Michele (5/5): Not what we expected for a Best Western - Location was convenient I feel the room was overpriced for what we got the best were just okay and there were cats crying outside the door for some reason. The breakfast served was basically Otis Spunkmyer miniature muffins milk and a small amount of fruit also the parking lot by the rooms were not lit very well

The hot dishes are good and they get extra points for having a waffle-maker. It's a pleasant-looking facility with good parking. Waay too many cats hanging around! Makes it awkward traveling with my dog, because she has to bark at the cats (of course). Also, the lava-rock areas outside the front doors always have cat poo and it's nearly impossible to keep the dog away from it.

elizabeth (8/5): - Staff was great and pleasant. I loved the grounds and little park and picnic area. We did not have hot water for first night. Staff reset water heater and we had it for morning showers. A lot of exterior doors for water heaters and electrical were missing - looked tacky.
Mary (7/5): Nice location, clean, easy to find. - The breakfast was ok.. There was a nice variety of choices. I wish it had lasted a bit longer. I was tired and slept in past the buffet hour. My husband brought me a few items he knew I liked. I also liked the cats, who seemed to be residents of the motel. The roof needs much attention. It had missing tiles and was open at the edges, which allowed man pigeons to nest under the tiles. Pigeons can be very messy.

catherine (10/5): Bravo employees - The entire employee team is excellent. From the front desk to grounds keepers to the breakfast ladies to the ladies who clean the rooms. Professional, warm, polite and on the job.the included breakfasts have good protein option. The only things I'd like to see inproved is washing down bird scat all over the walkways, which gets in rolling luggage and tracked into otherwise clean rooms. Also, closing breakfast at 8 30 Mondays through Fridays is rough if you're exhausted from a road trip and need more time and sleep. Please upgrade room coffee quality for the room price. Otherwise a good value. Again, kudos to the employees, and thank you

553brucea (10/5): Good interstate room - This is a nice overnight hotel right off I-5, in a stretch of few hotels. It was clean and quiet with a nice free breakfast. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is layer out like an old style motel, with all the rooms on the ground floor. There are not a lot of dinner options nearly, but enough to get you through the night. We would stay here again.

Caters to a multitude of travelers including Truckers, RVers, etc. Great breakfast. Only one luggage cart. Someone is feeding cats and walkways were littered with paper containers for the cats.
