- Marina Lucille (4/5): There is no pleasant atmosphere there. I was not impressed. - They had me booked in a room on the second floor, but I have some mobility issues, and there was no elevator. I told the manager that I could possibly make it up the stairs if he carried my bags. He said he not not be able to do it in the morning. At first he told me there was no room available on the bottom floor. He then said he found one on the bottom floor but it would be at least $20 more. I refused to pay the extra fee, so he finally let me have it at no extra charge. I cried that night. My son called and I said "I'll never come to this dump again." The next morning, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was like a hellhole cafeteria rather than an American breakfast. The sausages were shriveled up and I wondered if they were safe to eat.

- Robert (10/5): Very nice stay for my wife, our dog and me. - Everything was fine. The hot food at the free breakfast could have been a bit tastier.
- Shirley (3/5): See above - We did not have breakfast but the coffee was good, although there was nothing to stir it with. The heating/cooling system was very loud and noisy. It cut in and out every couple of minutes all night and kept us awake.

Thank you - This hotel is a dated hotel, however, Best Western has done a great job in updating the rooms with comfort and extremely cleanliness that makes your stay comfortable and relaxing. My only concern is access to the second floor is by stairs. If you are booking this hotel and cannot climb stairs, it is important to make sure they accommodate your stay on the first floor.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was instant hot water in the bathroom. The plastic cutlery in the breakfast room was too flimsy. I always prefer metal cutlery as it vastly reduces waste.

Hello i did! Blaming your customer is not good! Other room was beside and a loud pipe noise kept me up reat of night! Terrible experience Staff was dismissive would not converse made me wait at the side to talk about refund etc..very rude! The manager would not come out to talk to me! - James (10/5): - BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me

Noticed on my second day that the carpet gets wet and damp which was probably causing the smell. Also on my second day, the fire alarm went off at 630 am. Although the staff responded, I had to call twice and they eventually had to disconnect it off the ceiling. Being that it’s a motel, I had to keep my blinds closed as anyone could walk by and look into your room from the outside. It was very depressing for the money I spent. I left a day early and went to another hotel! Do NOT stay here.

- Labreche (4/5): - Beds were comfortable. It was only 11km from.highway It was a motel.not a hotel. No pool and for 250$ I would expect better breakfast as the waffles were not fresh you had to toast them to cook them and there was not enough parking in front of the rooms to park by my room
- Andrea20142014 (6/5): Alright Hotel, but Limited Service - I recently stayed here and it was clean, but definitely an older hotel. My negative rating is because the smoke detector in my room was beeping. I told the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I said there was no way I could sleep in the room with that going all night, so I was moved next door where I could still hear it! I was again moved 3 doors down and I could still hear it, but it at least was fainter. I can’t believe no one had a ladder and batteries to fix it. How many other patrons were impacted by this annoying sound? I have to return to Georgetown 3 more times, but I think I’ll book further away than risk returning here again.
