Bohdan (10/5): - My family recently stayed at Best Western Rama Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is in a quiet location, which made for a very peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I do think the rooms could use a little update. The old carpet feels a bit outdated, and I would recommend replacing it with a more modern option like vinyl laminate or regular laminate flooring. This would definitely elevate the room's appearance and comfort. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with friendly service!

We called the front desk using the phone but no one answered, of course. When the front desk staff finally arrived, she did not offer any explanation and was rude and impatient.

I’m not sure if it was the batteries, but the regular controller didn’t wanna work and the fire stick would work, but I spend more time trying to get a channel on the TV because there was no instructions on anything or get it to turn on so I could watch TV at night

However, feeling uncomfortable and icky after the front desk "gentleman" crossed the line from being a professional to absolute trash. I felt harassed. This employee must've missed the training on how to conduct business in a business manner.

Verified traveler (8/5): Meh - Bizarre building design - the elevator and stairs were way down the hall from the entrance lobby. The separate door to this corridor was locked in the evening, so if you were on the second floor, like me, you had to schlep your stuff 3/4 of the way down the building, go up one floor, then to wherever your room was. Room/bed were comfy. Staff was friendly. In the morning i could hear a baby crying in a room across the hallway. Went down for breakfast at 8:30 - coffee was out. Too many people waiting around for who knows what, so I left.

Christina (6/5): - Only getting 3 cuz of the pool girl at the front desk rude asf she's training somebody and she tells me that there is $100 deposit and I said well I don't even think I have $100 let me count it and see I counted it in front of her $100 she then proceeds to run my credit card for a deposit of $100. I said why are you running my card for $100? I told you I had the hundred dollar deposit right here in cash I counted in front of you well she still ran my credit card for hundred dollars and didn’t get her whole total amount for the room that I didn’t even stay in because the beds look like they had been slept in they did not care about the way their meds looked at all mean in the maid just made it sloppy that’s the way it looks like to me.

sarina j (8/5): - I believe thier deposit of 100.00 is too much along with a pet fee of 40.00 per night. ephrata is a very small town they are not in the big city. Thier deposit and pet fee are higher than most nice hotels in Wenatchee and much bigger city

The bathtub plug didn't work, however, meaning the tub wouldn't hold water and it drained slowly. Although the complimentary breakfast was generally good, it had only small bagels which couldn't be toasted, and the coffee had grounds in it.

Mike (6/5): - We checked in and at least this time the room was ready. We got a second floor back side room. No real views to speak of and the train tracks are right out the window. We stayed two night for an event we had in town. Both mornings the coffee was out when we went down for the okay breakfast. Main reason for the 3 star review was because I booked my room online and it was already paid for but upon looking at my credit card after check out I was charged for the room again. After a few phone calls and a little frustrating conversations I got it all sorted out. I just think the employees there need to pay more attention.

Stopped by upon arrival into town after receiving my Welcome text and was advised that they would charge a $25.00 for checking in at 3:00 (Yes 3:00) and subsequently stated they don't have the ability to store our luggage. Later that night we wanted to enjoy the hot tub and it was cold. This was a horrible choice and will not be staying at a Best Western in the future.
STEPHANIE (4/5): - Carpet was dirty, Freezer leaked water everywhere, phone had to be unplugged because it would call out constantly on its own. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. All the furniture appeared to have been through a tornado. Ice machine was out of service. TV remotes didn't work. Had to keep reprogramming if you wanted to change channel or volume. Hot tub was out of service the whole visit yet we were not informed until we saw sign at arrival. I ONLY choose hotels with hot tubs for pain issues.

We were charged a $20 early checkin fee even though the room was already ready upon arrival. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door despite the do not disturb sign and the back door didn’t open.

We were told there are no more rooms available, so we had to use the lobby restroom. At about 7:30pm a drunk man was shaking our door trying to get in and scared the life out of my girlfriend. I had to open the door and tell him to leave our door alone cause he wouldn’t stop trying to get in. He kept saying it was his room. Overall it’s not a place I would recommend for women traveling alone. It seems like it’s pretty run down for a Best Western. The pool looked clean and the lobby was decent, but not a place I’d stay again and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I feel that the property could have told us that along with information on our room is not ready by check in time. Cause they have a text message system that tells you other things. The room was ground floor which I liked cause I didn’t want to lug my bags up the stairs. The room was okay at best the bath tub drain needs to be cleaned out it didn’t drain well. The bed hurt my back. The breakfast is not worth anything in my eyes. Like I mentioned earlier you have limited options in Ephrata and this place is probably the best choice after driving by the others.

Thad (10/5): Best there is around. - I was in Ephrata for business. This is the best they have to offer since there are no other brand name hotels in the area. Not a bad place, clean room and friendly service. But don’t expect much more than that.
Mike (4/5): - I checked into this hotel while on a visit to ephrata WA. Upon check in the front desk guy acted like he didn’t know what to do. Then I was given a room on the second floor which was fine. When I got to the room thought it was locked like someone else was in the room. So had to go back to the front desk. The guy acted like I was crazy so we went back up to the room to prove it was locked. Then back to the front desk. I was getting aggravated. He gave us a room on the first floor rm 123. It was fairly clean and easy access. But the bath tub drain was a POS it was stuck in the closed position. I called the front desk and the girl came down to the room and handed me a butter knife to pry the drain stopper up so the tub would drain. This was the craziest thing I’ve ever been told. Then the place wasn’t into even talking about working out a deal on the room price since it was not in good working order

Treven (4/5): - I liked the breakfast. I did not like the remote control for the T.V. didn't work and staff had no solution except sorry. The hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty and cold. The pool also was not stocked with towels. The sauna was dirty with something that looks like a dog turd under the wooden bench seats. The sheets were dirty and had to be changed. The in room coffee/ hot water maker was super dirty and unable to make clean hot water for tea.
Linda j (8/5): Mostly great - Everything was good except at check in we asked to cancel second night and were told no. Next day we learned they had canceled it without telling us! I had to re-register!

Graham (10/5): - A lovely girl called Jerica booked us in and was very helpful . She told us a lovely steak house and enjoyed it. Rooms very comfortable. Bath could do with update. Breakfast was ok. No gluten free bread or cereal. Would stay again. Pool freezing.
Kolby (10/5): - This was perfect for our gorge excursion. Room was perfect, staff was friendly, had an issue locating them in the middle of the night when we checked in but overall great experience! Clean rooms, quiet, and easily accessible. We will be back for sure.

Patrick (10/5): - The property is well-maintained, facility and rooms are very clean, nicely landscaped around the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The town of Ephrata is old and not a lot going on. Its close to The Gorge for concert goers. But not much else to it.
Ashley (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean rooms. This was a great option to stay at for a night in and out of Eastern Wa. Would stay here again. Continental breakfast had more than I was was expecting and hit the spot.
Ada (4/5): - I’ve stayed there before but this time my experience was not great, the carpet in our room was dirty, had not been vacuumed and there was some hair in the shower, not only that but I was charged even though I had booked and paid through expedia, I was given the wrong room and had to keep calling to get my refund yet I didn’t get my full refund, they still owe me $21 but I’m not even going to bother with them because every time that they said that they would call me to fix the issue; they never did, I was the one who kept calling and it was very frustrating because it was their error not mine, anyways not a great experience at all.
James (10/5): - We appreciated late check in with a friendly desk clerk. The continental breakfast was well done. Room was well tended. Nice facility.

Daniel (8/5): - A little dated but clean and comfortable. We booked a king suite which has a surprisingly large kitchenette with the basic equipment you might need but nothing extra. Breakfast is just ok, though the waffles are pretty decent. Does exactly what you want a Best Western to do. Value for money not exceptional though it was a weekend with a big concert at the Gorge.
