- Mindi (2/5): - Location Black mold, price, dirty walls, fire alarm had something stuffed in it, lights not working, dirty under mattress, vents on AC full of dust/ dirt. TV speakers were blown, fridge almost fell out of standby when putting drinks in.

- Jennifer (3/5): - The staff were very friendly. There was not always someone at the front desk so there was a small wait sometimes. Breakfast was not edible as some thing were not cooked and the yogurt was warm in the fridge. The waffle maker was broken but not marked as such.

- Franz (3/5): Best Western in die Jahre gekommen. - Kann ich nicht sagen Meine Frau hat eine Glutenunverträglichkeit und ich habe vorab per Mail nach glutenfreien Brot oder Semmeln zum Frühstück gefragt. Leider nicht geklappt. Das Frühstück für USA weit unterdurchschnittlich. Leider vom Pool bis zu dem Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum alles schmutzig. Versuch das Zimmer 2 mal abzurechnen.

I didn't stay here, and he was giving me a rough time to get my money back.

- Nicholas (6/5): - The pool water was green and slimy, there was a massive wolf spider in the partially drained hot tub the sign says it's down for maintenance but its clear it will not be fixed anytime soon. The room stayed humid no matter how low the air conditioning was. The breakfast was delicious. I was surprised to see avocado's offered. Along with chia seeds for your yogurt.

- semarbeverlyt (6/5): Questionable amenities - The room was clean but the pool and hot tub were so questionable we didn't use them. Breakfast was iffy also. Carpets were dirty especially in the hallways. Need to take a little more pride in overall experience. I look for amenities when I book and have stayed here before so was looking forward to our stay. Needless to stay we will probably look into other lodging during our next visit.

- Eric (8/5): Great owners who care about their customers. - Property is a little older but very well maintained and clean. The owners were fantastic and the housekeepers were friendly and polite. Price was competitive with other hotels in the town. There was no vanity in the bathroom just a wall hung sink. It would be nice to have some sort of shelf to lay out your toiletries. But, again it was clean and well maintained.

- Z9330DOfrankn (2/5): Room thieves work here - Despite the fact that I had a do not disturb sign on my door while I was in the lobby for half an hour housekeeping helped themselves to everything in my room. I returned to my room an hour before checkout time when I noticed my belongings gone despite the fact that no house cleaning was done in my room just my belongings gone. While walking to the front desk I noticed on two different housekeeping carts my belongings were split up. I gathered up my property and went to the front desk and voiced my complaint. I did not even get a I'm sorry. Michealh the manager tried to smile and told me they had gone into the wrong room despite the fact there was a do not disturb sign on the door and it was an hour before checkout. I Find it a little disturbing that apparently this practice of keeping items "found" and split up between the employees is standard operating procedure as she showed no concern for reimbursement of my missing property. It is my belief the employees watched me leave my room and decided to go in there and take what they want. Again, no housekeeping was done just my items came up missing. The managers pathetic attempt to give me Best Western points for my missing items is far less of a reaction I was expecting from a person who was supervising their employees. Bottom line, worst hotel experience ever and I am Diamond Elite at several of the major brands. You can be sure I will be sharing this experience with all my colleagues who travel as much as I do. My advice to them will be avoid Best Western and seek alternative options.

- Walston (8/5): Very good - It was very goid. I left an expensive phone charger and came back within an hour and they could not find it and did they attempt to contact the person that cleaned my room. I left a tip every day and thought they could find my charger. Very upset it cost over $40.00.
- Simon (8/5): - good for what it is, conveniently next to the highway and breakfast was real good. the rooms felt kinda old, but gets the job done. i don’t love parking across from a gas station but if you’re into that then it’s also convenient i guess. good options for food nearby. i liked the staff and especially the breakfast (bacon in the eggs). i would 50/50 stay here again, maybe another place in town if i was passing through but it’s a solid option; variety never hurt anyone though, right?

- Kristine (8/5): Convenient and quiet - Good overnight stay in a nice quiet town, mostly construction workers in the hotel with us. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Limited fitness center with a few machines. Breakfast was pretty good, had several hot as well as cold items and lots of drink options.

Heater in room was very noisy all night long; The tv remote would not control the volume or turn the TV on and off. Yes we could do it manually… but more importantly we mentioned to staff who told us to replace the batteries (still didn’t with). The staff never followed up to see if they could help.

Will definitely stay here again next trip!!! Breakfast was best we have had in YEARS of hotel travels!!! Donuts were GREAT, extensive drink choices and so many options and extras. Room was nice size and beds were comfortable. Check-in staff very pleasant!! Refrigerator did not have a freezer section, just large fridge area. Beds need a separate sheet vs sheet/bedspread combination.

- kaihopara (10/5): Great base whilst visiting Nebraska City - We stayed here last week for four nights. From our arrival and through our our stay, the service was welcoming (and helpful whenever we had questions or required help). Breakfast was lovely. The location worked really well for us - very close to the motorway (but was quiet), next door to Subway etc and close to town. No problems with cleanliness as a previous review commented on. Room was tidy (and had a bath - I really appreciate that when travelling!).

- jerrih93 (2/5): DON'T DO IT..... - I don't like writing these reviews. We just returned from a 17 day trip. We had many wonderful hotel experiences. This, however, was not one of them. The room seemed pretty clean. Oddly enough, the refrigerator was unplugged, but not a big deal. We just had water we wanted to cool down. The spider in the bathroom was not that big of a deal either...that happens. But the roaches crawling on our luggage the next morning was an issue. Luckily our luggage was closed up tight so hopefully we didn't bring any stowaways home with us. Two of the biggest issues were: 1) when we checked out the next morning the roach issue was mentioned to the person behind the counter which was met with a VERY condescending response (he obviously couldn't care less). He asked if we would like to speak to the manager and my husband did. Meanwhile I went to the car because my arms were full. We didn't expect anything except maybe an "Oh, so sorry." The manager treated my husband with the same disdain; and 2) when we got home that night I looked at the receipt and the nice guy behind the counter overcharged us by $60! Trust me when I say this particular BW is not worth $200 a night. WE WILL NOT RETURN HERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

- Ann (2/5): - The front staff was rude, a two story motel with no elevator ? When my husband informed the front staff that we were senior citizens and I was handicapped he basically indicated that he could have cared less. We started up the stairs and then my husband said I’m going to ask if they have a room on the first which they did. Why didn’t the insolent staff offer it? We took it even though we had to sleep on separate beds. We will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!!! By the way doesn’t the Disability Act cover this????

- Constance (6/5): - We chose the Best Western because we had stayed there on another occasion. Our 1st night was ok but in the morning we found out we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. My husband told the staff and we thought it might be fixed by evening when we returned after being out all day. It was not. The did try to put us in a new room and it smelled like something was burning. They did get us a second room and the night was good. When we arrived back the next day after being gone again all day our card key wouldn't work. Had it rescanned to work. Total we spent 4 nights .
