• VASILIS (10/5): - Πήγαμε για 3ήμερο αναψυχής!!Το δωμάτιο και γενικά οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν μαγικοί.Ένα σκηνικό βγαλμένο από παραμύθι.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στο δάσος και αποπνέει απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.Η σουίτα που επιλέξαμε ήταν υπέροχη με ωραία διακόσμηση και μεγάλα δωμάτια για ξεκούραση και ρομαντικές στιγμές δίπλα στο τζάκι.Σίγουρα ένας προορισμός που αξίζει να επισκεφτεί κανείς αρκετές φορές το χειμώνα.Εμείς σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!!!!
• Κωνσταντίνα (4/5): - Άνετα κρεβάτια Μεγάλο δωμάτιο Απογοητευτική εμπειρία διαμονής για το τριήμερο της 28ης Οκτωβρίου (212,40€/βράδυ για σουίτα 3 ατόμων). Παρότι το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, υπήρξαν σοβαρές ελλείψεις και κακή εξυπηρέτηση: 1.Το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο κατά την άφιξη. 2. Βρέθηκαν σκουπίδια σε συρτάρι της κουζίνας. 3.Υπήρχαν μπουρνούζια και παντόφλες μόνο για 2 άτομα, ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για 3. 4.Η τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά μικρή. 5.Τα αρτοπαρασκευάσματα του πρωινού ήταν κακής ποιότητας. 6.Έλλειψη βασικού εξοπλισμού (καφετιέρα, μπατονέτες, οδοντόβουρτσα, επαρκή πιάτα και ποτήρια). Υπήρχαν μόνο τα βασικά μικρά αφρόλουτρα και δίσκοι ντεμακιγιάζ (;;;) 7.Ο κάδος απορριμμάτων ήταν μικρός και γέμιζε αμέσως. 8.Παρά την υπόσχεση για υπηρεσία καθαριότητας, το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ∙ απλώς μαζεύτηκαν τα σκουπίδια και πλύθηκαν 2 πιάτα. Οι χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες, παρότι υπήρχαν γραπτές οδηγίες στο μπάνιο να τοποθετηθούν μέσα στη μπανιέρα για αλλαγή, δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν, με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει το μπάνιο μουχλίλα. Στο νεροχύτη υπήρχαν απομεινάρια φαγητών όπου ήταν δικά μας από το προηγούμενο βράδυ, διότι όπως αναφέρθηκε ο κάδος ήταν μικρός και δεν χωρούσε τίποτα άλλο. Απολύτως αηδιαστικό θέαμα γιατί είχαν βραχεί αφού φρόντισαν μόνο να πλύνουν τα πιάτα. Όταν έγινε αναφορά του προβλήματος στη reception, η υπάλληλος δεν ανέλαβε ευθύνη και προσπάθησε να μεταθέσει το φταίξιμο σε άλλους. Δεν ήρθαν καν να πάρουν τις πετσέτες και ούτε ζητήσανε καν συγγνώμη για όλα τα παραπάνω που αναφέρθηκαν. 9. Τα δωμάτια είχαν κακή ηχομόνωση και στις 7 το πρωί το διπλανό δωμάτιο με 3 μικρά παιδιά να ουρλιάζουν και όταν κάλεσα στη reception για να διευθετήσει το θέμα δεν απάντησε κανένας και εννοείται δεν κοιμηθήκαμε. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ εμπειρία για τα λεφτα που ζητάνε. Τα σχόλια στο booking δεν είναι αξιόπιστα διότι όταν μπήκαμε στα σχόλια της Google όλοι αναφέρανε τα ίδια προβλήματα. Δεν το συστίνω σε καμία περίπτωση υπάρχουν πολύ πιο οικονομικά δωμάτια με μακράν καλύτερες παροχές από το συγκεκριμένο κατάλλυμα.

• Maria (5/5): Όχι αυτό που περιμέναμε - Ήταν ευγενικός ο κύριος που μας καλωσόρισε και ήταν συνέχεια εκεί - ενδεχομένως έχει το κατάλυμα - και η κοπέλα που ήταν στη ρεσεψιόν. Επίσης στο check out δεν υπήρχε η πίεση να φύγουμε. Η σουίτα ήταν ευρύχωρη. Φαίνεται ότι το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα έχει περάσει πολύ καλές στιγμές στο παρελθόν αλλά έχει πια αφαιθεί σε προηγούμενες δεκαετίες. Η σουίτα είχε δυο τηλεοράσεις- οι πιο μικρές που κυκλοφορούν στην αγορά- και δεν ήταν smart για να βάλουμε τις ταινίες μας και να χαλαρώσουμε. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ basic και φτωχό για ένα δωμάτιο που κοστίζει 220€ την βραδιά. Δεν ξέρω ποιος ασχολείται με την καθαριότητα αλλά την πρώτη νύχτα ήταν χαλασμένο το τηλέφωνο του ντους - οι άνθρωποι ευγενέστατοι μας το άλλαξαν την επόμενη ημέρα- που όμως είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να σκεφτούμε ότι κανείς δεν είχε καθαρίσει την μπανιέρα για να βρει και αυτή την βλάβη. Άρα δεν μπήκαμε ποτέ στο τζακούζι. Επίσης σε ντουλάπι της κουζίνας βρήκαμε μια πλαστική συσκευασία από προηγούμενο μάλλον επισκέπτη. Το mini bar περιείχε μόνο 2 μπουκαλάκια νερό. Ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο καλό θα ήταν να το γέμιζε - επι πληρωμή- ειδικά αφού δεν έχει σέρβις ή κάτι σε φαγητό το βράδυ. Αυτό που δεν μας έκανε όμως καθολου καλή εντύπωση είναι ότι στο check out μας ζήτησαν 10€ γιατί χρησιμοποιήσαμε την δεύτερη βραδιά το τζάκι και ζητήσαμε ξύλα. Να σημειώσω ότι την πρώτη βραδιά μας έφερε ο καλός κύριος 3 ξύλα και προσάναμμα και ζητήσαμε και την δεύτερη βραδιά αφού θα καθόμασταν στο δωμάτιο και πάλι ήταν 3 ξύλα. Λίγο περίεργο αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι πληρώσαμε 440€ . Γενικά όλα με το σταγονόμετρο. Είμαστε ένα ζευγάρι που ταξιδεύουμε πάρα πολύ οπότε έχουμε κρίση για το τι να περιμένουμε από κάθε ξενοδοχείο ανάλογα με το κόστος. Δυστυχώς όσο και να συμπαθήσαμε τους 2 αυτούς ανθρώπους, απογοητευτήκαμε
• Venetia (10/5): Πολύ καλή διαμονή - Το κατάλυμα ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας! Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Ηταν εξαιρετικό και σε καθαριότητα και σε προσωπικό. Το κλίμα πολύ καλό και οικογενειακό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και προφανώς θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε. Επίσης είχαν amenities και για το κατοικίδιο μας πράγμα που μας εξέπληξε θετικά. Και επίσης βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού.
• RAFAEL (10/5): Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! - Ηταν όλα τέλεια ! Σύγχρονο κτήριο , άνετο και με εκπληκτικό μεγάλο μπάνιο ! Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό ! Το μεγαλύτερο plus ήταν η καθαριότητα ! Από τα πιο καθαρά ξενοδοχεία που έχω επισκεφθεί ποτέ! Το πρωινό είχε αρκετές επιλογές και ήταν μια χαρά !
• Anna (6/5): - Όμορφη τοποθεσία, ήσυχα και πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο, κακή αναλογία τιμής και παροχής. Επίσης ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ο εξωτερικός χώρος μπροστά από το δωμάτιο ήταν αφροντιστος.
• Melina (4/5): Nice location, terrible staff behaviour. Do not recommend, best spend your vacation and money elsewhere. - Nice buew Though mentioned “pets allowed” once we checked in, we were told it was prohibited for our dog to be left in the room alone. We could only be served breakfast one by one at the breakfast area, as one of us would have to remain in the room with our dog. This “hotel policy” was of course not mentioned on the booking page and only mentioned at arrival. Also, we visited in mid April, with outside temperature at night around 7 degrees; the room was only heated with air-con, as the central heating did not work; as a result the bathroom, that was not connected to the aircodition, was super cold. The stuff was unbothered when we asked for extra heating and we were told this was the “owners decision”. All in all it felt like we were begging for essential hospitality services. The walls in between the rooms were paper thin and we could hear the guests next door very loudly. Further, the breakfast that was being served was poor and the items were stale, which resulted in not being able to enjoy what was part of the steep price we paid for the accommodation. During our 3 night stay, the beds were not made even once and the room was cleaned only one time. At 230 euros per night, we expected more and were extremely disappointed. Seemed like the facility made up their own rules, which were not published on the booking page.
• Panagiota (8/5): Short stay in Arcadia mountains - The room was really ambient, big and cosy. Location is good is you want to visit Arcadia traditional towns up to the mountains The breakfast was a bit disappointing. They had served it on the table before our arrival and they only thing that was served hot was the coffee and some ‘egg bread’ . It was almost impossible to eat the pie and the croissant so cold. For the price you pay, at least the owner should try to improve the breakfast quality
