- Janet (10/5): Coastal Oasis - Gorgeous setting. Lovely rooms. Wonderful pool area that feels like a tropical oasis. Beds are firm.
- Susan (8/5): - The Inn is as it says right at the Fulton Harbor so you are by Charlotte Plummer a historic restaurant and the pier. Walking distance to many of the Fulton historical restaurants. Room is spacious. Hotel built like a U with a cottage on the parking lot and a Harbor House for larger parties. Our only critique is there only continental breakfast as many hotels now does to cut cost so it's boiled eggs oatmeal dry cereal or bagel/toast. We would however go back for the room location and staff.

They were in 4 hours so that means there was second hand beer in the pool. Not kid friendly. We had to wait until next day that we witnessed pool being cleaned before kids got in. inconsiderate guests and no rule enforcement.
- Robert (8/5): - A well maintained and clean property. Our double room had an equipped kitchenette. We found the air conditioner loud and managed by keeping the fan on continuously. A nice pool with splash pad and features appealing to youth. About 4 miles from Rockport beach. Breakfast was no-frills continental pre-packaged food, but there's always the kitchenette.

- Pamela (6/5): - For the price of our stay, I definitely expected more. The floors in the rooms (2) were disgusting, leaving our feet black after showering (photos available). The tub in our shower was cracked and "fixed" with putty. There were german cockroaches ( ideo available) in one room and dead spiders left on the floor in another. The continental breakfast was lacking, but convenient. The staff were all amazing! The pool was beautiful, and was perfect for all ages. There was little overseeing allowing for kids screaming and running around without supervision. The location was convenient to eating, walking, and playing!

They have a great pool area and it's right by the fishing pier. There are so many options to eat and drink within walking distance. I can't wait to come back even before checking out.

- Melinda (10/5): - Good value. Nice pool, bed comfortable (although a little tall to get into). A few nobs on dresser and kitchen drawers missing. Room easily cooled and refrigerator very cold and ready as soon as we arrived. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Location is a big plus as it is close to many restaurants and right across the street from fishing pier and bait shop. Breakfast is very simple but adequate for a quick bite. We will definitely be back!!!

- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect for families - Rooms are massive! We went with another family for a birthday celebration and had enough space for eight of us to have cake and ice cream, play charades. So much space! The pool was clean and had floaties and toys. The vibe was friendly and folks were playing music and it was just a really fun, chill hotel. Will definitely be back.

We LOVE that you can set the fan on the air conditioner so that it doesn't cycle off and on during the night. We always sleep soundly when we stay there. A continental breakfast and coffee are included to start your day. Great pool area and location to fishing pier, restaurants and beach. This is our go to place for sure.

A perfect place for a family vacation stay or a couples getaway. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. A great view of Aransas Bay which is right across the street. Highly recommend the Fulton Beach area.

The shower had amazing water pressure and the bedding was top notch. It was just feet from the pool and hot tub. Nice Adirondack chairs outside the room to enjoy the view. I walked to the daiquiri shop, TG's gift shop, Charlotte Plummers and to The Sugar Shack. Your not going to find any better.
