- Crystal (7/5): fine - loved the free breakfast! when i got there to check in, i was excited to be there and was about to give a compliment about the cleanliness of the lobby but the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. she ruined the whole experience and had major attitude. other staff members were fine. she started off by saying i have to go because i left food in the microwave, so i waited for her. when she came back she just stared at me. i was on the phone while i waited and was waiting for her to say how can i help you but she never did. i just assumed she was still busy but when i finally looked at her she was staring at me and made this face. i was like hi, are your ready and she looked at me harder and nodded her head. it was so awkward and rude. i was like well hello to you too mam.

The pool area was the perfect temperature. I wish it were closer to a restaurant and bar, but that is entirely out of Best Westerns control.

The attention to detail in cleanliness and the cozy, welcoming feel made it stand out from other hotels I’ve visited. I would’ve given it an all-around excellent review, but the garbage can outside the property had an unpleasant odor and attracted quite a few bugs, which was a bit off-putting.

- Clarke (10/5): - I had read the great reviews, and selected this hotel instead of pricier hotels in Pullman. Was not at all disappointed. I'm in my 60s and have stayed all over the U.S., as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This hotel has the cleanest rooms I've ever encountered. The entire property was extremely clean. Great staff as well. Highly recommend.

- Lisa (10/5): Definitely staying here again - Very clean, very quiet. The AC kinda didnt want to work the first night, room was either too cold or too hot but other than that it was so comfortable. When checking in, they were very proud of the "excellent breakfast" and they should be cuz it was great! The hotel was pretty full but once you are in the room, you do not hear anything. Beds and room furnishings were comfortable and wifi signal was great.

- Kevin (10/5): Convenient for visiting WSU. - We enjoyed our stay when we were visiting the area to check out WSU for our son. Parking and check-in were quick and easy. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, cider in the lobby is a nice way to be welcomed. We appreciated the breakfast and the made to order omelettes, a nice touch that we have not experienced before at a hotel breakfast. Hotel pool and hot tub but would’ve been nice to use but they were just too many kids, which is fine. Rooms were generally clean except for some very obvious cobwebs and one section of the room that looks like they have been there a while and I’m surprised they were missed on cleaning, probably a few times. Noise levels in the room were not too bad.
