• Susan (5/5): - The check-in guy was a jerk. Without the help of his coworker, he would have denied our reinstated reservation for two rooms. The hotel was not at full capacity. Why would he try to turn us away from staying at the Best Western when there were plenty of rooms available? He's a first-class jerk, that's why. Fire him. He also failed to provide the reserved rooms: 2 queen beds in one room and 1 king bed in the other reserved room. He put us in 2 rooms with king beds, which meant that a party of 3 had to sleep in one bed. WTF? Fire him! He is not doing Best Western any good. The check-in guy

• Joseph (9/5): Highly recommend this facility for any stays! You won't be disappointed. - The breakfast was awesome for complimentary! Even sugar free syrup and I'm diabetic! We had a full breakfast and left with smiles. We must compliment your employee K. Hefty. She was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and treated us warmly as she checked us in and also the next morning at breakfast. 5 stars for her!!!! Room was comfortably furnished and bed gave good sleep! Appreciated the refrigerator in the room. The only criticism I could make would be to have regular size pillows on the bed instead of the pint size ones! Also, a microwave would have been nice but not a necessity.

I have stayed there many times in the past 10 years and it has deteriorated to a motel you would find in an inner city. Which is fine except they are charging you a 4 star price but you are getting 1 star quality.

• kellymarr212 (2/5): Horrible customer service, needed to cancel due to a death and they REFUSED to refund any of the cost paid. - Due to an unexpected death the room was cancelled last minute. I was given less than 48 hours to provide documentation; I received and email that I was being charged fully for the rooms booked. I am out $345.26 for 2 room for 1 night that were not used.

If you took a pool towel up to your room because you were wet and did not bring it back down, if they found it in your room after check out, they will charge you $10. The second day they do not clean your room or bring you towels. Needs transportation to casinos even if you have to pay. No place in hotel to eat and limited snacks, Pool and hot tub were dirty. This place really needs a remodel

The outside looked neglected and un-cared for, nothing like the picture & the pillows were these small, square, hard as little bricks. Awful stay.

The shower drain was clogged up, the TV didn’t work properly, the mini fridge made a high pitched noise constantly. The furnace smelled like it was burning up when we turned it on. The hotel burns incense that is incredibly strong smelling. I had a headache the entire 4 day stay. Upon returning home everything smells like that incense including my suitcase. My debit card had additional charges after we checked out. I called to inquire about those charges. They said we broke the furnace/ air conditioner switch. We absolutely did not, and the room was a one star at best. I would avoid staying here!!!

Got up in morning and since there was not too many people there the motel did not have eggs or sausage out but a worker asked if we would like some and made us some. It smelled, it was extremely dirty, it was ice cold in the room. Blankets had oil stains on them. Guests were extremely rude and inconsiderate of other guests. No salt on sidewalks. Staff rude and try closing breakfast an hour early. No staff during the day after waiting 30 minutes to speak about the problems we left. Motel 6 would have been a better option.
• Amanda (6/5): Amazing facility n staff - Was an ok stay! The staff were amazing and accommodated our needs for new room due to other rude occupants in building. The rude occupants let their kids run amuck waking my infant the whole time where the front desk lady had to step in! This is one of my husband and I fav places to come and we usually enjoy our stay one hundred percent but other people ruined it with children who knew of no discipline I wish others had more respect for others in a facility and taught their kids respect! Kudos to all the staff for doing their best to maintain a pleasant environment! Keep up the great work we will come back and we hope next time will be better no fault of the facility just other occupants is all!

I actually took pictures of the status of the room. Dirt in the corners that just needed to be swept up, pee stains on the walls, and the toilet and the floors. Plus the bathroom floor was very sticky and stained with dirt. I took both regular and UV light pictures.

• Gregory (10/5): The room was comfortable and the way the staff treated us was what made our stay pleasurable. - There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. The eggs and sausages were hot, the coffee was good. The set-up was good, too, and seating was ample. There were always apples and bananas at the counter during the day that you could just take. There is a pool and hot tub but we didn't get a chance to use them (our schedule didn't permit it) but they looked clean. The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Eh so-so. - For starters the check-in process was awful. No one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said to call "0" for assistance which we called and no one answered. But after a minute someone came out who was directly behind the counter and could hear people coming into the hotel, but was ignoring them. The hotel was not even halfway full, and while I completely understand being short-staffed, there is no excuse why an employee could stop folding towels for one minute to help guests when they arrive. Also, he gave us a hard time about checking in a little early even though the room was empty and clean. And again, I understand corporate policies, to me why wouldn't you want your hotel full of people instead of sitting empty? However, I will say that the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool/hot tub was nice, but it needs to be cleaned. The breakfast area was large, the food was good and they had a nice selection of food to choose from. The hotel also has a large conference area and bar that they really should be utilizing, because the place was practically empty when we were there. Overall, not a terrible place to stay but they NEED to hire more staff and advertise to get, more people in the doors.
