He will make time for you and give you the best options for you to have the best time. I strongly recommend this hotel as the price is very reasonable and the people there are great. I would definitely book at this hotel the next time I come to Ecuador. Thanks again Vincent!!
- Wayne (10/5): - It's close to river shore with pretty view. Staff are so helpful who give me briefing about neighborhood, where to sightseeing, where to eat and city walk tour, etc. Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Not a bad spot... - HostalVilla64 is an oasis in a fairly central part of Guayaquil. The street is quite quiet, but security is clearly an issue as you need to be let out and let back in again. Our room had 2 sets of bars on each window. Despite asking for a quiet room, ours was next to reception and we were aware of all comings and goings. Service was excellent, breakfast really good, and the wee courtyard a definite plus.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a really nice hostel, the rooms are clean and modern and it's very close to the Malecon del Salado also able to walk to the Malecon 2000 in 30 minutes. However, it would be nice to have a key to the external door when staying there as it's frustrating needing to ask permission to leave and return. The rooms close to the breakfast area are very noisy in the morning, I was woken at 5:30 a.m on my first night for an hour, I wasn't expecting to need my earplugs but the noise was too irritating to sleep.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic accommodations - The guy attending the hostal was nice. There was a bell to get into the hotel grounds. The guy comes out to open the door. You also must wait for the guy so that he can open the door for you to go outside onto the street too.. The room was not like in the pictures but it was relatively clean. The building feels secure. It is okay if you just need it for one nights’s stay, maybe to catch a flight. Very low flow water. Nothing special but a good price. Wifi is good.

- SBird (8/5): Inexpensive, Comfortable Stay(after 1st nite). - After the first night, my stay was comfortable thanks to the 2 attractive young couple, Victoria and Vincent who own the hostal. They replaced dead batteries on the TV remote, explained that my hot water tap was on the right side(took a cold shower). However, I could not receive the wi-fi in my room though they have wi-fi extenders which were not adequate for my 2nd floor room. They explained that they are going to purchase a more powerful modem in the future, so any prospective future clients hold their feet to the fire and see if they do so. The wait staff was helpful, friendly and very polite. All in all, a nice comfortable stopover to my home on the coast.

- tomy (8/5): Charmant petit hotel, propre, bien situe, pas cher - Un bon rapport qualite prix. On se sent particulierement bien dans ce petit hotel du centre de Guayaquil. Bien situe, a une rue de l'avenue principale et de ses restaurants, parcs, boutiques... mais suffisamment a l'ecart pour etre au calme. L'hotel est tres propre, ne compte que 10 chambres ce qui permet une attention particuliere des proprietaires vis a vis des clients. Les proprietaires sont un couple franco-equatorien avec une grande experience de l'hotellerie et ca se voit. Grande qualite d'acceuil, proprete irreprochable de l'etablissement, et un petit dejeuner parfait (fruits frais, jus de fruit, cafe/the a volonte, oeufs, tartines...). Sur les 10 chambres, quelques une sont un peu mal situees car donnent sur la cour interieure ou est servi le petit dejeuner. Peut etre bruyant et deranger les leve-tards.

The room was nice, but there is no TV, but thatwas no big deal. The Wi-Fi worked well so we were able to use our tablets. A good deal for the price.

Le mstin nous avions un bon petit déjeuner de base mais servie par des gens tres sympatique. C'est un petit hotel style jeunesse a 20 minutes de marche de la Malcom 2000 et 10 minutes en Taxi de l'aéroport. Apporter de l'argent cash si vous ne voulez pas des frais supplémentaires. Vous pouvez boire votre propre bouteille de vin le soir dans la cour extérieur. Le sectrur est fiable le jour mais il est recommendé de prendre un taxi le soir pour aller souper .

Room configuration had the double bed against the wall for a couple....not the most convenient. The building was very secure.

It is a little slice of comfort in the busy city of Guayaquil. Everything is clean and updated and the breakfast that is included is a huge bonus!

- Bente (8/5): Stay here! - This is a good hostel to stay at. It is fairly new so everything is looking good. The breakfast simple but good. The terrace is very nice. But the biggest reason you should stay here is the atmosphere. The hosts, and all the empoyees, are the nicest ever, and they help you whit whatever you need and they make your stay unik.
