- Catherine (7/5): Would stay again but will note reason bottom floor requirements must be available. - Room was clean and comfortable, area for our RV was available was a big +, Breakfast was great! I had a note on our reservation to have a lower level unless a elevator was available. We needed due to leg injury and back problems. We checked in on a rainy evening and got our info location for our room (it was upstairs with no elevator available), we were able to get up and down stars but with difficulties. On Itinerary it noted that our request was approved for room area request.

- Diane (3/5): Mixed feelings, great breakfast, clean and dog friendly but no TV or Internet - Location is good Clean Lots of plugins Breakfast was excellent! No internet No TV We were told at our end of the building had not much signal and staff said they were planning on getting better signal so why would they rent it out! And our TV was stick with a tiny picture in the corner of screen. We tried all the buttons and combinations to no avail. Called upfront and she said she didn’t know how to fix it. Suggested I push certain buttons but she didn’t know how she got it to work before. Super frustrating after 10 hour drive

- Kristi (5/5): Basic lodge with human trafficking issues. - Comfortable beds, decent breakfast Between 2;30 and 5:30 am we could hear several vehicles park unload people who dispersed into rooms around us, or into other vehicles. Poor time for noise.

- Brantly (7/5): Good room. Pool & breakfast not so much. - I believe we were upgraded because our room had two kings I stead of queens. We had the extra pillows we requested. My 6 yr old found an ibuprofen that wasn't ours on the bedroom floor. The bathroom window was open and leaking in the rain water til we discovered it was open.The shower water temperature kept changing drastically while showering. The breakfast was sub-par, very minimal eggs. The pool is not attached to the hotel! We stayed during a rain storm. Struggled to find the entrance to pool since it wasn't clearly marked or lit. Once in the pool, there were towels sitting at the bottom of the pool. Only 6 clean towels available (we are fam of 5). And the biggest issue, the roof of the pool was partially open in a section, another piece of the roof was slapping back and forth with the storm til it gave way and didn't come back, leaving a bigger hole for rainwater to get in. - Noe (8/5): From 1 to 10 I give you 9 - I highly recommend this place to my friend and family. Is nice place just a little bit dirty, but is acceptable. Just clean the carpet and little bit more
- April (3/5): Unlikely to stay again. - The staff was nice. Hot tub was filled with cement. Pool was nasty. Hotel looked nothing like the website.

(window had what looked like a used bandaid stuck in it.) - Carpet looked clean but had a fairly strong smell to it. Overall a good quality hotel for a one-night stay.

Room was very plain and simple. It really lacked return appeal, especially for the cost. I thought for what it cost it would have been much better.

- Christine (7/5): Good - Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were soft and good AC. Shower worked well, plenty of clean towels. We had accidentally booked a single queen but needed a double, the front desk attendant was able to make the changes without a problem. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, especially the touch screen coffee machine! Best hotel coffee I've ever had. My only complaint was that there was some damage to the doorframe of one room, it took some effort to close and open the door. It was not too hard for me, but my elderly mother struggled with it so we switched rooms. Thankfully her door worked just fine.

Either way it was gross and I had to ask for clean sheets and change them myself. The outside of the rooms are very dirty. The fridge in the room was very loud at night and I had to unplug it to sleep. The pool was very dirty with dead bugs and feathers floating around. The rooms are outdated with stained carpet. Would not stay here again

The bed was comfy but the room was not very clean. Dirty around the edges of the carpet and behind the door. Stains on the chairs. AC worked so that was nice. Towels are thinner than my rags at home and not as white as they should be

- Michelle (8/5): - I was a little worried at first as it appeared to be an older hotel. But The rooms are clean and the beds and bedding are new, clean and fresh. Our Bathroom is updated and in great condition. I Would stay here again.
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Really good location on main drag and south side of town so close to I-15 exit/entry and a couple local restaurants as well as gas stations. Nice staff. Clean facility with pool in a separate building that kids can enjoy. Comfortable room and bed. Everything in room seemed to work. WiFi was not working so I was unable to do my job and had to book a room at a different place in Vegas the next night in order to complete all deadline work. That meant an extra day on the road as well as an extra night I had to pay for somewhere else. Have stayed at BW Paradise before and it wasn't a problem so who knows?

Good selection and good coffee I was disappointed that the office wasn't open earlier, so that I could get coffee when I woke up. Yes, I know there coffee machines in the room, but the coffee is not as good as the coffee in the breakfast room.

Overall wouldn't pick again. was there for volleyball tournamen. Train runs nearby and blows horn at various times during night.

- juliewY9075CR (4/5): $50 PER NIGHT IS TOO MUCH - The staff was helpful and kind but I checked into my room to find pizza remnants on my carpet. Mainly olives. The milk in the breakfast area is sour. Purchased a can of diet pepsi from the vending machine and the expiration date was Nov 2024 (more than 3 months expired) It would be nice to be able to purchase a soda or any beverage for that matter in the lobby, at least that way you can check the date before dropping a buck 50 on a 3 month old can. I took a charter bus here, so Im at the mercy of what I can get at the hotel. They do give out free bottled water. There is no hot tub here, just a pool. Im not super picky when it comes to hotels, I dont expect much from a Best Western or a Ramada but this hotel should be $50 a night or less. And don't even get me started concerning the train that blows by here hahaha! I felt like I was being punked!
