• Marco (1/5): Rather sleep in my car. - Nothing, the guy checking me in was randomly rude when I called booking.com customer support. They hover over you like if you’re going to do something bad. They watch you and your guest. It’s weird.

• Sutton (6/5): - Check in was easy. The microwave and mini fridge was a bonus for our family. shower was nice and hot and even with a few mishaps the staff was helpful and friendly. The toilet got clogged within the first 15 minutes of being there, not enough towels in the room for four people, and they were quite a few things such as the picture, frames and light, sockets and microwave stand that were either breaking, or on their way to breaking.

• Gaby (4/5): Better places to spend your money on - The place looked clean and well maintained, plus the pool looked inviting It’s very basic for the price. Barely enough soap, no extras like shampoo or conditioner included, and the shower never got hot despite waiting a few minutes to warm up; so a cold shower it is. Plus the housekeepers wake you up, for no reason in the morning. It’s a place you go in and out of, not a place you’d go to relax

• christophe (7/5): Hotel vieillissant - L’hôtel est placé en périphérie de Los Angeles ce qui est intéressant pour aller sur la route 66. La personne a l’accueil n’est pas très agréable et les portes des chambres sont vieillissantes (vue de la lumière tout autour de la porte). L’hôtel est bruyant car il est à côté de l’autoroute.

• Sarah (6/5): - I stayed here 10 years ago when it was a Best Western. It has really fallen apart. The rooms are very clean and had no weird smells, but the building is run-down, and it's clear the new ownership has been implementing a LOT of cost-cutting strategies (we got two towels for two people for two days). The only interaction I had after check-in was a male at the front desk who was very unfriendly when I needed a replacement key. The pool looked over a gas station with a homeless guy outside and was gated like a prison; I didn't check if it was open or operational. Only shampoo, no conditioner, in the shower. No USB charging ports. Etc etc... Basically, unfriendly and no-frills but at least it didn't smell.

• Christina (6/5): Cute little hotel needed a little extra maintenance - The location was where I needed it to be and the cost was very good. The TV had some trouble staying on but the staff was helpful to fix it. The worst part of my visit was that I got a folloculitus type rash or Hot Tub rash from the unclean hot tub. The hot tub seemed ok but I was concerned when I saw the build up around the handrails. Unfortunately I was right to be concerned when I got a burning rash. Other than that part, my stay was petty decent. Also the shower water stayed pretty cold.

• shelly (6/5): Will Do In A Pinch - We picked the place because it had a pool. Arrived and found out the pool was closed by the health department. Hotels should not be allowed to charge full price when major amenities are not provided as advertised. Hotels.com should require a discount or provide a proportional refund. The building was old but appears to have undergone some renovation. The bed is descent the pillows are hard and so thick your neck is at an awkward angle all night. Few in room amenities. The fridge barely kept anything cool. The place was quiet despite the nearness of the freeway. There is no restaurant near by so dinner is subway or gas station food. Unless the taquero is set up on the corner. Breakfast is also subway or gas station food.

The spa was cold, but they turned it on and it only took 15 min to get hot. We enjoyed that. The water in the room took a long time to get hot, there were no screens on the window .
• Crowe (8/5): Great place. Older, but great find for our family of 6. - Loved that they offered a room with 3 queen beds, not just a pull out bed from the couch. I wish all hotels would offer this with larger families. We all know those pullout beds are super uncomfortable.

VERY rude on the phone and tried to blame us for the tv not working when we couldn’t even change it to any channels. Every morning we’d hear the “man” from the front desk yell at other people that were staying there as well. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

• Lisa (8/5): - This is a very run down property. Sheets were clean. Toilet was real low to the ground and slow. Furnishings were in need of repair as was the cracks and unprofessional drywall repair. Lots of cobwebs on ceiling and light sconces on wall by bed had a layer of dust on them.

So...its pet friedly and the staff was very professional and respectful as well as being very accommodating as i couldnt checkin until adter 8 pm.

• Jerry (2/5): - My room had no heat, they gave me a space heater that plugged in. I was exhausted so I stayed and worried about it all night. When I got up the room had no hot water so no shower, I also found a roach in the bath mat. When I went to the office they said they only had two rooms working and no refunds. They also added $50 to my bill for two dogs and Expedia site said $20. Get them off your site until they clean up and get things working at the very least.
• Todd (10/5): Great relaxing couple of days here! - Great location for train spotting on the Cajon pass! It’s a pity there is no more complimentary breakfast anymore since change of hands but all in all still a great place to stay!
