Our room was very quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Our only complaint was the breakfast was not to our liking but you cannot please everyone.

Breakfast was lacking only because there were a lot of people when we went down and everything was gone. We waited a few minutes and some additional food came out, but wasn't enough for everyone. Yogurt machine was also empty.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the 10% discount at Applebees was a pleasant surprise - Location was great, plus they give guests a 10% break on meals they eat at the Applebees next door. The included breakfast was decent. The door to the room did not fit the frame and light from inside the rooms shone around the doors to the hallway. I would have liked it better if there was a printed TV Channel guide for local TV channels. Our room did not have any washcloths, only 2 bath towels, and 2 hand towels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Also, they were able to accommodate a vegetarian breakfast for me which was an amazing surprise The only thing I would suggest would be having a guide in the room for local channels. But that is an incredibly small thing, other than that the place was perfect

Answered all the questions I had about places I wanted to go during my stay. Even have recommendations. The manager who checked me in was awesome and extremely helpful and easy to talk to when it came to me finding what I was looking for. The front desk staff was pure joy. Please... raises. The bathroom was severity outdated. The showerhead needed replacing. It was an accommodation room. Probably needed a shading shower instead of a tub. A person using a wheel chair would likely have had issues. Also, there were large black chunks of mold that ran into the tub from the metal rails. Other than the shower/ tub combo, the room was great.

- Annette (7/5): Front desk 👍🏾 room service 👍🏾 breakfast 😭😭😭😭 - The server was very rude made breakfast so uncomfortable Making sure there was enough food to service all guests. Because she was not moving quick enough to have food out for guests to eat, she was constantly asking questions about how much food each person is eating. There was not even enough waffle batter to make waffles Most of the morning guests was waiting for the server to bring food out to eat
