The rooms are very tight. No way to move around easily. Now I'll need to check for these facilities in my next booking going forward. How can a hotel not have a pool?

The washing machine in the middle of the night was shaking my bed very strongly, it actually startled me. Also, my deposit is not back and that seems strange.

• Judy (6/5): We were glad to find a safe,clean place to sleep on short notice. - Breakfast was fine but quite limited in choices.Location was great. I believe they would be wise to change their brand of coffee. Bed was slightly uncomfortable due to the mattress which i believe needs to be upgraded. I awoke with a sore back which is unusual for me when sleeping in almost all hotels.It was only transitory and not a big deal.Our room was on the 2nd floor . There was an elevator but the physical location of our room required us to walk across the parking lot, climb a set of stairs, walk down a long corridor to our room on the outside.This was a cold night and my wife has had 4 knee replacements and 1 hip replacement so isn't the most mobile individual.

Bad beds, tv didn’t work the so called hot tub has a note on the door saying it’s condemned from the health department. This place needs to be shut down permanently I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should have refunded my money.
• Phillip (1/5): MMMmm.... awful, disappointed - blah I was disappointed... there was bugs in my room, I crushed one underfoot, and left it so it could be seen. I packed up and left by 1:40 am because I could not sleep (with bugs on the brain). The worst part, was when I left, I told the clerk at the front desk and he, with a jovial smile and attitude said, "oh ya, there is a lot of them". Not a bit of concern on maybe why I was leaving, seeing it was 1:40 in the morning?? My hope here, is two fold; 1) get your bugs dealt with, 2) get your staff focused on the customer - teach them to listen more intently

There are a lot of people hanging around out front. My room overlooked a dirty back alley. The proximity to KFC was very evident due to the smell in the area.

• Amanda (10/5): Overall just an absolute pleasure! - The staff were amazing!! When my car wouldnt start one of the hotel cleaner help boost me with his car! I would definitely start here again! The restaurant staff were amazing, when we ordered food they included an ice cream with chocolate sauce on the house for my little one!! Absolutely amazing! I think my bed needed a new mattress. Not the end of the world, but it did have a large dip in the center that you would roll into.

• Carol (8/5): Would recommend staying here - Breakfast was excellent, only 1 day had omelets, they were very good, wish they served them everyday. Pancake maker was good, sausages were very good as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. House cleaning staff only came in our room once during our stay of 5 days, so we didnt get fresh towels or a refill on coffee for in the room unless we went down to the lobby. Also didnt have our garbage cleared out.

• Cynthia (8/5): - I am a repeat guest. It is a good place to stay, good value gor money. Cable package could be a bit better and maybe leave some instructions on where to find the guide etc., as the remotes are very basic.

As a weary traveler. I wish they would’ve gone through the rules more specifically.

• Ken (6/5): - The property is dated. We stayed 6 days and there was a stain on one of the bedsheets that was never changed! Sink is outside the bathroom so you open the door with dirty hands, have to brush your teeth and shave in front of others - not a fan of that. The best part was the breakfast attendant. A little elderly lady from the south of Ireland that worked her butt off and greeted all guests with a "good morning how are you today". We witnessed her chatting with a little boy about Santa Claus and how he had stayed at the motel and she was going to tell Santa how good this boy has been 😊. Such a sweet lady that we will miss on the rest of our trip in Alberta.

Not sure why the room stays so warm, as a/c was blowing cold. A bit of attention needs to be paid on simple maintenance in these rooms, like toilet paper holders that are loose and sloppy for example.
