• Burton (5/5): Step up your house keeping and replace or fix toilet and get better softer duvet covers. - Location was really good and the price was good Breakfast was also really.good. The bathroom did.not appear to be very clean, our toilet rocked and also leaked. The top cover on bed was really thin and very rough....not comfortable.

• McCown (7/5): - Free breakfast was very good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. I slept well, and the staff was friendly. The air conditioner seemed to be pre-set and I couldn't change it on the wall or unit. It wasn't a big deal though, if it had been I would have brought it to the front desk's attention.

• Heather (4/5): Thankfully stay was only for one night. - Easily accessible. Very cheaply upgraded with paint overspray on refrigerators and cameras. Television came on but would not connect to internet and remote for satellite wouldn’t connect to television. Tried to call front desk to ask for assistance but phone was broken. Cord for phone receiver was broken and wouldn’t stay in receiver. Toilet wobbled badly. Breakfast is very subpar at best. Offer plain yogurt from a machine but there is absolutely NO fruit, nuts, oats or anything to put in yogurt. I can say bed was not bad; it was pretty comfortable. Pillows were also comfortable.

• Mccullough (1/5): Crooks - There was nothing that I liked. The location is the only positive. This night was the return of our Christmas trip to the gulf coast. On our way down, the hotel refused to give us another room once we found out the bathroom would not work. They would not fix it or give us a room to shower or us the bathroom. They wanted us to use the common toilet outside or room and to forgo showers. After trying to get resolution, they would neither move us or refund us. They also would not refund my room for the prepaid stay I had paid for before leaving home. We stayed at another location and lost our money for the room for the night. I will NOT spend my money at another Best Western location of any kind. Absolutely ridiculous!

• Mccullough (1/5): Wouldn't even give us a working shower and toilet! - Nice location. Ground floor room. The check in lady was very polite. When we arrived I noticed a foul odor outside and the clean out cap for the sewer was removed and laying on the ground. We went to bed and got up early to shower and use the rest room before hitting the road. Shower wouldn't drain and toilet wouldn't flush. They would not fix the room, give us a plunger, or give us a room to get ready in. Told us there was nothing they could do. So we paid but got none of the services we paid for. We got to sleep, but not shower or use the rooms bathroom. Told us to use the common bathroom that has no shower. I pre paid for this stay and one other. If I could I would cancel it, but it's non refundable. Absolute worse stay in a hotel ever. If someone doesn't contact me and make it right, I will never use you or Best Western Again period!

• Tamera (8/5): - I was there Thanksgiving weekend. I did not like the way the breakfast attendant approached me about the shoes that I had on. I politely told her I was leaving to change them. Yet her attitude and constant addressing the situation was totally unnecessary. If your employees don't want to work then you should hire ones that do. The front desk clerk was absolutely wonderful...she made up for the rudeness.. it's not what you say....it's how you say it. So although my stay was comfy ...I won't be returning to this location

The front desk clerk was especially helpful. - Room was clean, the shower was hot and strong, the bed was comfortable, there were adequate electrical outlets for my chargers, and amenities (shampoo, hair dryer, room refrigerator) were fine. The coffeemaker was nice. The breakfast was adequate but not extraordinary. The front desk clerk was helpful in helping me with directions. She even helped me get a Topo Chico bottle open when i didn't have a bottle opener. The sheets were clean but either had some scent or were bleached such that I had trouble breathing all night while trying to sleep. Given the choice between unsanitary and a little bleachy, I would choose the latter; so not a huge complaint; but some of us are pretty sensitive to dust in the bedspreads and scented sheets. On the breakfast bar, the potatoes were seasoned with some kind of peppers, onions and such, which is fine. But they had run out, and the attendant was fixing some more. That was not a big deal to me either, but for some reason every pair of tongs had been used in the potato bin and had residue from the seasoned potatoes all over them, including chunks of the red peppers. They looked nasty. Had each pair of tongs been used only on their intended bin (eggs, sausage...), it would have been fine; but all of the tongs where just laying there piled in front of the bins with that crusty residue on them.

The air conditioning and heating controls on the wall did not work. You had to set it the AC unit. Room was pretty basic, but had everything we needed. We WOULD stay here again.

She wasnt at the desk i waited about 5-10 minutes saying hello is anyone back there and got no answer. Then finally a woman walked in tge door and said what u need. Im like huh she had a very nasty attitude like I did something to her. Sge need a lesson in customer service. Lajoya or latoya needs another job where she dont have to deal with people. Ither than that our stay was great.

• Susan M (8/5): Stop over in Pine Bluff - The room seemed clean. The pillows weren't the greatest for me but MDH slept well. I spilt some water on the bathroom floor. Using one of the washcloths to wipe it up, i was disguted to see how dirty the cloth was just wiping that little bit. The sink didn't drain well. Breakfast was fine. Good scrambled eggs & sausage patties. The waffle iron didn't work. And no pool avaible.

• Stacy (4/5): - The first room had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto counter. It appeared that it was patched over, but not fixed. Room smelled nasty and felt humid. Requested and got a different room. 2nd room was a suite and pretty gross. I'm pretty tolerant, but considered leaving for another hotel. We were just spending one night on the way somewhere, so just stuck it out. Maybe we just got really crappy rooms, but I can't figure out the reviews talking about how clean it was. The property was in pretty bad shape. In fact, our bathroom light switch stopped working, there was an unpatched hole through the wall over the stove, which was filthy. Breakfast was typical and area was clean there. Bed was relatively comfortable. Water pressure was high and there were plenty of plug ins. Can't say anything else positive. Staff was pretty uninterested... at least the person at the desk.
