• Cindy (8/5): Thanks for a good stay. - We liked the location, it was close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was nice with a variety of freshly made options. The amenities we nice, I especially liked the full size shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I didn’t like that we needed to be “upgraded” to a pet room that had torn furniture because we brought our doggie who is kennel trained and stayed with us 95% of our trip. Also, the beds were a bit hard for our liking. But overall our stay was nice and comfortable.

• Amanda (7/5): Decent hotel if you’re just passing through and need somewhere to sleep for the night - Good location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is small and the breakfast is a bit lack luster. It accommodates if you’re just passing through and need somewhere to stay for the night. Breakfast and the pull out bed in our room was jammed/broken so we had to get staff to the room and help us figure it out
• DORIS (7/5): The location of the hotel was convenient for a function I was attending in the area the next day. - The hotel was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and caring. The pool and hot tub were not available. The options for food were limited to fast food although I was told there was a bar & grill 2-3 blocks away from the hotel. I could not find it nor find a sign that would point me in the right direction. I also Googled it on my maps app and Rosie's Beauty Shop came up but not Rosie's Bar & Grill. I was told the next day by one of the locals that there used to be a really good Mexican restaurant but they went out of business a couple of months ago. So it goes...

• Robyn (8/5): Great staff and convenient location off the interstate. Dog friendly. - The breakfast options were very good. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Guests should pick up their dog waste. The hotel provides a nice dog area with a waste container; however, guests just leave their dog waste on the grass. This is not the hotel's responsibility.
• coreyhY174ZG (4/5): Expected better from a BW...PLUS - I was really not impressed with this place. This is a sad mid-scale to budget hotel with a “PLUS” in the name that trough’s you off. The bed was nowhere close to comfortable. Sorry. My room wasn’t the cleanest. I found (not even kidding) black mold beneath the toilet. How is that possible, I have no idea. It was just a little bit, but it was enough to get me on edge of the property. No bible either!! For someone who is very Christian, that’s like 10,000,000 strikes in my book. It was also hot & humid when I first entered. The breakfast was so-so. The service was fantastic. The noise could be worked on. The amenities were fine. Pool was a bit dirty. And the parking was nice. It just seems like they’re not up keeping the rooms as much as the rest of the hotel. Disappointed about finding black mold though.

• Shaw (3/5): Will not stay there again! - Convenient The housekeepers live in and cook their meals there. Thus the place smelled like something was burning. I put a towel at the bottom of the door in an attempt to keep the smell out of our room!!!!

The front desk said they knew for a few days and still tool reservations knowing that the guests could not get in and out of there rooms. Terrible, property is run down and not in good condition but Expedia said it had an excellent rating. Very misleading. I’m going to request a refund: they didn’t even give us a receipt!

Lady at front desk was very nice. Breakfast was decent. We thought that there would be a hot tub but it was not working due to a lack of people who are unable to adequately repair it. Unfortunately, according to what we were told, there are not too many people out who are capable of repairing such things.

The couch in our room was very uncomfortable and two people could really use more than one towel each for their stay. Generally women need one towel for their shower and one for their hair. It would also be nice to have more than two washcloths.

• Resort538852 (2/5): Scamming the elderly - My elderly parents reserved two rooms for my brothers wedding in April 2025. The reservation was changed to one room prior to the wedding (have the emails to show it). They ended up being charged for THREE rooms. The hotel refused to return any money to my parents, had to file a dispute through their credit card. My parents only received a refund for one room, were STILL CHARGED FOR A ROOM THEY DID NOT RESERVE! I expect better of Kansas institutions, scamming the elderly is abhorrent!

It had an obvious film layer on the top. Our key cards didn’t work properly. We asked the front desk for help, but they said it was user error. Well, other family members in the hotel also had issues with their cards for their rooms. This user has to blow in the slot like an old Nintendo game in order to get the card to read.

Hot tub was ‘closed,’ but immediately next to the pool. The water in the hot tub looked disgusting, which gave concern for the cleanliness/sanitariness of the pool water.
