We are strict on this...a little dated...plugs needed replacement and bathtub could use some love....but clean sheets clean mattress clean room so for a 1 night stay we were fine Dated...had to down grade to 2 double beds from king room because at 5 pm king room we booked in advance still wasn't clean

• Guest (1/5): Will NOT stay here again!! - Walked in and the AC was not turned on in the room (imagine a 100 degree day in AL 🥵) and the window on the 3rd floor was open with no screen or protection on it, roaches in the room, no smoke detector (most of it was ripped out of the wall), pillows were a small 12ish by 12ish square, front desk staff was very unfriendly and unorganized (was not busy), NO way would I eat from the breakfast they offered….would NOT recommend this location to anyone!

Stains on the chair and ottoman in room. Stuff still in freezer from last Guests. Room a/c does not cool well at all. Muggy feeling in room.

• Hanna (3/5): Overall, is was cheap- but definitely would’ve rathered paid an extra $50 for a decent hotel a few minutes to the road - I liked the location as it was near food. The staff was very polite. The left side of the hotel is very bright at night. The lights shinned through the corners of the curtains. I heard consistent thumping, not sure why. The whole hotel had a musky odor. The hallways smelled of smoke, the rooms air smelled muggy and thick. There was weird stink ?? Bugs in our room. The sheets smelled clean, but everything had stains. I just felt very dirty being in the hotel. We ended up leaving about 2am after just getting a few hours sleep.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worse stay - Whenever we chekced in we was informed that the room we originally reserved was not available anymore even tho we paid in full when we reserved it the day before our stay. We then also had to pay and extra amount of money to get a room period. Compeltely ridiculous never have i experienced something like this. Breakfast supposed to be made everyday from 6-9 am and there is righteously nothing to eat then. On top of that our lastml night the front desk gave a individual the percise room number we was staying in when it was supposedly supposed to be private.

Disgusting rooms, stains on the beds, hairs on the beds, sketchy people…staff was rude and offended that I had an issue with the stains and hairs. Manager was rude and tried to charge me a fee to cancel bc he said he was going to get charged.

• Cynthia (9/5): Worth Finding Your Way Here - The staff are nice. They upgraded both our rooms from a King Bed Non-Smoking to King Bed Studio Suite. It is an older hotel but the bathroom sink was very nice and long. Our TV worked and we watched movies on E!. Two refrigerators, and a microwave. AC worked fine. Couch, lounge chair, desk chair. It looked just like the photos of that room online right down to the framed painting of a bycicle on the wall. Best lighting in the room of any hotel on this more than week-long trip. Breakfast had real orange juice. Coffee is available all day. Golf courses near by. Food nearby like Waffle House. They did the best they could with breakfast, just eggs no meat. Their delivery was late for the sausage. The cook offered to make more gravy for the bisquits it we wanted it. I don't eat that. In my sons room the remote control did not work for the TV. The journey to the hotel at night was like a maze. When leaving the roads were more direct.

The staff ,especially Andrea, was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that the tv worked when we could not get it to work, Pillows were very small.

• Edgar (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke. There was no breakfast at 8am just a 3 biscuits and a yogurt and some apples. The staff started to cook some sausage after another guest ask where was the breakfast.

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and a piece of the ceiling actually fell in the shower with me. There was food left in the refrigerator that looked like it had been there a long time. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes and so did my room, which was non smoking. I was only there 1 night because my house was being painted. I gave a credit card for the room and was told it was declined which I said it shouldn't be because it a new card so I gave the girl another card and she charged that one. Well, my statements are showing that the first card was charged 2 days after I left and there other one was charged the night I stayed. Still trying to get that straightened out and why I was charged twice.
