manager was very nice and polite, he greeted us right away and gave great directions to our room, our request for a ground unit was ready and waiting for us its not the properties fault but there was a lot of homeless people going through the dumpster and looking in our car,
- Jana (6/5): was ok for the short notice i had to book, would probably not stay again though. - the bed was comfortable facility was not maintained, trash outside, broken items in room, staff asked me three times if I had pets
- Valentina (8/5): Very good -
- Denise (1/5): Horrible! - Absolutely nothing. It was filthy, front panels missing from drawers, toilet not connected to the floor, room smelled bad, light missing from the wall above the mirror, and graffiti on inside of bathroom door. We were tired and made a hasty decision on a hotel. We should have read the reviews. We truly felt unsafe, and worried that our car might be broken into if we stayed. So, we left right away and didn't ask for a refund.
- Maria (2/5): Very poor - They gave me a room that was already in use.
- Ricardo (2/5): - One of the worst places i have ever stayed at, holes on the walls the shower didn't work it was tapped with electrical tapped and writing on the walls, to expensive for the construction of the roo.
- S (7/5): Good - Owner wouldn't rent to my guy so I had to get the room online
- Knotts (1/5): It was bad whish we had bought enough money to go somewhere eles, but there was a festivel in town. - It was in the right location. and cheep. The toilet was not hook to the floor. The toilet seat slid around. The floor beside the bed was wet!! The electrical outlets did not put out enough voltage to charge my cell phone. The funiture was all broken. The towel rack was broken. The room smelled bad. The bed only had a sheet and a thin cloth on it. The room was dirty. We cleaned it before we put our stuff in it.
- Kaelah (1/5): Disgustingly dirty. - Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The rug hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long, the outlet covers were cracked and falling apart, writing etched into the furniture, drips and splashes of liquid all over the walls, bathroom vent was falling off the wall, old shriveled fruit and hair on the bathroom floor, TV didn't work and the toilet/sink had drips of something on them.
- Joyce (7/5): restfull, quiet, nice. - overall a mice stay very quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff too! i didnt have any issues.
- Moya (4/5): Disappointing - It was nice and quiet and cheap for the night The room was okay the dresser drawers were not sitting in the dresser right the bathroom was gross and I didnt get my deposit back
- Marilyn (7/5): Good - The staff was very pleasant and professional and perceptive. The bathroom door has holes in it. It smells musty. Had cigarette smoke smell and burns holes in the bedspread. TV didn't work. It was just old. I did not take photos.
- Arnold (6/5): - Fair accommodation
- Eileen (2/5): - The property was fairly clean on the outside but the room was in very bad repair. The carpet was sticky and we needed to wash our feet before getting shoes and sock on. ( bottom of our feet was back from the carpet.) Drawer fronts were either missing or fell off when pulled on. No top sheet on the bed. Room had a bad odor. No place to sit beside the bed or toilet. No phone in the room
- Kristen (5/5): It was okay - Front desk staff was nice and the location. Air conditioner was coming off the wall the door attached to the other room had a hole filled with tissue cause you could see into the other room!!
- Danielle (8/5): Great place to stay if passing thru - The man that checked us in was kind and helpful. The property and room was clean and presentable. Bed was comfy, AC worked great and shower was nice and hot. Those were all the things that mattered to me as I was just passing thru to sleep. Only thing, they would not allow an extra hour for late check out.
- Gabriel (1/5): Bad - The door locked The room was dirty, there was duck tape around the door, duck tape around the faucets, and writing on the wall.
- Lester (4/5): Clean room, no shower - Room was spartan, but very clean. Had been recently painted, Hard surface floor still had paint splatters. The water in the shower would not come on. Overall I received decent quality for the cheap price.
- Nolan (1/5): Bad - I couldn't bring myself to stay. The area smelled horrible and the facility was not good.
- Ian (2/5): - This is the worse room I've stayed at. The best thing I can say is that there wasn't any bedbugs. To be fair I know there are better rooms in the the hotel but I got the worse one. It smelled, it felt dirty, and the furniture was missing drawers. I won't being staying there again
- Bell (5/5): Passable -
- Rhona (3/5): Poor - The housekeepers were nice. Well. Where do I begin. The room was still dirty. Stains on the towels and bedding. There was mold in the shower. And the door wouldn't stay close very well. Had to use the chair in the room to put under the door handle. Plus, the front desk guy. Which is the boss, I guess. Offered me and job. Then flirted with me and picked me up in a hug and tired to get me to rap my lags around him. Even tired to kiss me. I felt really uncomfortable, and i definitely won't be going back. I thought he was just gonna shake my hand and ended up hugging me. That definitely is not how you treated your guests or employees.
- Julie (4/5): - At check in, the attendant started an argument with the customer behind me.
The room was clean, but the carpet was dirty. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke.
As I went to my upstairs room there was a disheveled man on the stairs who lit up a crack pipe. He got up and walked away when he saw me.
I went up the stairs; they were rickety and the steps wiggled as I stepped on them.
The room had a VERY strong antiseptic smell. To me, it gave me an idea of the kinds of people that room sees.
The hotel just gave me bad vibes. While I didn’t fear for my life, I feared for the safety of my vehicle. Fortunately, it was unharmed.
Not a place I will ever book again.
- Priciliano (1/5): Bad -
- Jennifer (3/5): Friendly staff but poor rooms - the person working was very nice and friendly the room smelled so strongly of lysol and chemicals that we had to open the window for a long time to air it out, however no screen in the window so it felt very unsafe. The room had an adjoining door that the handle was patched over. I was afraid to use the shower as I felt the tiles would fall out as they were already bowing,
no lamps in the room only two overhead lights, and the tv did not work.
- Folden (1/5): Bad - Nothing there was nothing good about it!!! Everything. It was dirty. No lamp no phone no plug for fridge or microwave. Food stuck to the wall. Broken sink used soap in the shower. It was disgusting!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a good hotel especially for price - This room was too expensive to not have towels in the room, not have a mini fridge, or coffee available. I recommend staying at Motel 8 for less money because you are getting less at this place. Jessica was nice and did a great job.
