Guest Reviews
- Daniel (9/5): A good stay - Friendly
- Daylen (1/5): Cringey - N/A Manager accused me of smoking marijuana in my room and I don’t smoke .
- Michelle (4/5): - There was warm yogurt in the refrigerator and I told the employee and he said that was because he just pit it in there. Problem is yogurt should always be cold. I told him he was going to get everyone sick.
- KarmaCycle (4/5): DON'T YOU DARE TAKE BREAKFAST FOOD TO YOUR ROOM!!!! - Actually not a terrible place but the owners are a whole other type of weird, so much so that I checked out early. Very strict rules about the "free" breakfast in a tiny room with signs everywhere about NO FOOD IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE ROOM, and they POST AN EMPLOYEE AT THE DOOR sitting at a table to GUARD IT. Completely insane. Staff is super loud, yell in the halls to each other and hold loud conversations right outside the door. Completely inconsiderate. I've never stayed anywhere that food could not be eaten in my room. If these people are so distrustful of the people that stay here then they are in the wrong business. Complaining to Choice Hotels because this can't has got to go against their policy.
- David (5/5): It was an okay experience for a small vacation at a reasonable price - The jacuzzi tub in my room was awesome clean and good value for the price of the room. Staff is very friendly. Theres a lot of good restaurants around which saved the day for me. The breakfast was not to my taste very limited yogurt and a waffle aren't my ideal breakfast choices. There are signs up that say restaurant in the hotel but there isn't one kind of misleading.
- aleksei (1/5): Run-down rooms. - location Everything here is bad, literally everything! First of all, the air is literally soaked with the smell of sweat, it’s horrible! The air conditioner barely works, it was barely possible to sleep. The towels look like they haven’t been changed in years, the furniture is completely worn out and broken, the breakfast is awful, everything is old. It was very unpleasant to stay here. At the very least, this is definitely not worth $111 per night — at most this place is worth $69. I will never stay here again!
- Manohar (1/5): -
- Brian (3/5): Would not stay here again. - The breakfast was ok. Well stocked, but limited. Easy access to the freeway. We think the walls were made out of paper, because when people came banging on visitors' doors at 2:30-3:00 in the morning and yelling to "Open Up!" it felt like they were standing next to my bed! Burn holes were drilled out of the top of the dressers.
- Caitlin (8/5): -
- Barb (7/5): I won't try to save money on a hotel room in the future. - The coffee. The room felt confining and seemed run down. The choices were limited.
- Sutterfield (8/5): - Price Breakfast started 6:30. 6 would have been nice.
Sheets are probably ready to be replaced

- Bridgette (2/5): will not stay here again. - nothing, will not stay here again. Staff didn't care that people were drunk, partying, yelling, and playing loud music in halls at all hours of night. People knocking on doors during night 1-2 am.
- Marko (7/5): -
- Kelly (1/5): I’m telling everyone at the dog show to NOT recommend for our show next year. - Filthy. My bedspread was covered with dog pee. Disgusting. Water was either scalding hot or literally just a trickle Cleanliness and breakfast was crap
- Mahmoud (6/5): -
- Musulica (10/5): - The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly during the check-in process, and the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nothing
- Jerica (8/5): It was a nice stay for a reasonable price. - The jetted jacuzzi tube. The semi trucks parked in the back with their trucks running all night.
- Rosalia (6/5): - The staff are good.😁 I didn't like breakfast to much,6 would be more variety.
- Charitter (6/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): -
- Robert (8/5): -
- Brian (10/5): - The staff was accommodating, as my stay keep getting extended. They were polite and respectful and met my everyneed Its a basic hotel. If you are expecting any frills then spend more money and stay somewhere else. I only complaint is I wished they had a choice of breakfast sandwiches for breakfast. Since I dont like waffles after a week I was tired of the Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich.

- jackw661 (10/5): Great value for your money - Nice clean bathroom with plenty of towels!! Soap and shampoo is provided. I felt right at home and highly recommend!!! Can’t beat the price!!
- beaverbogg1 (10/5): Awsome clean - Clean and nice with a very polite desk clerk who helped me get a handicapped room. I slept well on clean sheets and could actually hear the TV because other guests were quiet
- Lionel (9/5): -
- lin (1/5): -
- Steve (7/5): Overall stay good, location good - Location, easy to get to places i needed to get to and layout of the room Curtains the cover the windows completely for privacy on ground level
- Dunne (4/5): It was not a restful night. $20.00 pet fee for my service dog was disappointing. - Mattress needs replacement, too much outside the room noise and light
- Byrnes (8/5): -
- JoseQ89 (6/5): - Convenient and close to the Main road. The room in the the left side of mine people were to noisy. The open and close the door every 2 seconds.
- Jessie (8/5): Traveling though to New York - Location Nothing
- Burns (3/5): -
- naumann (8/5): - At this hotel trouble checking in but it had nothing to do with the hotel, booking. Com card wasn't going through? Had to wait on phone 20 mins to get things straightened out.
- ᴄʀɪsᴛᴀʟ (10/5): -
- Townsend (8/5): -
- Jennifer (2/5): - The walls of the room and the shower stall were stained, there were patched holes in the walls that weren’t even painted over. The shower curtain was stained and/or moldy (not sure which). The cabinet drawers were so broken and warped that they wouldn’t even open. This is a hotel populated primarily by construction workers - there is nothing wrong with that, but the owners need to make sure that they clean better in response. There was dried mud all throughout the stairs and hallways. Pay the extra $50 for a cleaner hotel!
- Sodia (2/5): - I was cheating on my husband
- Guest (10/5): - Was pleasantly surprised this was such a nice place.
- Carolyn (10/5): - Did not use pool
- Belinda (2/5): - I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was in poor condition. The blanket on the bed was dirty and ripped, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning unit was full of dust, which caused my son to cough and sneeze throughout the night. To make matters worse, the toilet was in terrible shape and appeared to be falling apart. I paid over $400 for this stay, and it was far from worth it. I brought my concerns to both the manager and hotel staff, but instead of offering a refund or meaningful solution, the manager simply sent housekeeping to replace the ripped blanket and provide new towels which did not resolve the underlying issues. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

- Carol (1/5): Nauseating - Nothing. Supposed to be smoke-free and pet-free. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, mist and mold, sour mildew smell in the bathroom - probably from the shower curtain - and the ceiling leaked from the upstairs bathroom ONTO the toilet!! No staff around to complain to. Horrible place.
- Guest (10/5): - The room is really clean and has both a refrigerator and microwave. Beds are super comfy.
- Vince (10/5): Awesome room on short notice - I had a great room. Very comfortable. Check-in was very fast. Toilet seat won't stay tightened.
- Mary Beth (10/5): - Efficient staff. Clean and quiet.
- Bryant (9/5): -
- Eternity (2/5): Horrid - The filthiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my life .
- Alan (5/5): - I didn't like how the Pool was closed when I exspected it to be open.
- Tara (8/5): - Rest
- Guest (10/5): - Quite great stay

- Lynette (4/5): - Room was average, I'm from the state capital so the Quality Inn's that i normally stay at are alot different from this one. I only needed the room to dleep as i was in town to visit family. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on my desk. I had no food out at all. That was definitely a first for me while staying at a hotel, so i was a bit surprised.
- Mario (10/5): - Keep doing well
- Monica (8/5): - The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and there was no soap to wash your hands. Also the towels had black stuff all over them .
- RavenShade (4/5): Disappointing - I was returning from a vacation and needed to stop somewhere along the way. Unfortunately there was a concert in Cleveland that prevented us from stopping earlier. I mention this because this was the fourth hotel we tried so I was tired and just over it. I should have kept looking.
I will say that the staff, especially the daytime staff, were very nice. Their juice machine was broken so they brought up two bottles of orange juice for my child who was allergic to the juice they had in the fridge. When I forgot something and needed to run back up after checkout, they were understanding.
However, the food smells from the restaurant next door permeate the hotel. It wasn't as bad in the room with the air on, but it was not entirely pleasant. It seemed like the hotel had tried to update but needed another refresh. The breakfast was minimal. The juice machine was broken and couldn't even provide water. It was also very cramped and there were signs saying not to take food to your room - not a comfortable or pleasant experience. We ate and left quickly. The hallway carpets were stained, there was a burn mark on one of the bedspreads (non-smoking room so I reported it to not be charged) and the office chair was worn. The worst part was the floor. The carpet was so dirty that when I washed my feet, the washcloth was gray. Especially for the cost, I was not happy with this stay and would be unlikely to stay here again.
- Patrick (8/5): no housekeeping - It is a very good hotel in a convienient location at a good price. I still don't understand or like, however, that they don't clean your room, bring clean towels or coffee packets.
- Victoria (7/5): -
- Victoria (7/5): - I had an issue with the room & they gave me a different one. I was very pleased with that
- Nicole (1/5): HORRIBLE - The experience was horrible There was nothing to luke
- Marsha (6/5): - Old hotel even smells old.
- Kobie (10/5): Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. What really stood out to me was the deliciou -
- Katherine (4/5): - Lobby and common areas were very dirty. Our room was so filled with the smell of mildew that we had to move to another. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- Duvigen (2/5): - There was no to go to the second floor toilet would move side to side. Everything was very dirty carpet in the walk way looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Worst place ever.
- Arnav Singh Raizada (10/5): -
- Alexander (10/5): - Pretty standard. Good for an overnight.
- Veronica (10/5): It's like Coming Home - This Hotel. i s amazing, Welcoming, Friendly and Caring
- Shawn (9/5): Great location for a travel break with pets! - Good location off the interstate. A good coffee shop nearby. The Indian restaurant on premises had very good food - especially the Naan bread. Not much - everything was as expected.
- Megan (7/5): -
- Kathleen (6/5): - I asked about bedding protection for bed wetters and was ignored I had to go purchase my own plastic bed protector in case my diapers leaked .
- Steve (4/5): - I would not recommend this motel to anyone. I’m very surprised that Expedia recommends this place on their app. Expedia might want to reconsider listing this Quality Inn.
If you really care about my review, send someone out here to check it out.
- Veronica (10/5): Love this Quality Inn - Excellent Friendly reception, clean and comfortable. My 5th trip here.
- Glenn (10/5): Quiet room and nice swimming pool. - The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I used in the bathroom worked well. The swimming pool area was open but not lit when I swam laps in the evening. There was enough light from nearby parking lots so I was fine with that. As part of the hotel there is an Indian restaurant run by the staff. I got some spicy chicken takeout and ate it in my room. It was quite good. I would stay here again.
- Jacobs (7/5): -
- Stacy (1/5): - The staff The fact that it smells really bad
- Amy (2/5): - Very dirty. Toilet broken
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hippert (4/5): Disappointing -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Fighting in the lobby - Other hotels were completely full, which should have warned me. Moldy odor in room. Deadbolt to lock door did not work. Sink was inside the room, not in the bathroom area. Hairdryer only got hot and did not blow out air. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were attached to the shower wall so high as to be almost out of reach (I am 5’3”). Worst of all was a fight outside my room at night involving a man and a woman, he pushed her into a chair, she slapped him, he punched her, he took her cell phone, etc. which took hotel staff and authorities a while to sort out. Breakfast was poor. Juice machine was broken, and waffle batter was mixed so thin that it ran out of the pan and the waffles were more like crepes in texture. I would not stay here again and you shouldn’t either.
- Marcus (7/5): Good - Location, Staff Older building, attached restaurant.
- Melissa (8/5): Very good -
- Candace (7/5): Good - The room was decently clean and mostly comfortable. The pool was clean. The hotel, overall, was dated and needed a good cleaning. The breakfast was the typical waffles, toast, and cereal but the room was entirely too small to fit more than a handful of people trying to eat at the same time.
- Rashemiah (1/5): The smell - Horrible smelt like dog urine
- Shiahn (5/5): Passable - I liked the Indian restaurant located down stairs and at first the pool , no bugs Smell in the hallways, next morning pool had bunch of hair and pube clumps in it, stuff floating on water, breakfast was real bad, had waffles but no way to put the batter on the press, no juice, decafe coffee and fv cream in breakfast room the regular was all the way on otherwise of building, barely any made. Beds were sorta comfy but blanket tucked, ac not very cold. Was an ok place but def see why 2.5 star rating
- Baylee (6/5): Amazing service- needs renovations - The nicest people and service. The best part of the whole stay was the incredible Indian restaurant attached. The restaurant served authentic Indian food and the owner (female) made you feel like you were the most special person in the world. Great place for a quick overnight trip to shower and pass out and get up to do it all over again. Definitely need renovations and clean up a tad.
- Sierra (6/5): Pleasant -
- Leann (4/5): - I was extremely upset with my stay. Poor cleanliness, the blankets and sheets had filthy stains all over, like they hadn't been washed. I was receiving numerous prank calls throughout the night, which were disturbing my sleep and made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, someone showed up at my door intoxicated, trying to enter my room, and was knocking repeatedly, which made me feel even more uncomfortable to the point that I did not get any sleep at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.
