• Amanda (5/5): Over all I have stayed in better kept Best Westerns and was a little disappointed that it wasn’t like the other ones as - It was decent and the staff was friendly. The room had dirt and hair in the bed sheets, the dresser drawers, in the shower and on the toilets and the shelves were not dusted. There was a roach in one of the showers. The pics don’t show all the little hairs that were in there. I wouldn’t mind just wiping out a hair or two but not when the whole drawer looks like I brushed a dog and my own hair and dropped it in the drawer. I brought these matters up to the front desk lady who reached out to the manager. He came and picked up the cock roach but the rest of issues stayed and didn’t get resolved. I would’ve spoken up about the matters again but we got back to the room around 11:30. The pillows were horrible and the beds were average sleep. I normally take my own pillows but the one time I did not I wasn’t happy. The eggs were watery and the sausage tasted really gross and the waffles were a little weird tasting but the rest of the breakfast was pretty good. There were people screaming and fighting at 5am

• Valerie (10/5): Overall a very clean comfortable stay. - The rooms were very clean, so clean that even the AC filters were spotless. Someone who has bad allergies, THANK YOU. Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but next time I will avoid staying in the room right next to the stairs and ice machine. First night we had no issues, but the second night it just seemed like there was a guest who was pretty loud outside at 11 pm or so.

I was traveling for work, and although I understand the hotel os going through some remodeling, I was not able to rest comfortably with all the noise of the remodeling right next door, next to my headboard.

• Ross (7/5): - Convenient to downtown Roswell. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. We were obviously downgraded in room choices after we told them we had a pet (10 lb. Dog). We have stayed here before. My wife refers to the “pet rooms” as the murder rooms because they are located at the back corner of the property under the stairs.

• 12345678bc (10/5): Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend - Though not a new Best Western this property is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. No smells, no mold, maintained. The rooms are fairly large and quiet. The furniture is in very good condition. The linens are ok, we would have like heavier blanket a it did turn cold during our stay. The people at the desk are exceptionally polite and efficient. We took a first floor drive up and that was super convenient. I made my own coffee this time though there is a coffee maker in room and coffee available in breakfast room. Breakfast was modest but well displayed. Again kudos for cleanliness. Eggs, cereals. Sausage, breads, waffles, green chili, toppings for oatmeal and a yogurt machine. The yogurt is unfortunately sugared as I would have liked to try it. Thank you to the management. Excellent stay.

Exhausted and waited until morning to shower. No water. Couldn’t take morning med, flush toilet, shower or anything. Notified front desk and was told to call later to see about some kind of refund. Called and told water softener recycling and no refund. Not even a partial one. Guess health department should be notified also. According to early morning person it happens regularly.

Bautz (8/5): Palacio ist es nicht, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. - Direkt an der Hauptstraße von Roswell gelegen, wenn man gerade weiter fährt kommt man zum Ufo-Museum (unserer Meinung nach den Besuch nicht wert, ist aber wohl Ansichtssache), dafür können wir den "Abstecher" zu den Carlsbad Caverns sehr empfehlen. Hier gingen unsere Kreditkarten nicht, der einzige Ort während der ganzen Reise. Das war ein großes Problem, schließlich wurde Bargeld akzeptiert, was relativ lange gedauert hat. Am Morgen hat es dann auch wieder etwas gedauert, bis wir das Deposit zurückbekommen haben.

Wanted to stay with BW. 2nd night was horrible. There was something wrong with shower hot and cold regulator. It made noise ALL NIGHT!!! I did not sleep well due to it constantly making noise.

THe shower, The shampoo and conditioner was about gone and also there was no water pressure. It was like taking a shower in a trailer. Took forever to feel like soap got off.

Rooms were clean, nice little pool to cool off in, enough of a selection offered for breakfast (included) hot and cold food and drinks. Staff friendly. Easy to access the main bit of town by car and not far away. Free parking on site. Air con in room, fridge which was handy and ice machine downstairs. Furniture in rooms dated but did it matter? No. Would I stay here again if on a budget? Yes.

• 389pc (10/5): Consistently checks all the boxes! - This Best Western in Roswell does not disappoint - it is consistently good and shows obvious efforts to continue to do quality improvements (example- Amana air conditioning units that are cold and quiet). It is very clean, the management is efficient and easy to work with, the room decor is tasteful and comfortable, it's quiet and there's a good restaurant right next door. This is our 4th time traveling through and it is consistently a good night's sleep.

Good rates, great breakfast, convenient location and a genuinely concerned front desk manager = a great motel! This year, we reserved a room for our two day 2025 encore visit and were not disappointed.
