The staff was friendly and always available. Honestly, nothing that I can think of...except we did have some late night/early morning, very loud 'neighbors'.

Easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough and delicious with all the classic breakfast choices. Coffee was especially delicious! • John (4/5): First room, bad. Second room up to expectations. - The first room we were given had bugs. and more came out as the night went on. The air conditioner smelled and we had to turn it off and open the window. But then of course we heard all of the traffic going by on the main road. We did go to the office and told them of the bugs and air, and she offered to change rooms but ending up by saying the maintenance would be by in the morning (we were staying 2 nights). After returning to the room, and the evening went on, more and more bugs were appearing (seem to be coming from the shower drain) and we couldn't sleep with the window open. Went back downstairs and she then did change our room. The second room was fine, no complaints. I wouldn't be giving a bad review if we had received this room first. Our second room was up to our expectations. Clean, comfortable, with just a slight smell from the AC after awhile. But this is probably due to Florida weather.

• Mel (6/5): - When we arrived to the door of our room, the door was half kicked in. Like somebody tried to bust in. When I alerted the front desk, they had no idea. How does that happen? We were given a lower floor room which was ok but noisy and there was a small amount of loitering in the parking lot. Didn’t feel all that safe.
• Alberto (10/5): Renovated Room and Very Friendly Staff - Renovated room and updated room decor was very pleasant. Vivian at the front desk is a friendly, thoughtful and kindhearted. I particularly enjoyed sunrise and sunset at the Clewiston/Lake Okeechobee Canal Picnic Area!
• Paul (6/5): - This property is average at best. Probably built in the 70s or 80s, they’ve tried to upgrade this Best Western. This would have been a $75 to $100 room a few years ago. Now, could be triple that. The basic room and bath areas are just fine, a bit larger than usual, with a very large flatscreen TV, a desk, a sofa and plenty of storage. The shower had lots of good pressure and fine supply of hot water. We noticed there was no hang tag for making up the room or not disturbing. However, nothing could shut out the almost continuous noise from vehicles on the main road just outside. At times we thought there was a nearby nightclub or outdoor concert – the music and bass infiltrating the room. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs and eye shade. Also, the breakfast area was very dark, but the food was pretty good.
