The pool and hot tub did not look great, they looked very worn and dirty plus the hot tub jets didn't seem to work even after pushing the button. The tv in our room was not a smart tv so we were stuck watching cable which was not what we wanted and we didn't see any options for pay per view. My 6 year old said "this place must be for old people". I think for the cost I was expecting much more.

Staff very pleasant and accommodating There is a boston pizza next door and other eating establishments in town. Some within walking distance. A great conservation area is within a km of the hotel.

John M (8/5): - Its a very nice hotel and the room i was in was very nice, but is starting to show some cosmetic problems. Wallpaper is starting to peel off the wall, and there was no night light in the room. Little things but necessary. Clock had the wrong time which cause some problems in the morning. TV has no channel guide so takes time to find something interesting. Again little thing, but needs to be addressed. Pool area was clean but hot tub not working and in need of some TLC. Looks dirty but needs a new paint. Contacted the front desk but nothing was done. Pool was the same - needs a new coat of pain.

Barbara (9/5): Comfortable stay - Location was perfect, right off Hwy 10 and very easy to get into Orangeville and nearby Island Lake Conservation Park. Room was spacious but a pity the seating area was away from the window so you couldn't enjoy the lovely view and light. Beds were comfortable. Despite being so close to the Highway the noise was muffled except for motorbikes but the traffic stopped reasonably early and didn't start up early in the morning. There was no noise from within the hotel so we slept well. Didn't use the pool or fitness facilities so can't comment on those. They advertise tea making facilities but you cannot make tea in a coffee maker, fortunately I brought the necessary equipment, kettle, china mugs, there was only one provided, tea bags and milk. The breakfast wasn't great. Dreadful scrambled eggs which were cold, the other "hot" items were lukewarm. Dining room has a pleasing outlook though.

Had fridge, microwave, Keurig, real glasses and dishes! Lots of toiletries and linens Unfortunately didnt have time to try out the pool, so I cant comment on that. No complaints.
Bill (8/5): - The room temperature was to hot, even though I set the thermostat to 65° the temperature would only come down to a reading of 73°. It was 76° most of the night. Generally it was clean, but in need of a little more attention to the small details and some minor maintenance repairs.
