Jim (7/5): Decent hotel with good breakfast - Breakfast was very good, with a full hot breakfast served. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous. There was no internet. The hotel was suffering from an outage that had been going on for at least 24 hours before we arrived. Front desk staff could not locate reservation due to outage and check-in had to be done manually with pen and paper. No internet also meant there was no wifi and no television. Everything was still down when we left, meaning they had no internet for at least 48 hours.

The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

Pool was small and water kinda cold, but was clean and perfect for my son and grandson to enjoy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Stayed 2 nights and unexpected surprise the room was clean with a couple hersey kisses left in the table for me when i got back from the game for the second night and it definately was not clean when i left for the game. I'm already booked there for another gameday weekend. Loved this place.

Honesty the only problems I had were more with the owner of the building not updating the shower/rooms/AC or not buying food to supply for breakfast but the staff had good hearts about it and I would stay here again just for the staff and cleanliness.

Went to leave and come back again and had the same issue. Needed batteries for the door but they didn’t have any. Had to ask to get a room change.
Kendra (10/5): - I've stayed here several times when I come to Junction City. It is a quiet hotel with a very nice staff. The breakfast is fine, if you want something hearty perhaps it's not enough but it's fine for a light breakfast. The pool area has always been clean and well kept. The rooms are nice, always clean. The shower is a tub shower and you do have to step up a bit to get into it. It's a great option for a stay

Andra (6/5): - We stayed for a single night. When we went to check in the first time in the early afternoon there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and called the hotel number but there was no response. We left after 15 minutes and came back later. The staff we did encounter were very friendly and great to talk to. Breakfast was as expected for a small hotel. It seems like they are repainting or renovating as there was construction and or paint stuff around. Good for a single night.

David (10/5): - We found the both desk clerks were great. They were both knowledge, courteous and helpful We encountered several problems. 1) We were unable to regulate the room temperature. It was a cold night but our room was extremely hot. We resorted to turning off the heat entirely. 2) There was no hot water for showers at 7 am, so we had to forgo our morning showers.

Thomas (6/5): Mind the stairs. - First off let me say that our check in clerk was very helpful. He informed us about the hotel and helped us get our bags up the stairs. The bed was a little stiff for my liking and the desk chair was broken, plus there was not much available on the TV....but we didn't come for the room, we just needed to sleep in it.
PAMELA (2/5): - They had to "flush" the drain in our room before we entered The property is run down. The mattress sank in the middle. A worker was sleeping in the breakfast area booth. The orange juice was fermented. It was AWFUL. Travelocity charged me $20 more than the rooms rented for but didn't discover this until I received the receipt. Frustrating all around.

Will never use either again unless someone fixes it. Expedia will also get a very negative review. Hotel better figure out if it was their error or Expedia's if they want this review fixed.

The bed was comfortable. It was right off the interstate and next to an Aldi's which was great for picking up fresh fruit and snacks. We didn't use the pool. We would not hesitate to stay again as it was a great stay.

Walking in I was met by AB who knew exactly who I was upon arrival he had a friendly smile, minimal conversation, which I appreciated because I could barely speak from pure exhaustion 😂, he had me checked in and I was in my super clean room in mere moments. Breakfast was great, clean, well organized and lots of options. My ONLY “complaint” was the milk wasn’t very cold. There are lots of dining and shopping options close by, even an Aldi next door! When visiting JC again I would choose to stay here again!!

Hot breakfast but didn’t seem fresh..little muffins were a bit stale and sausage overcooked… No sugar at the coffee pot..just a lot of packets of pink and blue stuff…as we were leaving we did see sugar in a bottle in the lobby…too late for us.

Lauren (4/5): - When we arrived at the property we were greeted by the friendly staff. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed how unkept the place was. Our first room had dried blood in the bathroom (on the wall and floor) and then dropped into the main room on the carpet. It appeared there hadn’t been any vacuuming done in the whole establishment. The friendly lady at the front desk gave us a discount for our trouble with the first room. The second room was also quite dirty, but after 7 hours of driving with two little kids, we were done. The pool was quite stinky and small, but the littles still enjoyed playing in it. I feel like this hotel is in desperate need of an update and some higher standards for their house keeping staff. All in all, I would never stay here again, especially with our kids who struggle to understand not touching the carpets.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and courteous but it was first day and he was left to fend for himself at the desk. I reported to him and he wrote down the message for the night manager who never reached out to me. I paid over $100 for one night and got the experience of a $40 room. Walked into pool area and it smelled of garbage.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was down because they needed a new router, so we couldn't use our devices. We saw someone working on that, though, the next morning. The hallway carpet was a bit worn and dirty in places, too.

christina (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not as good as it has been, by 8 am no scrambled eggs and very little in the way of protein, usually much better. There is always coffee and fruit available. Room was clean and king size bed comfy but just 3 pillows. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Sink drained very slowly. This particular stay was a little dicey as there were guests above our room wrestling or something that was loud and sounded awful for about 3 hours. The front desk staff was super in trying to get the guests upstairs to quiet down but it took 3 visits to make it happen by midnight. The location is good-right off I/70 and there's a Walmart super center, planet fitness, Aldi and 3 good restaurants close by(can walk)--La Fiesta, Tokyo and JC's Bbq and sports bar. Park right outside the door to hotel. Consistently a reliable hotel with good solid accommodations.

Jocelyn (10/5): 11/25/23 - Excellent property and service. They were full but the service was still great! The only thing I would have liked was to have a vanity in the bathroom. There was only a sink and no place to put my toiletries. Other than that, we were completely satisfied with our stay and will use this location again.
Stacy (6/5): - The hotel advertised a $20 fee for small dogs. When I arrived, the paperwork I signed said $20 but the lady said $25. Once in the room, I saw a $50 pending charge on my credit card. I assumed they were doing a larger hold than needed just incase. My dog has traveled with us for well over a year and we have NEVER had an issue with her. She is very well trained and we take her out every hour before bed. When we're not in a hotel, we travel in an RV. She's used to potty walks. A week after the stay the $50 cleared on the card. I called the hotel to try and get the $50 changed to the $25 it should have been. No my pet did not make a mess in the room. She's barely 10 pounds. No she did not tear anything apart. After 6 phone calls over 4 days, I never was able to reach the manager. Staff would always be in training and ask me to call back. When I would ask if they could take a message, they would take my name but forget to ask for my phone number. I finally called me credit card company and opened a dispute. On a side note, the hotel was fairly clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The carpet was not sticky or smelly and the tub and toilet seemed clean. There were the average nicks in the drywall and paint, a couple stains in the hallway carpet, and the average people on a Friday night smoking pot in their rooms and making noise until 11 or so. It was a decent cheap room to stay while traveling across the country for a night. The breakfast was meh' at best.

Brent (10/5): Great value! Great place to stay!! - We had a great stay! It was very, very clean!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made up our room and gave us fresh towels while we were out for the day since we were staying multiple days. That is sooo nice!! Rare these days. There were several choices for a hot breakfast, fresh fruit to choose from, yougurts with multiple add ins, juices milk, cereal and coffee. Even warm donuts!! It was awesome!! Wouldn't be afraid to stay there again!! Nice place!! Pet friendly too!

Verified traveler (2/5): Filthy Room - I would never stay at this hotel again due to the room was filthy. We found a baby bottle on the floor on the side of the bed next to the AC unit. We also found a child's sock under the covers of the bed. The sheets were not changed, the carpet was not vaccumed. We found kitty litter on the floor. There was no shampoo just conditioner and lotion. I would never reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Jamie E (8/5): Overnight stau - We were on an overnight trip. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Only issue for me was it smelled as if someone had recently smoked in there and it was covered up by air spray. It won’t prevent me from staying there in the future, but it was something I noticed. All else was great.

The bed was clean and comfortable, There was a good spread for breakfast. All in all, one of our most pleasant stays. Will do again next trip.

We had a horrible RV tire explosion a couple days ago and while waiting for it to be fixed needed a place to stay in Junction City. We were actually bummed we didn’t book here both nights we needed to stay. Y’all have done a great job ! Room was clean, and breakfast as well as staff was awesome.
