- Vallery (8/5): - Very spacious room. Very clean. Staff very nice.
- Linda Anne (8/5): Clean, convenient and quiet. - Clean and quiet. Half the rooms were rented to a construction company and most of the parking spaces were full of their large trucks but we were able to squeeze into a small space that was protected and the workers were quiet and gone by breakfast.
The heated outdoor pool has 2 chair lifts for disabled persons, a huge bonus! the breakfast was stale and stingy. Compared to the Santa Rosa location, for the same price per night, the breakfast setup is MUCH better.
The bed was not a pillow top and they had a queen size mattress on a double size box spring which was tippy.
- Leticia (10/5): - Great place
- Violeta (8/5): - No tourist information They could not recommend any activities in the area No maps or brochures
- Janice (10/5): - Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Swimming pool was too cold.

- Dietmar (9/5): Würden wir weiter empfehlen. - Pool und gute Lage für Einkäufe und Restaurants
- Matthew (10/5): - The man working the front desk was amazing; he exemplifies what great customer service is all about. He helped me check in and enroll me in the rewards program, he was also working the desk when I checked out the next morning. He was kind, helpful, and quite frankly he is the reason why I would stay again.

- Yevgeniy (9/5): -
- Fleck (7/5): the staff was friendly - Breakfast was very good We experienced a lot of road noise. We also had an excessive amount of noise from the room air conditioner!
- Anita (10/5): - The young man at the front desk was very friendly and remembered us. He made check in a pleasure.
- Yvonne (7/5): -
- Sheila (9/5): Nice place, nice area to be able to eat meals, wash car. Staff was excellent. - Pool was great. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating. We even added an extra day to relax. Laundry soap in the laundry room was nice to have available. Breakfast needs hot items (eggs, sausage/bacon). They had microwave sandwiches but they aren't good. Also coffee/hot water for tea is not available after breakfast. It should be offered all day. Towels in the room (2). They need extra because we had to use them for the pool. None of these were a deal breaker just mentioning as an improvement.
- Church (9/5): Personable, welcoming, attentive - Clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It would have been nice to have a usb charging port in the room.
- Amit (8/5): Overall, good experience. - Good location, and neat rooms. there was good parking and was near many shops, restaurants. The breakfast area was small and the choices were limited.
- Diana (9/5): Great for a short family stay Swimming pool was good as was the Bret - Large comfortable room Nice breakfast
- joshua (10/5): Nice stay - Was there for a short time but got in pretty quick In-N-Out no issues
- li (8/5): - Everything is fine.
- Kevin (8/5): - Very nice area, close to everything. We had a Jacuzzi tub, it was awesome. Not the most comfortable sheets, kinda rough, also, the blankets arent very thuck. But overall, a very positive experience.
- Amanda (8/5): Roadside rooms can be a little noisy - Comfortable enough room but on the side of the road so got a little noisy
- Lori (10/5): - All was good
- Anita (10/5): - The attendant at the front office was personable and friendly.
- Darrel (10/5): - Property was in nice clean condition, staff was super friendly. Picturesque location and very quiet. I would stay here again!
- William (8/5): Good overall - Older place, well taken care of. High noise fro heater/ac unit
- Anita (10/5): - The young man who checked us in was friendly. He made it a point to converse with us. He also helped us figure out the hot water for tea.
- Bergstrom (8/5): Very good -
- Couch (9/5): Superb -
- Manuel (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Roadtrip4JennE (10/5): Great location - Welcoming staff. Quick check in. Clean room. Quiet neighbors. Didn’t hear street traffic. Walking distance to various meal options. Breakfast area is small, but there was more than enough to choose from. Pool looked clean. Lots of level parking spaces, but feels tight. Easy checkout.
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (6/5): - A/C wasn’t working. No other rooms available.
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Krystal (2/5): - Never stayed in the hotel charged me
- Froylan (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and compla
- peterpanjaffray (6/5): Barely meets standards of BW I believe . - The scratchiest sheets I’ve ever felt ! In all my hotel stays thru years . Skimpy towels. Honestly how did this motel pass BW standards ? Old smell in room . Out dated furnishings like the 80 s. A shabby feeling . Very minimum breakfast no hot food tho theirs is a waffle maker . Very small breakfast room . No elevator . Across the street to a great restaurant lumberjacks
- Jose (4/5): - Close to stores and restaurant.
- Chelle (10/5): - In need of updating, especially for a best western. Rooms were dim, and needed some TLC. However, it was quiet, felt safe and the front desk clerk was so friendly
- Leigha (9/5): Superb - The maids were nice and rooms were clean That there no pets allowed
- Natalie (6/5): - It was an ok stay. But there were ants as soon as i throw a wrapper or diaper in the trash. The management was not very friendly either. For their price, I have experienced better service from another accommodation businesses in town that offer a more affordable price. Not just because something is more expensive, means the experience is better. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly though.
- Steve (6/5): - I arrived at 3:05pm, which is on the early side but still after check in opened. I was allocated a room but when I got there, not only did the key card fail to work when I eventually got in the bed wasn't made.
Overnight an army of ants made there way down the walls around the sink area (just outside the bathroom) and down to the waste bin where I'd thrown away an empty can of Sprite. It meant having to mop up hundreds of ants with a wet face cloth so I could clean my teeth and shave without them crawling on me.
- David (10/5): Willits - A nice hotel. Good place to stay if you are riding the Skunk Railroad that starts in Willits. While staying the hotel was also the home of 9 Cal Fire Truck units of 36 firefighters. We enjoyed the breakfast. Only negative, the hotel has 3 levels, but no elevator.
- jatuggle (10/5): Great business motel - The motel is easy access, has a pool and spa. Owners and staff are accommodating. I am there weekly and will continue to come back. The hardest part is when the big trucks come into the parking lot it is hard to find a spot to park. Otherwise the place is the best spot in Willits
- Michael (7/5): It was fine - Didn't try the breakfast
- Jacqueline (9/5): Would return - Very nice staff Dryer needs repairs
- Maria (6/5): - Hotel near busy roadway, heard traffic all throughout the night. Small breakfast area, over crowded and limited tables. Had to eat back at our hotel room which did not have a table for us to seat at.
- Alison (6/5): - Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was large and overall seemed clean without any weird odors. I understand it’s the summer and easy for bugs to come in but there seemed to be an ant issue. Initially I found a small bug and then a small fly on the bed but it wasn’t overly concerning. But when I left a small package of peanuts open for a little bit on the nightstand a large amount of ants congregated.
So I would recommend no open food even for a short amount of time. I just needed an easy hotel for the night. The location was noisy from traffic but to be expected since it is so close to the road. It seemed a little overpriced for the area and just in general but I was stuck overnight with a flat tire and just needed something convenient. They offer a complimentary small breakfast and it had a nice selection of options. The office and dining area were clean.
- Viviana (2/5): - We had a travel bag on top of our car. We got there 06 18/24 and the next day somebody cut our bag and they stole everything .. and the owner or whoever was in charge. They don’t wanna be responsible. They have cameras, but they say the cameras are not working, very disappointing and angry, just a terrible experience. Next time we will just stay a cheaper hotel there’s no point in staying at a pricier hotel if their security system is not even working, what the hell
- karin (10/5): - It was very clean and welcoming.
- Mario (6/5): - Good value and service
- Jose (10/5): - This hotel was clean and the front desk people were very kind.
- Heather (9/5): Superb - My kids loved the pool and breakfast Hated that we had to come while covid positive because we were told no refund or any other options. I stayed in the hotel room sick. My family played in the pool. 2 out of my 3 kids were testing positive before we left! Thanks again!
- Jodi (10/5): - Good place overall
- KaerukunZ (10/5): Nice hillside retreat - The rooms were very clean, and well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean, and refreshing.
Breakfast had a good selection to pick from.
- Pauletta (9/5): We had a good time. Loved having connecting rooms. - Staff was pleasant, our room was clean and quiet Beds were not as comfortable
- Kristy (10/5): Great stay - We had a great check in. Very friendly! Needed a ground floor room for my Mom and they accommodated us. The room was beautiful. Very clean. The refrigerator didn't work. We went into the hot tub and enjoyed it. It is very small but was so worth it. Had a good breakfast selections.
- Ginger (8/5): - Loved staying in this nice quiet place. Had issues with the door but quickly fixed by staff. Would stay again
- Anita (10/5): - They have a decent breakfast. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We feel safe. We are senior citizens so that is an important part of our life.
- Treshia (8/5): Very good - Stayed in room 306 - had good water pressure in the showers. Only stayed in this hotel as I needed a place to stop by after 10+ hours of driving. Lady checking us out was very kind and approachable. Big hill to get to the main hotel lobby and rooms. Night person checking us in was not mean, but not as nice either.
- Bryant (5/5): Passable - The room was nice the breakfast was poor what didn't you There was nothing to eat. There was no eggs and bacon. No protein
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dawn (9/5): Superb - The driveway was the only thing we didn’t care for
- Brian (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location. Easy to find. Floor was so dirty it turned our bare feet black. No elevator. Had to carry bags up stairs.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Beatrice (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - breakfast was very good. If we come back we stay there again
- 78valentynt (8/5): OK to stay - The room seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The older heating unit was a challenge to regulate. The room has modern appointments, including outlets near the bed for phone chargers. We were able to use 2 "Best Western Coupons", and the staff was really super friendly and helpful. The windows are thin, you can hear noise from the street like the windows are open. Difficult to fall asleep and needs earplugs. Not bad, but I will probably stay in another hotel next time.
- Jacqueline (7/5): Good -
- Gail (7/5): Good - location
pleasant reception when we turned in key
used by CalFire--gave us confidence in the property no night light in the bathroom
needs newer rubber mat
needs better coffee
man who checked us in was dismissive that we had used Booking.com and told us we could have gotten points and a better rate directly. We didn't know this.
breakfast: was not offered to us at check in so we didn't know hours
- Cori (10/5): - Very clean, safe place to stay. Short drive into downtown Willits. Convenient to restaurants
- Donald (1/5): Bad - He was short rude and there was a huge spider and I checked out a day early and no reimbursement no compensation or nothing I would advise stay away from Best Western they don't care about customers or how much money they spend on a motel room to be sleeping with spiders the size of your thumb now or bigger crawling on your bed and they will not reimburse you His customer service was short and rude and after finding a spider crawling on my bed about the size of two thumbnails I checked out a day early and no reimbursement no compensation or nothing for $179 a night I should have got at least 70 bucks back nope he looked at me and said there's spiders everywhere and I said yeah but it shouldn't be crawling on my bed he's like well here's your deposit I'm like no conversation though nothing for checking out a day early nope
- Stephen (6/5): - The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was yellow green color very dirty. The pillows were the cheapest I have seen at a best western, sheets felt like you were sleeping on plastic and beds were very old.
- Pamela (8/5): We would stay there again. Everyone was very nice. - The room was very nice. But there wasn’t enough food options. Not really, the bed was comfortable and the room set up was nice.
- Bertha (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (10/5): The little things were delightful - My husband and I stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights. The motel is dated, but I was pleasantly surprised by several things. The light breakfast was quite good. The towels were new, soft, and large. Housekeeping came every day, but never interrupted us. The wifi was good. Check-in and -out was easy. My only complaint was the hours for the pool didn't work for when we wanted to use it, and one of the mornings the gate to the pool was locked when it should have been open. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
- Victoria (5/5): Will not be going back. Didn't sleep very good. - Just it being convenient around everything and very nice staff. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Cheap sheets and room had no updated appliances. To expensive for a not so satisfying stay.
- Karlene (9/5): Superb -
- belvindoug (10/5): Good travel hotel - Was everything a travel hotel needed to be - room was clear, AC was cold, towels were fluffy, pool/hut tub was clean, just the thing after a long day on the road. Breakfast packed a good variety into a small area, and the coffee was strong and hot. Not a new property, but well taken care of / maintained, and staff were friendly and helpful
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Brandin (1/5): Bad - Didn’t like it room was dirty
- Michelle (5/5): Good enough for an over night pit stop - Conveniently located on our travels, food and market across the street, pool Gross carpet, uncomfortable beds and pillows, worst Best Western breakfast offerings.
- Sharrae (4/5): - I was alone at night and asked to have my room moved for safety and I was told they could not change rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable! The towels were rough. The pool was nice.
- Sreeju (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Machelle (10/5): - The front desk was very kind and helpful.
- Jose (8/5): Ok to pass by - Breakfast was great! Not close to anything relevant in Willits
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean and nicely kept up. Nice pool. A little expensive for a pretty basic room. Bed was very firm and lumpy so quite uncomfortable.
